Andrew "Drew" Lynch (born August 10, 1991) is an American stand-up comedian, who is best known for his appearance during the tenth season of America's Got Talent. He's also a regular content creator on Youtube called Words R Hard where he makes videos with his service dog Stella, Q&A's and uploads clips of his standup.

Drew Lynch's works provide examples of:

  • Audience Participation Failure: Due to his stutter he sometimes gets hecklers in his audience poking fun at it... unfortunately for them he quickly turns it back on the heckler coming up with a joke about them on the spot.
  • Camp Straight: He tells a story about how his sister came out as a lesbian and admits that for a while he and his family thought he was the gay one.
"A lot of bets were lost that day."
  • Ironically Disabled Artist: During his AGT stint, he explained that he got a stutter following a sports injury and entered stand-up comedy in order to make the most of a negative situation.
  • Laughing at Your Own Jokes: During his acts he's prone to giggling or laughing at his own jokes along with the audience.
  • Only Known by Their Nickname: He goes by Drew and not Andrew.
  • Screams Like a Little Girl: During one of his acts he pretends to be screaming due to a heckling spider and his voice is very high pitched.
  • Self-Deprecation: He's not above poking fun at himself and even uses his stutter as a part of his act.
  • Speech Impediment: On one fateful day, he got hit in the throat by a softball and has had a stutter since. He usually uses this as material for his stories and the punchlines for jokes.
  • Throwing Off the Disability: His stutter has become less and less noticeable in his sets. He regularly sees a speech therapist, and while his stutter isn't cured per se, he can now at least get through a written and rehearsed routine, so he has become a more conventional stand-up comic over time.
