* Self-proclaimed to be a hermit, Kasen Ibaraki is actually many things, and hiding so much more, behind her human-like appearance, ranging from being an oni, to being a Sage of Gensokyo. However, she would much prefer living life as it is now, taking in the beauty of normalcy and calm. Despite being a kind and helpful person, however, Kasen has quite a few dark shades to her disposition and process.
* Her ascension was arranged by Yukari and Okina as a result of everything that began happening with Gensokyo and its residents since [[{{Pantheon/Currency}} Chimata Tenykuu]]’s ascension. The fallout of that event has culminated in quite a turbulent series of events for the Touhou deities, both already and newly ascended. Yukari & Okina both knew that they really needed to step up their game and catch up with the modern times of the Pantheon, so they decided to enact a plan to ascend the last known member of the Sages.
** Kasen had been mainly hanging around Reimu’s shrine up until the day she would be ascended, when both Yukari & Okina showed up before her to request her aid in something. This unnatural reunion obviously made the hermit suspicious, especially knowing of the events that occurred since the market goddess’ ascension, but given her duties as a Sage, she accepted. Once they passed through the Land of the Back Door, they found themselves at the Pantheon/CourtOfTheGods, and suddenly Kasen knew- she had mainly known of the things that recently transpired, but never got involved as she wasn’t ascended. Yukari and Okina were gonna change that, much to the annoyance of the hermit.
* Regarding Reimu, Kasen is one of her closest true friends and allies, alongside Marisa…a feeling not so reciprocated by the shrine maiden at first. She once saw Kasen as an annoyance, but over time, she grew to learn and like her quite a bit. Kasen also served as TheMentor to Reimu, [[spoiler: guiding and training her for when she has to seal away her cursed arm again,]] helping her raise more money for the Hakurei Shrine, and other such tribulations. They don’t always see eye-to-eye on things, but they are very much in agreement to them whrn it comes down to it.
** Kasen, by extension, is also friends with quite a fair bit of Reimu’s camaderie. Marisa is a strong supporter of Kasen’s mentorship to Reimu, which while made the shrine maiden annoyed, it also pleased the hermit. Sanae is pretty much a neighbor to Kasen, as they both live on Youkai Mountain, and are also friendly with each other. With Sumireko, though, things are slightly more tense (especially given [[VideoGame/TouhouShinpirokuUrbanLegendInLimbo what Sumireko did]]), but they still have an amicable relationship, sometimes finding excuses to visit the Outside World.
** As a Sage of Gensokyo, she has a sworn duty to maintain the land of fantasy and its integrity. However, of the trio, she is probably the most vocal when it comes to expressing her opinions on the others. Kasen, like Reimu, finds Yukari to be cowardly and annoying, pestering and bothering others into stopping or starting things for her. She echoes this for Okina as well, as well as citing that she has an idea on the inner workings of that secret god’s mind. However, in the end, she still regards them as allies, as they are just as much protectors as she is.
** Is weirded out a little by Miko’s strange infatuation towards her. Well, Kasen does call herself a “Taoist Hermit”, so it would make sense that Miko would be asking for advice from someone like her, right? Well, she may not really know the full extent of what Taoism is, but her affinity with animals and nature as well as her kindhearted personality have made her quite a fond character in the Crown Prince’s eyes and mind. Kasen isn’t sure of what to make of all of this, really.
* Ever since her ascension, Kasen has begun wandering around as usual, looking for new experiences. This has resulted in quite a few new friends and foes for her to juggle.
** The House of Beasts And Fauna welcomed the hermit with open arms (or paws? Appendages?), making her an honorary member of the House. Rexxar in particular respects her quite a lot, as she is a beastmaster in her own right, also having tamed 5 beasts like him as well as being a hermit. The rest of the Beasthood, and by extension most of the House, are also respectful of Kasen, and are more than willing to take her side if she ever is put in a tight situation.
** Howled with laughter upon seeing Sr Pelo's [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3sOAkdu3tRo recreation]] of the events that occurred within the [[VideoGame/TouhouKoumakyouTheEmbodimentOfScarletDevil Scarlet Mist Incident]]. She found his playful artstyle and animation to be very endearing, as well as its tongue-in-cheek and slapstick humor sparsed with clever soundclips and effects. For a day or so, it was all Kasen can talk about to Reimu and co., who while annoyed at first, eventually decided to watch the video themselves. Since then, Sr Pelo had become a celebrated icon in Gensokyo, and is one of the few deities who have been allowed in and out of it freely without reprecussion.
