Badass Mustache and Badass Beard are being merged into Manly Facial Hair. Examples that don't fit or are zero-context are removed. To qualify for Manly Facial Hair, the facial hair must be associated with masculinity in some way. Please read the trope description before readding to make sure the example qualifies.

!!Tropes provided
* Main/{{Adorkable}}: Both of the two have traces of this.
* Main/ArtShift: The "Draw Our Gaming Memories" episode is done in a pencil-sketched style rather than the typical live-action footage.
* Main/AuthorAvatar: Everyone is represented by their [[VideoGame/{{Mii}} Miis]] in certain areas.
* Main/BadassBeard: In more recent episodes, Kit has one.
* Main/ButtMonkey: The two frequently treat each other like this.
* Main/TheCameo: Various game developers have appeared on the show.
** Kit and Krysta both appeared in the first two episodes of the ''Magazine/NintendoPower Podcast''.
* Main/EarlyInstallmentWeirdness: It took a bit of time for [[Main/CatchPhrase "Nintendo Minute is never a minute"]] to be a thing.
* Main/{{Foreshadowing}}: A meta example. For a short while, Krysta had a habit of posting [[https://twitter.com/breath0air/status/982811894741254144 photos of cherry blossoms]] from Kyoto Japan on her Website/{{Twitter}} account. It was later revealed that for episode 250, she and Kit were travelling to Nintendo's headquarters in Kyoto for filming.
** A more straight example occurred on the show itself. The previous episode focused on travelling tips for the UsefulNotes/NintendoSwitch, and they were apparently doing this in the spirit of the trip to Japan.
* Main/FunnyBackgroundEvent: A plush goomba randomly falling in one episode. The editing points it out, but is otherwise not acknowledged.
* Main/GamerChick: Krysta is a pretty obvious example. Producer Stephy falls under this category as well, but not made completely clear by the show itself.
* Main/TheGhost: The only we ever see of Producer Stephy on the show is her Mii. Though, her voice can be heard in a few episodes.
* Main/MenDontCry: Kit claims to have never cried while playing a video game. This streak was broken by the New Donk City festival in ''VideoGame/SuperMarioOdyssey''.
* Main/MoralGuardians: Zig-zagged. The show never gives mature-targeted games the main focus of an episode, but they are willing to mention them, such as when ''VideoGame/AssassinsCreedIVBlackFlag'' was brought up in the "Best of Wii U 2013" video, or during Game Of The Year 2017 when Kit chose ''VideoGame/LANoire'' as his best storyline runner-up.
* Main/NiceHat: Kit has worn a ''VideoGame/{{Splatoon}}'' themed hat.
* Main/PerverseSexualLust: Krysta has a bizarre crush on [[Franchise/FireEmblem Chrom]].
** While its not as much of a Main/RunningGag, an episode of Gaming Confessions reveals that Kit had a crush Rydia from ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyIV'' when he was a kid.
* Main/ShapedLikeItself: Krysta explains "Two Truths and a Lie" by just repeating the game's title. Kit calls her out on this.
* Main/{{Slogan}}: "Nintendo Minute is never a minute."
* Main/SugarBowl: The show's enviornment is definetly rather light-hearted, and guests on the show always look like they have a fun time.
* Main/SurrealHumor: [[https://twitter.com/kitosan/status/959916961252585472 The thumbnail for the "Nintendo Switch Swap Challenge" video.]]
