Chapter 6: Oblivious to the Obvious

Unchecked by the Titans and Doom Patrol, the minions run rampant; clearly, the author not only forgot about all the other heroes over the course of the series. The minions destroy entire planets, causing the void to get larger. Count Logan urges them on, and they eagerly await the creation of a new world, but Count Logan is briefly overwhelmed with sadness. He tells his minions to leave, and they comply. Count Logan is briefly overwhelmed with regret, but declares that he's come too far, and destroys even more of the "meaningless" worlds.

Meanwhile, the heroes are recovering, thanks to their mysterious ally- Copy-Cat, a Psyconian with cat ears who looks so much like Robin that the narration has to tell us that he's NOT Robin. Copy-Cat saved all the heroes at the last second, and took them to Psyconia (which Count Logan and his minions haven't yet touched) to recover.

Robin asks more about Count Logan, and the Doom Patrol finds his name familiar without knowing why (if they know Beast Boy's real first name, they should know his last name, too). Copy-Cat then endeavors to tell them what he knows about Count Logan- that Count Logan's an evil sorcerer who wants to destroy the world and remake it in his image. Copy-Cat learned about this and the purpose of the Void by looking into Count Logan. Count Logan intends to wield the power of the Void to end the world, strengthening it by hurting people and killing anyone who opposes him. The other Teen Titans are horrified by this, but hear that the worst is yet to come.

Terra wakes up in a cell in Castle Logan (obviously similar to Castle Bleck), imprisoned so she'll be out of harm's way. Terra, with a recycled voice clip, asks Count Logan what he wants from her and why he's trying to end the world, but he refuses to answer her, saying that they both know who the other is. He says Terra caused him a lot of pain, and with his cane, has Terra relive the last scenes of "Things Change." With an Evil Laugh and a Dramatic Unmask, Count Logan outs himself as...

...Beast Boy! Who else?

He mockingly tells Terra that he's just a memory, that she'll be alive to see the end of the world, and says he'll show her change herself. He leaves, telling her to savor her remaining life, and she begins to despair, as he's blocking her powers. She's upset, most of all at how this is apparently her fault.

Meanwhile, Dr. Beljar cackles, eagerly anticipating betraying Count Logan, a far cry from how Dimentio kept his cards close to his chest for most of the game.

Next Installment: Copy-Cat reveals his past with Count Logan and helps the heroes prepare.