** Not all is fine and dandy for the hermit, however, as there are always going to be obstacles in her life. She had been made aware of some recent threats to Gensokyo and its residents, such as Tanya, Alice ([[OverusedRunningGag not Margatroid]]), Brand X, Terumi, and older foes like Odio. She’s also found some rather unscripulous characters in the House of Beasts & Fauna, like Chantel [=DuBois=] and in her opinion, The Dovahkiin. To Touhou deities in particular, Kasen is quite a critic towards Keiki Haniyasushin, thiugh given their respective stances on animals, this shouldn’t come as a surprise; it’s also not surprising that Junko would be an enemy of Kasen’s as well, given that the divine spirit is in association with [[TheDreaded Gigyas]].
* Not many people beyond those from Gensokyo know that Kasen is actually an oni. But if you’ve researched Kasen’s last name, [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ibaraki-d%C5%8Dji Ibaraki]], then it does become a bit more obvious as to what she actually is. Her supposed actual identity became one that quite a few took notice of.
** Rem & Ram, two fellow oni in the Pantheon, became acquainted with Kasen through [[Pantheon/RangedWeapons Sakuya Izayoi]]. The hermit felt bad for Rem’s current condition, and adds herself to the growing list of deities who’ll help them whenever she can to restore Rem’s memories. Kasen was also acquainted with the Masters of Spinjitzu through the oni servants, who were, again, surprised to find more friendly oni in the Pantheon now, but have since become friends with her.
** Ritsuka Fujimaru, the master of Chaldea, was quick to locate Kasen, as they suspected that she was ''their'' Ibaraki-Douji. Though that wasn't really the case for Ritsuka, Kasen herself was rather unnerved of their description of Ibaraki-Douji[[spoiler:, it deeply reminds her of herself, especially when she merged with her arm to truly become Ibaraki-Douji herself]]. Thankfully, though, when the two oni did meet in Ritsuka's temple, no true animosity emerged, as they instead recounted their respective pasts without much judgment. Since then, both Ibarakis, as well as Ritsuka, have become friends.
** A deity that gives Kasen some pause is Momotaro, who along with animal companions of his own, took to taking down an island full of oni. While she was more concerned about the oni that had dealt the damage first, she was wary that Momotaro's skills with a blade are not to be underestimated. The boy himself also expressed concern about Kasen, [[spoiler: as she is Ibaraki-Douji although not as evil nor powerful without her true right arm,]] but was still nonetheless rather rattled at such a powerful oni could be around in the Pantheon- and that's not counting Kasen's heralds...
* Kasen has a myriad of abilities at her disposal, learned from her many years. Ranging from hiding her home in different ways (potentially similar to how Miko does with Senkai), channeling and manipulating light spheres, [[FlashStep instantaneous movement]], and of curse, incredible strength. She also is in possession of a magical box/cup that seems to have the ability to cure its drinker's ailments and wounds completely as well as grant them strength, but in return, their disposition becomes similar to that of an oni's. For the former, the manipulation of light orbs has gotten her the attention of ne of Miko's training buddies, Oriko Mikuni, but the hermit doesn't think too highly of her despite both of them having a bond with the Crown Prince. The House of Pantheon/HealthAndDiseases are quick to ask Kasen for samples of medicinal salve from her box, but she refuses to budge when it comes to that, as she states that there's other, and probably better, alternatives that they can explore first.
* [[spoiler:Kasen's main reason for training and mentoring Reimu was so that the shrine maiden can be prepared to strike her, or rather her evil self that was sealed in her severed right arm, down, so that said arm can be resealed.]] Kasen had planned quite extensively to pull this off, much like how her other fellow Sages have pulled off extensive plans of their own. Since her ascension, she has had many aspects of those events reflected in many of the deities she has seen and met with.
