** The first book mentions that Butler's family are all trained at a school in Israel but Butler later remembers something from the Swiss academy. ''Eternity Code'' explains that the school moves every five years and that Butler spent the first few years in Israel until it moved to Switzerland.
** Mulch somehow uses the Gift Of Tongues to talk to some dogs in ''Arctic Incident'' even though he's lost his magic. ''Lost Colony'' handwaves this by saying both Mulch and Doodah Day each have a spark of magic left that lets them use the gift. Sadly this is contradicted by ''Atlantis Complex'' that says Bobb Ragby can't use the Gift since he lost his magic and Mulch implies he had to learn English.

* KeepCirculatingTheTapes: As of May 2023, the movie has been delisted from Creator/DisneyPlus. Since it never got any release on physical media, less than three years after its premiere, it has become impossible to legally watch and/or own the film. Not that anything of value was lost this way.

* RoleEndingMisdemeanor: After news of his sexual allegations were reported in October 2017, Harvey Weinstein was fired from Creator/TheWeinsteinCompany and removed as producer for the film, not that it improved its quality.

This is a reference to the book plot where Artemis tricks the fairies into attempting to kill him in order to enter the estate, but since this subplot isn't included and Root doesn't plan to outright murder a child, this exchange is left far less meaningful and the emphasis placed on the words spoken don't actually have any further meaning.
