What happens when you put Heroic Spirits in the world of Orario? Pure Badass, epic battles.

  • With some assistance from Ais, Archer pushes Ottarl back, a feat no one in Orario was able to do.
  • Gilgamesh not only easily figures out Lily's true form but has the foresight to follow her and find out her true agenda. Once he did, he wastes no time beating down Lily's awful Familia members.
    • Following up with that is his scheme to free Lily.
  • Gilgamesh, in his child form, decides to attack Freya Familia. The adventurers there didn't stand a chance.
  • How the fight against the Demi-Spirit finally ends.
    "Unlimited Blade Works!"
  • Saber using his Noble Phantasm.
"This is the dawn of destruction! Heaven's Wheel of Destruction! Bölverk Gram!"
  • The battle between the entire Hestia Familia and the Black Goliath is this.
    • During this fight, Lily shows how much she's grown when she stabs a small Magic Sword into a Minotaur's eye.
  • The fight at Melen. Most notable are:
    • Saber's Curb-Stomp Battle on Phryne is both cool and hilarious, especially his Brutal Honesty on describing on how ugly she is.
    • Gilgamesh, or more precisely Gil, defeating the entire Ishtar Familia, although it comes with the unfortunate consequence of Loki Familia and his own familia as near collateral damage.
      • Do note that the Ishtar Familia is empowered by Haruhime's Uchide no Kozuchi and they still got beaten. Goes to show how EXACTLY powerful Heroic Spirits are.
  • Ais' desire to grow stronger pushes her to ask Saber for training. When the two spar, Saber is able to show just how far Ais has to go to achieve her ultimate goal.
  • Bell is one of the nicest kids in Orario but if you so much as harm his friends, all gloves are off. He got so angry at a member of the Apollo Familia for injuring Emma that he knocks him out and launches him through a window with one punch. Everyone at the bar were at complete shock before Bell turns around and gives a Death Glare sending the rest of the Apollo Familia, running in fear.
    • Next chapter reveals that the unfortunate bastard whose arm Bell breaks is the captain of the Apollo Familia.
  • The next chapter has some great moments for the Hestia Familia:
    • Brynhildr's Yandere act causing her Familia's gate to be melted by her fire magic and sending Archer flying. Thank goodness Sigurd and EMIYA were there, otherwise those Apollo Familia members would have been burnt alive.
    • Emma's Heroic Resolve in going to the party with Hestia and Bell. It was so shocking that even Gilgamesh is impressed, laughing his ass off.
    • Caster's several steps ahead of everybody; He easily anticipated the Apollo Familia trying to frame his subordinates so he gave Bell a necklace that contains actual footage of the alleged crime. That way, Apollo can't even back out of a War Game unless he wants to lose his reputation.
    • Bell might be the messenger but he's a Messenger with balls. He's no longer that naive little kid as he stares down Apollo after he shows the evidence of Emma's incident.
    • Hestia...Dear God. She went in full-on Mama Bear mode upon watching Emma's incident for herself. Whatever happens to her Child, she'll make sure that the Apollo Familia get their just desserts...A HUNDRED FOLD.
  • Archer gets the first shot of the War Game, all to tell the Apollo Familia that he can take them all down without moving his position.
  • Primo and Asterios make their grand debut in the War Game for the world to see. Asterios easily towers over the Apollo Familia with his size and his bloodcurdling roar just tells that he's going to go all out on them who now have to face this hulking rage beast. As for Primo, she has always wanted to be on top like her idol and now she gets her wish as she's the one leading the charge on the first bout.
    • Rider deserves points too as she's the one transporting them to the battlefield all the while fending off the enemies' attacks.
  • Chapter 39 is this.
    • Asterios demolishing every Apollo Familia member in his wake. Primo lends him back-up by using long-range spells on her targets.
    • Next up is Bell, Emma and Welf assaulting the enemy base and take two of the flags.
    • At night time, Jack, while disobeying orders, chases Luan in a horrifying, yet humorous, cat and mouse chase.
    • Bell again continues to show how powerful he is by slapping Luan to a wall and blocking a surprise attack by Hyakinthos.