** Ritsuka, learning of Kasen's previous plight, referred her to the Hassan With The Cursed Arm to spend some time with. They both have cursed right arms, though compared to Kasen with hers being cut off and [[spoiler:housing her malicious and evil side]], the Hassan's right arm houses a full-on demon, and is attached to him still. Another such friendship would be struck with Hellboy, in the same house as Hassan, also with a cursed right arm. They both also happen to choose to leave behind what they used to be and become better people- and they do like animals, with Hellboy having a fondness for cats while Kasen is much less specific on her likings.
** Once watched on Sumireko's phone how Samuel Rodrigues brutally slashed off Raiden's arm, and was piqued. She wondered if that, in the unlikely event the seal for her right arm would be removed, she can call upon Sam's help instead. While their first meeting was normal and they were friendly about it, he did bring up the heated moments between Yang, Blake, and Adam, especially with the fall of Beacon. She then encountered the aforementioned trio, one by one, over the course of the following day. While she sympathized with Yang's situation and what resulted from it, she doesn't hold Adam to that degree, but maintains as much neutrality with the other as possible.
* Did you know that Kasen got banned from the House of {{Pantheon/Food}} for a few days? Many cite it as an incident caused on purpose, but the actual events were much simpler than that. The hermit once was at that House to get some food and talk to some of Reimu’s other friends, when she caught whiff of Ragna’s cooking. After a bit of chat about [[spoiler: living with cursed arms that can make them evil if unleashed/unsealed and]] and how good Ragna’s cooking is (which, of course, he didn’t [[LargeHam ham]] about), she took him to meet with her correspondents- Yuyuko and Youmu, both ghosts. [[WhyDidItHaveToBeSnakes Naturally, Ragna freaked out about seeing ghosts, which in turn caused Youmu to freak out about ghosts as well]], and now both have their weapons drawn, shrink-eyed and scared. However, Ragna in particular laid eyes at a table where Byakuren Hijiri and her disciples sat- including Nue; his fear becoming rage, he took off and went to assault the alien for that nasty scare she inflicted upon him a while back, which devolved into a brief but full blown battle across the House. [[{{Scapegoat}} And then everyone but Ragna & Nue (who blamed each other) pinned the situation on Kasen, the only noncombatant in that whole ordeal]]; thankfully, Eiki and co. knew what actually happened, and only gave a light sentencing to the hermit in the form of a three-day ban.
--> '''Yukari:''' That’s the spirit! Now you’ve really become a resident of Gensokyo!
--> '''Okina:''' An impressive feat, indeed- what an incident you’ve managed to cause, Ibaraki.
--> '''Kasen, annoyed:''' Another word from either of you and I’m going to apply intense percussive therapy on your smug faces.
* Can also be found in the Hall of {{Pantheon/Disguises}}.

* Ange le Carré & Princess Charlotte- one of them is a pickpocket-turned-royalty, and the other is royalty-turned-pickpocket, and who is who is always a 50/50. Their nearly-matching looks extend far down to their childhood, and while that may not be as much of a factor now, they've learned, as spies, to disguise for many scenarios- especially when they need to masquerade as the other. Their constant swapping will have most confused at first, even those close to them in terms of relationship, and they'd rarely slip up in acting as the other. Their bond is strong, and so is their ability to be the other- among other factors- that made them some of the best spies in the Commonwealth of Albion.

** One day, on the way to their temple from exploring the many stores in the House of Costumes, Princess found herself face-to-face with Ange…who she thought was investigating a matter with Holmes and Watson that day. “Ange” explained that the case was wrapped up early, and with Princess always placing trust in Ange, she followed her…into the Hall of {{Pantheon/BodilyForm}}, where “Ange” proceeded to transform into Queen Chrysalis, and more than ready to feed off the love Princess gives off for Ange. Thankfully, [[TruthInHindsight there was truth in Chrysalis-Ange’s previous statement]], as the master spy suddenly leaped out of nowhere alongside the rest of Team White Pidgeon and an esper named Sumireko Usami to drive away the alicorn and save Princess. * Blitzwing is a Triple Changer; a Transformer with the ability to convert from robot mode into two separate vehicle forms. In his case, a Soviet [=MiG-25=] fighter jet and a Type-74 Japanese tank. Brutish, loudmouthed, and all around despised even by his own allies, he served as a capable soldier in the Decepticon army, tearing up the battlefield alongside fellow Triple Changer Astrotrain. But the Blitzwing who arrived in the Pantheon was not the same one Megatron was familiar with. Instead, he came from an [[WesternAnimation/TransformersAnimated alternate universe]], where the Decepticons had been defeated by the Autobots long before their arrival on Earth. This version not only has three forms, but also three different personalities; a cold and stoic strategist known as "Icy", a bad-tempered brute referred to as "Hothead", and an absolute nutcase simply called... [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin "Random".]] These three personalities swing back and forth depending on Blitzwing's mood, each with their own [[https://tfwiki.net/mediawiki/images2/c/cd/Animated_blitzwing_faces1.JPG face to represent them.]] This only serves to make him even more unpredictable than before, even to his own allies. Megatron though took this in stride, and busted Blitzwing out of his cell on Cybertron, bringing the Triple Changer back into his ranks and giving him a position in the Pantheon as a god.
