Therion Suarez is the main host of new season of Total Drama, Island Paradise and he is responsible in setting up the location of Isla del Paraiso. He is a famous Game Designer due to his work of video games he has published within his studio, Fenrir Productions. Especially his most famous work, Borderphobia.
- Berserk Button: The idea of getting hurt. Therion dislikes the idea of getting hurt for no reason, and when he gets hurt, in a physical or emotional manner... Well, Let's just say that things would get extremely brutal as while he might try to prevent it, if he gets hurts... well, he would say that he tried.
- Younger Than He Looks: Therion has been compared to man in his late thirty to early forty despite being 25 years old. It is usually because of his extremely tired look and the constant stress he experience.

Leon Salvatore is a famous ex-legendary wrestler back in Spain, and he is currently an heir for his parents' Architect family business and MMA as a side gig. He is one of the hosts of Island Paradise, working closely together with Therion as the muscle of the four.
- Boisterous Bruiser: Despite how nice Leon is... Leon is a brawler, wrestler, and MMA fighter, through and through. Fighting is his thing, and he is proud it! Leon is loud, proud of his fighting skill, and especially strong as hell. He has dedicated his entire life in fighting.
- The Big Guy: The tallest and heaviest out of the four hosts. He serves as the group's Brawn and he is usually in charge of anything that relates to physical activity.
- Catchphrase: Leon has a habit of saying 'My friend' at the end of his sentence with those he knows or are just meeting for the first time.
- Gentle Giant: Despite his huge height of 7'1 ft. and body build. Leon is a really nice person to know personally since he believes that acting rude is purely unnecessary.
- Mr. Vice Guy: Leon is seen by others as the embodiment of a hero, but in the end of the day, he is human, and it is shown when his biggest flaw/vice is demonstrated on Rival. His Wrath. Leon can be quite petty when he believes that someone has done him wrong, and if it is really bad, he would let his anger get to him and beat them up, not caring if there is a good reason or not. He wouldn't make excuse as he would admit that he wanted to do it (Much to his great shame).

Cynthia Snowpoint is a well known Doctor that specializes in Naturopathic medicine and was even responsible in creating several medicine that temporarily helps dealing with severe illnesses. She has been living in Boston alongside with one of her friends as a way to pay close attention to her. Out of the four hosts, she has been given the role of Nurse and known to be quite the mother hen with others, which she doesn't realize it. And she can be quite serious when it comes to the well being of others, whether it is physical, mental or emotional.

- Berserk Button: If you personally hurt someone Rival care for, emotionally or physically. Rival has a habit of going berserk and beating up the one who committed the foul act. Ex. Rival attacking Therion when he believed Therion hurt his sister, who was crying.
- It's All My Fault: Rival blames himself for what he has done in the past... There isn't much information of what he had done, but it is implied that he killed someone... and has hurt his family to the point that his sister, Jessica, want him out of her sight

- Fallen-on-Hard-Times Job: After seven years has passed after he had graduated from high school. Rival has fallen to working as a musician for a small bar near where his sister lives at, which the owner of bar gave him a small rundown shelter and some small cash despite the constant trouble he causes.