  • Lily loads a magic sword into her crossbow and fires it at an enemy, making the sword explode Broken Phantasm style. Archer would be proud.
  • Emma gets payback against Hyakinthos for the previous ordeal at the pub. Sure, she took Bell's thunder but it was cool nonetheless.
  • Boudica gets lots of points for snarking at Caster whenever he goes through his Jerkass tendencies. Given that she has faced off against a Saber clone before, it's no wonder she can be a match for him.
  • Bell sets up a Batman Gambit; amassing a vast fortune to start a riot that will cause all security to focus on containing said riot, thus allowing Syr and Ryuu to escape.
  • Ottarl and Saber get to show a little of what they can do to a whole audience. The shockwave from Saber unleashing some of his dragonic might is so strong that, aside from Ottarl himself, only the Level 6s of Loki Familia can withstand them at close range.
  • During Grand Day, mysterious monsters that travel in black twisters attack Orario. When several members of Hestia Famila try to take one out, they find that both magic and weapons just bounce of them. Berserker is the one to figure out how to beat it: BRUTE FORCE. He is able to destroy the twister in one blow, before grabbing the monster and killing it with his bare hands.
  • When Lily is injured protecting Gil's orphan friends, the King of Heroes decides to let loose a little. He uses Gate of Babylon to open a giant portal above Orario, large enough to be mistaken for a second sun. Then he has numerous staves and wands fire enough lightning bolts to destroy all of the twisters, and a lot of the monsters inside of them.
  • When going off to save Fia, Lancer, Berserker, and Bete all team up to destroy the twister monsters.
  • In order to help defend Primo's home village, Berserker volunteers to act as a living shield for the Adventurers that will act as the front line.
  • When everyone else is incapacitated, and Bell (who showed up to give support) and Lefiya have given it their all, Argonaut decides to lend a hand.
"By what is written in my Hero Diary, I hereby recite! Though History may have forgotten you, your deeds shall never be lost. So, as it was written! You all who fought by my side, come forth and let us Adventure once more! Argonaut Apocrypha: The Heroes Unsung Song!"
    • Argonaut's Noble Phantasm ends up summoning his sister's Heroic Spirit, who then proceeds to possess Lefiya.
    • Although the two Heroic Spirits give assistance, ultimately, it is Bell and Lefiya who defeat the monster. The siblings simply gave the two Adventurers some of their powers to use.
  • The flashback of Argonaut, back when he had no powers or training, saving his adoptive sister from a monster. He threw a rock at the monster to distract it, then grabbed her and ran away. He did not have the strength of a hero, but he had the heart of one.
  • Kid Gil leads a team of himself, Archer, Saber, Ryuu, and Berserker to attack Evilus while they're distracted by the Loki Familia. He does this by having Berserker activate his Noble Phantasm to take over Knossos and replace it with his own Labyrinth.
    "Wander…get lost…and die! Chaos Labyrinthos!!"
  • We get two Mirror Matches, Archer vs EMIYA Alter and Berserker vs Asterius.
  • Two words: Enuma Elish. Granted, it isn't nearly as destructive as it would be at full power thanks to Enkidu stopping Caster from getting that far, but the Noble Phantasm was enough to blast a hole through several floors in the dungeon. Unfortunately, this also causes the Dungeon to spawn Juggernauts.
  • Rider and Lancer are able to take down two Juggernauts.
  • Bell puts his foot down and tells Caster that he will not allow any of his friends to die in his journey to become a hero.
“I won’t let any of them die. Not Emma, not Welf, not Lily…no one! The same goes for you and the other Servants. I’ve always been told that Heroes make the impossible possible…then if you consider that path impossible, then I will make it possible! But I won’t abandon them either! We’ll all keep moving forward. Together. As a Familia!”
  • During a meeting, Caster reiterates that he will not help Sanjouno Haruhime, then lists the logistical reasons as to why trying to rescue her or attack Ishtar Familia is a bad idea, putting Bell in a funk. After dreaming of Lancer's memories where Saber said he saved her even though prophecy said she would lead him to ruin because it was right and he wanted to, Bell regains his resolve. He spends his second Command Spell to order ALL of his Servants to destroy Ishtar Familia.