* It would have been easier for Optimus Prime and the Autobots to deal with Blitzwing alone... [[FromBadToWorse but he didn't come alone.]] Serving as his Herald is Lugnut, another Decepticon from the Animated timeline and a devote follower of Megatron, faithfully obeying every command he gives without question. He and Blitzwing are often paired together on missions, and more often than not, there will always be blood involved.
* Having multiple personalities has allowed Blitzwing to gain some bonus perks, mainly in the form of weaponry and transformations. As Icy, he specializes in [[AnIcePerson ice-based attacks]] and transform into his jet form, while Hothead can conjure up [[PlayingWithFire fire-based projectiles]] whilst in tank mode. He can only have access to one element/vehicle depending on his personality but Random can use [[TakeAThirdOption both]]. Unfortunately for him, the changes are involuntary, and as his weapons and transformations are tied to whichever personality is in control, it can be easy for his enemies to [[TrickingTheShapeshifter trick him to take on a particular form.]] More than once, a massive tank has been sighted [[GravityIsAHarshMistress falling out of the sky]] screaming "slag" before impact.
* It should be noted that when the three aren't in conflict over what their objective is, all three faces of Blitzwing are dangerous combatants and not above mutilation to reach their goals. Or [[ForTheEvulz just for fun]], depending on which one is in control. As such, the other Decepticons tend to keep their distance whenever he's on the [[BerserkerRage rampage.]]
* Blitzwing learned from Megatron that Sari Sumdac's Allspark enhanced key was stored in the Pantheon's Treasury, and has been trying to figure out how to acquire it. Unfortunately for him, progress on developing said plan has been slow. He also doesn't realize it's completely useless as all its power was drained into Sari long ago.
* As an ally to Optimus Prime, it's no surprise that Blitzwing has attempted to destroy SCP-516 to show Megatron who is the better tank... only for Megatron to go [[Anime/TransformersArmada Armada]] and prove both of them wrong. Admittedly, it got quite a few laughs from the participants of that battle.
* Though he doesn't like humans that much, Blitzwing has been forced to work alongside Cobra Commander and his forces on Megatron's orders. He, Destro and the Baroness have been seen taking on Duke and Snake Eyes on a regular basis, mostly to destroy their advance weaponry. He's also teamed up with Dr. Wily and Eggman, taking advantage of their creations unique powers and abilities. It also gave the pair a much needed advantage against Mega Man, Sonic and the respective allies.
* It was because of his revolving personalities and accompanying faces that Blitzwing gained the friendship of Two-Face, who serves as a link to the Court of the Gods for the Decepticons as a result, primarily to bust them out of confinement much faster. This made Batman incredibly wary, and has even upgraded the Batmobile's tank mode to properly combat the Triple Changer.
* Due to the Pantheon's influence, not to mention his multiple personalities, Blitzwing will cycle through several forms depending on the situation at hand. Sometimes, he will become the [[Franchise/TransformersGenerationOne version from the original timeline]] but carry over his [[VideoGame/TransformersDevastation fire and ice powers]], but other times he'll become a standard [[Film/{{Bumblebee}} F-4 Phantom II]] Seeker equipped with a sub-machine gun and built-in daggers. But in all these various incarnations, the [[ContinuityNod changing faces]] [[https://tfwiki.net/mediawiki/images2/2/22/Generationstoy-Voyager_Blitzwing.jpg remain]], a trademark of the timeline where the Cybertronian originated from.
