** Creator/ChrisNiosi used to be a frequent collaborator and friend of the team, and he spoke with them about the callout posts on social media in 2019 regarding emotional abuse he confessed to. TFS gave him a second chance and initially tried to maintain their professional and personal relationships with him in the hopes that he would sincerely work on improving his behavior, but ultimately decided that he could not make good on his promise to do so and disassociated with him.

* RoleEndingMisdemeanor: [=1KidsEntertainment=] of ''WebVideo/PokemonTheBridgedSeries''-fame was an occasional collaborator. However, that stopped after Jesse Nowack, his former co-star and fellow TFS member, accused him of years of emotional and financial abuse.

* OldShame: As has become clear in their streamed marathons of old work such as WebVideo/DragonBallZAbridged and WebVideo/HellsingUltimateAbridged, they dislike many of their old jokes and feel they've aged poorly due to either relying on memes that are no longer current or being generally immature and insensitive in light of the changing times.

** The team aren't fond of Jiren, from ''Anime/DragonBallSuper'', disliking him due to just being a generic obstacle for Goku to overcome. Came to the point where in the epilogue for the Cell saga, Cell states that he considered naming himself that, [[TakeThat but thought it sounded boring]].

** Grant is primarily referred to by his middle name, because he would otherwise have to deal with too many comments on him sharing a name with Creator/WillSmith.
** Tantor, the protagonist of the [=SoulSilver=] Nuzlocke, has nothing to do with the elephant from ''WesternAnimation/{{Tarzan}}''.

** During their [=DBCember=] 2021 marathon counting down their favorite Sagas, the ending of the Freeza Saga segment was dedicated to Creator/ChrisAyres, the English voice of Freeza in ''Anime/DragonBallZKai'' and onwards in the franchise after Creator/LindaYoung, who sadly passed away October 2021. ''Anime/DragonBallSuperBroly'' would mark the last time he portrayed the character.
** The beginning of the Saiyan Saga segment of that same countdown would pay tribute to Creator/JojiYanami as well, the voice of the narrator, King Kai, and other characters in the franchise.

* CrossDressingVoices: At times. Of special note is Creator/MasakoX. It's creepy how Masako X can sound like a genuine woman at times.
** Which is somewhat appropriate considering his online name comes from the Japanese voice ''[[CrossDressingVoices actress]]'' for Goku, Masako Nozawa.

** The members of TFS are quite up-front about their dislike of Broly, considering him to be all the worst elements of ''DBZ'' with no real redeeming qualities. That said, Lani and Kaiser both expressed enthusiasm and cautious optimism for ''Anime/DragonBallSuperBroly'', hoping that Toriyama's rewrite might actually redeem Broly.

On the flipside, Creator/MontyOum was TFS's first choice to play Future Gohan in ''History of Trunks Abridged'' (and he was friends with Lani), but his [[AuthorExistenceFailure tragic passing]] prevented this from happening.

** When asked whether they would like to redo the first few episodes of ''WebVideo/DragonBallZAbridged'', Lanipator's answer was an immediate, unqualified "Yes." Indeed, they spent an [[http://teamfourstar.com/tiba-dishonorable-mention/ entire video]] during their "TIBA" event lambasting the poor quality the first episode.

** Both Bojack Unbound and the Buu Saga of DBZA became this after it was announced that both projects were cancelled. After working on Bojack for months the team couldn't make the material usable in any satisfactory way and eventually led to them resenting the project. This was what made them realise they had reached burnout with ''DBZA'' as a whole and, after going back and forth on whether they would continue the show in another style, was one of many factors that let to the team deciding to end the series at episode 60 instead of risking potential SeasonalRot by forcing themselves to make a potentially subpar final season.
