* WTHCastingAgency: Many fans agree that Sakuya's English voice just sounds [[VocalDissonance way too deep for a teenage boy]].

* AndYouThoughtItWouldFail: The first few episodes weren't exactly critically acclaimed, but its already getting an English dub 3 episodes in.

* FriendlyFandoms: With the ''Manga/BungouStrayDogs'' fandom, due to both series being targeted towards the same demographic and also having similarities in tone and genre, and also with sports anime fandoms, especially ''Manga/{{Haikyuu}}''.

** The Greed pair. They first showed up in the fifth volume and quickly took over the fandom. They got two bonus chapters in the manga, and the amount of fanart they get (especially [[FoeYay as a couple]]) is huge.

** Unsurprisingly the main character, Mahiru. Most people ship him with [[VitriolicBestBuds Kuro]] or [[ChildhoodFriends Sakuya]], but [[FoeYay Mahiru/Tsubaki]] and Mahiru/Misono is not uncommon.
** Tsubaki, too. He's usually shipped with [[HeterosexualLifePartners Berukia]] or [[CantLiveWithThemCantLiveWithoutThem Sakuya]], but he sometimes gets paired up with [[OppositesAttract Otogiri]], [[FoeYay Mahiru or Kuro]] too.
** Misono, who is shipped with [[OddCouple Tetsu]], [[BodyguardCrush Lily]], [[IncestYayShipping Mikuni]], [[FireForgedFriends Mahiru]] and [[FoeYay Sakuya]], and maybe more.

* SugarWiki/AwesomeArt: Many fans praise the manga for its unique and detailed style.

* {{Wimpification}}: Thankfully almost nonexistent in the English-speaking fandom, but well and alive on Pixiv. Poor Mahiru and Misono...

* MagnificentBastard: Tsubaki meets all of the qualifications.

** Mikuni and Tsurugi, thanks to their banter, their NotSoDifferent tendencies (and denial of them), and [[WeUsedToBeFriends their past]].

* EnsembleDarkhorse: Sakuya. He ranked third in the popularity poll despite being DemotedToExtra for a couple volumes.

* LauncherOfAThousandShips: Unsurprisingly the main character, Mahiru. Most people ship him with [[VitriolicBestBuds Kuro]] or [[ChildhoodFriends Sakuya]], but [[FoeYay Mahiru/Tsubaki]] and Mahiru/Misono is not uncommon.

* PanderingToTheBase: All the official art that depicts the popular pairings together (often [[ShipTease very close together]]) can be seen as this. It even goes so far as to pander to fans of the Mahiru/Sakuya pairing, which originally wasn't expected to be as popular, along with Mahiru/Kuro fans by depicting Mahiru between Kuro and Sakuya, equally close to both of them.

* GirlShowGhetto: While its getting a lot of hype, a number of people refuse to watch it because of the CastFullOfPrettyBoys alone, assuming it's yet another run-of-the-mill {{Fanservice}} show for {{Yaoi Fangirl}}s.

* EarWorm: The ending song, "Sunlight Avenue".

* FridgeBrilliance: Something that hits me while seeing that Kuro's true animal form is a lion. Why a lion? Then it hits me that real life male lions usually let the lioness that were part of its pride go for hunting instead of hunting for their prey by itself. In a sense, male lions also represent the sin of sloth.

* EarWorm: The ending song, "Sunlight Avenue."

* NightmareFuel if true, and FridgeHorror, hopefully a YMMV but Lily takes in orphans, children to live at the manor. Lily is the servamp of lust. Averted if All of Love is unconditional love and care for the orphans, in which case it's Heartwarming.
* NoYay: For many fans shipping Hugh with the teen or adult characters is a no-no because, well, he's [[{{Squick}} physically five]].

* FridgeBrilliance: Something that hits me while seeing that Kuro's true animal form is a lion. Why a lion? Then it hits me that real life male lions usually let the lioness that were part of it's pride go for hunting instead of hunting for their prey by itself. * CounterpartComparison: It's a running joke in the fandom that Jun looks almost identical to [[Manga/SeraphOfTheEnd Kimizuki]].