** He hasn't forgotten what happened the [[https://youtu.be/ZF-k-pdQAvA?t=109 last time]] he fought Hot Rod and Kup. Nor has he forgiven them.
* It is believed by some that Blitzwing was in fact, a drone built by the [[GreaterScopeVillain Quintessons]] that gained independence and joined the Decepticons shortly after. As such, he opposed the Daleks and Borgs, along with their respective rulers due to their manipulative natures and both reminding him of his past. It's worth noting that should Megatron become Galvatron once more and be swayed to helping either assimilators, Blitzwing will not hesitate to perform another HeelFaceTurn and aid the Autobots in stopping him.
* It turned out that Blitzwing wasn't originally a Triple Changer. Instead, his unique abilities were the results of rigorous experimentations by Blackarachnia, but this had a negative side-effect. These experiments were the very reason why he has three split personalities to begin with. As such, he greatly despises the Houses of Insects and Arthropods respectively, and is hoping to get his revenge on the spider... which may be sooner than he expects, considering she's one of [[Pantheon/BetrayalMotivation Prince Zuko's]] followers. To try and get at Zuko and Blackarachnia, he joined up with Azula, who has managed to best her older brother on several occasions. This alliance though is superficial; the fallen princess finds the Decepticon's constant personality changing to be annoying, and has no interest in bringing him to King Bradley to join the High Command.
* Almost every single Gundam pilot detests the Triple Changer, due to his continuous switching back and forth between forms and powers during battle. Amuro Ray has gone to Optimus for assistance and, almost instinctually, suggested exposing him to [[https://tfwiki.net/wiki/Cosmic_Rust_(disease) Cosmic Rust]], a disease which can infect and even kill Cybertonians. The young pilot has taken this into consideration.
* Blitzwing and his personalities have been described by some as an evil FreudianTrio.'''[[note]] Ego, Id, and Superego. [[/note]]''' As such, he immediately became enemies with Captain James Kirk, along with his comrades Leonard [=McCoy=] and Mr. Spock, who may or may not have faced against similar foes in the past. It certainly doesn't help that Kirk and the crew of the Enterprise have a [[https://tfwiki.net/wiki/Star_Trek_vs._Transformers little experience]] with fighting Decepticons.
* Despite sounding like and resembling a German soldier, Blitzwing is nevertheless opposed to working with any deified Nazis in the Pantheon. It may seem surprising at first but the Decepticon has his reasons. The Nazi party targeted anyone they considered [[FinalSolution undesirable]]; Jewish, Roma, Communist, homosexuals, Jehovah's Witnesses, and the mentally disabled to name a few. Blitzwing's insanity has been seen as a detriment, and after being confronted by Red Skull about it, all the Triple Changer had to do was go [[BerserkerRage Random mode and go all out.]]
** It's also the reason why he sometimes works with Magneto, due to their shared animosity towards Nazis.
* Despite the fact that they have a similar concept of [[SplitPersonality split personalities]], Blitzwing definitely doesn't want to mess with Onslaught. The immensely powerful entity proved to be too dangerous for even him and after [[NoodleIncident a particularly nasty beatdown]], he wisely backed off.
** Another one of Blitzwing's neighbours, Touko Fukawa, opposes him for reminding her of her problem with her killer alternate personality, Genocider Sho. Sho, for the most part, doesn't care for the Decepticon but finds his Random personality to be someone she can riot with. For his part, Blitzwing sees the SHSL Author as just another insect to trample over, which greatly offended Fukawa. After all, she owns a stinkbug as a pet.
* One day, while going on a murder spree across the Pantheon, Blitzwing attempted to blow up a seemingly normal pink-haired girl that stood in his way. He turned into his Hothead mode and fired a shot... only for it be deflected by a mysterious force. It was only then that he realized, much to his horror, she was in fact [[{{Mutants}} Diclonius]] known as Lucy. The remainder of the fight did not go well. [[CurbStompBattle For him, anyway.]]
* While Blitzwing has shown animosity to all the ascended Autobots and Maximals, it's Bumblebee that seems to set him off the most. The reason for it is because in [[AlternateUniverse one timeline]] Blitzwing pursued a young B-127 to Earth, and was [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SPXemrXT1hU promptly destroyed]] by the rookie Autobot. To be fair, Bee has every reason to hate Blitzwing back. He ''did'' rip out Bee's vocal synthesizer, rendering him mute.
* Is not a big fan of the House of Torture and Mutilation due to ending up [[ComicBook/TheTransformersIDW captured and vivisected]] by Miles Mayhem, who used this knowledge of the robot's biology to create [[WesternAnimation/{{MASK}} M.A.S.K.]] As such, Blitzwing wants nothing to do with the likes of AM, who ''also'' yearns for the chance to "examine" the insides of a Cybertronian.
* The house of Pantheon/TimeAndSpace proceeded to compile a [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yNTdYcFXHjg basic guide]] to help the GUAG to better understand Blitzwing and all of his incarnations.
* ''[[EstablishingCharacterMoment "Ze name iz Blitzwing, insect; remember it! Cause it's ze last thing you're gonna hear before I—express my feelings in song!"]]''

* Living in the forest far away from society along with his mother Jun Kazama, Jin Kazama was a sweet kid who loved his mother above everything that existed in his world, following his mother's moral discipline and her family's style of martial arts. However, he and his mother were confronted by the evil being known as Ogre, and wanting to keep Jin safe from his destruction, Jun told him to seek Heihachi Mishima as he is actually his grandfather. After seeing his home in flames, Jin swore revenge against Ogre, thinking that his mother was dead. He sought out Heihachi, having been trained by him in the Mishima-ryu martial arts as well as becoming his ward He also developed a friendship and rivalry with Ling Xiaoyu and Hwoarang, participating in the third King of Iron Fist Tournament where Ogre was the final opponent. Jin defeated Ogre, finally getting his revenge as well as winning the tournament... only to be betrayed by his grandfather and killed by the Tekken Force, which awakened the devil blood inside, promptly resurrecting him. He then fought against Heihachi, before leaving, not wanting to be seen again...
** Distraught by the betrayal, he became a cold lone-wolf, renouncing the Mishima name and deciding to practice and use karate as his main fighting style. Jin entered the fourth King of Iron Fist Tournament to kill his father and grandfather. Transforming to his devil form once again after being captured and feeling his father’s presence, he tried to kill his grandfather, but stopped because of Jun, flying away. He eventually returned to the fifth King of Iron Fist Tournament, where he killed his resurrected great-grandfather, winning the tournament and becoming the CEO of the Mishima Zaibatsu.
** Jin eventually used his new position to begin a global war to kill Azazel and stop the devil, concluding with the sixth King of Iron Fist Tournament. He was eventually confronted by Lars and explained his true motive. Despite killing Azazel, the Devil Gene still exists, and in his weakened state, he became Devil Jin and went on a rampage. He was eventually saved by Lee, Lars, and Alisa to recover. Awakening after Heihachi’s death and the destruction of the rest of the world by Kazuya, he teamed up with the trio to stop Kazuya and the Devil Gene once and for all.
* It was a normal day in the Pantheon until people saw Heihachi and Kazuya were killing each other like usual. During the heat of the battle, they saw a man with sunglasses coming in a motorcycle as he landed on the ground, revealing himself to be Jin Kazama, who ascended to get revenge on his relatives. Nowadays, people see the three dysfunctional family members trying to kill each other every day with no stopping. Even if they try to get them to get along for a day, it doesn’t last long.
* Opinion varies on what the people of his universe think of him. Many have some sort of personal score to settle with him or just generally consider him a threat to be stopped, mainly due to his actions as the leader of the Mishima Zaibatsu. The only people that genuinely love him are Xiaoyu and Alisa, the former because she remembered his former kindness and wanted to redeem him, and the latter because she wanted to protect him at all costs. For Lars, even if he mostly allies with Jin because he is the key to stop Kazuya, nowadays, his animosity to Jin has diminished, and even managed to be civil with him. Hwoarang still wants to fight Jin, who is constantly annoyed by him interfering in his mission, and he is pretty much neutral with Nina and Julia, though he's definitely more distant with the assassin. She's worked for all three of him, Kazuya, and Heihachi at separate points in the past, making her less than trustworthy, and she doesn't really want to be involved with their issues anymore, preferring to take on private contracts and try to kill her own sister every now and again.
* Ryu became much more conflicted about Jin after seeing his actions as a CEO. While he does sympathize with Jin trying to eradicate his evil alter-ego and understands that his intentions were noble, he can’t exactly condone causing a global war that killed millions. In contrast, Tikal pities him more than outright having conflicted feelings on him, being a peaceful woman who still loves Chaos despite the atrocities he did. She hopes that he could find peace in himself and remove his evil side forever.
* Ever since he found out that Killer BOB mind-controlled him to exploit his Devil Gene, he is now pissed off at the entity and wants to kill him as much as Kazuya and Heihachi. Killer BOB hopes that the Devil Gene will remain in Jin’s veins so that he could exploit it again if he ever decides to control him again, making Jin all the more pissed off and determined to find ways to end him for good.
* During his early days in the Pantheon, Jin was once a member of the Heroic Protectors of Family, in part due to being among the best in his family, barring Asuka and Lars. However, after the war between the Mishima Zaibatsu and the G Corporation had left his reputation incredibly sullied and his organization in shambles, Jin wound up leaving his spot to be vacated by someone else. It was a decision he decided to make and ever since then, he hasn't said much on the matter. The Heroic Protectors were confused and upset as to how Jin was willing to start a war, even if his intentions were good, and do sincerely wish for him to return. There was also the fact that Jin wound up representing something else and that was [[EnemyWithin his internal battle with his Devil Gene incarnation known as Devil Jin]].
** That said, his animosity towards the Child Abuse Supporters has remained intact and Jin doesn't make any pretenses that he is on the Heroic Protectors' side when it comes to combating against them. Given that he was raised by an abusive grandfather who only saw him as a tool and a threat to be killed off, no one can really argue with Jin's reasons, even if his morality has begun to grow increasingly complicated. That said, he was surprised to learn that Heihachi relinquished his membership of the Abuse Supporters around the same time Jin left the Heroic Protectors and went on to represent a [[MurderInTheFamily mutual trait with Kazuya]]. Needless to say, the feud continues on, even as many simply wish that it would just end.
* Jin's experience with the Devil Gene may have been torturous, but it has led him to a few similar figures who can understand and even sympathize with his stress and troubles. One of them was Orion, a New God from the planet New Genesis, who was gifted an insatiable bloodlust from the day he was born. This was a trait that he inherited from his father and ruler of Apokolips, [[Pantheon/{{Leadership}} Darkseid]], and to his dismay, he doesn't have control of said bloodlust unless he has a Motherbox, which makes him afraid that he can suddenly go ballistic and demolish everything in his sights without concern. He and Jin related in regards to their dark circumstances, and Jin even admired Orion's stance on going against his birth father. However, while Orion sees Jin as a tormented soul who needs help, he's not happy with his decision to instigate a conflict to awaken Azazel. As a result, the two see each other as rivals who would often fight against one another. That said, neither really hold any animosity for one another as they do want to help each other, though Orion feels as if Jin may be teetering into darkness, much to his own dismay.
** Ragna the Bloodedge was another being who took to sympathizing with Jin's plights, considering he himself is the vessel of the Black Beast that is prophesized to destroy the world, having done everything he could to avert this fate with successful results... [[HeroicSacrifice and giving up his life to do so]]. In fact, Ragna himself doesn't care about having a negative reception so long as he accomplished his task and gets why Jin is unpopular. Still, Jin's aloof nature has been hard to get around with, so there isn't much communication between the two. Ragna, like Orion, seeks to help Jin out in some way, though things have proven to be difficult.
*** Relating to Ragna, Jin Kisaragi and Noel Vermillion also took heed of Jin's actions and reputation, though their stance towards him was different. Kisaragi simply saw him as a dire threat that reminded him of something similar and seeks to stop Jin at any cost, with the same sentiment also going for his future counterpart, Hakumen. Noel, on the other hand, is more sympathetic and saddened by what Jin was going through and often tries to urge Ragna and Kisaragi to do something about it. Unfortunately, Kisaragi is in disagreement whereas while Ragna reciprocates, Jin has been pretty aloof and distant, so communication seems to be tough.
* Despite his rather unpopular reception, especially after splitting from the Heroic Protectors, Jin does have a few contacts that he maintains a good relationship with. Two of these are Rachel Roth and Bruce Banner, both of whom are powerful beings who struggle to contain a greater power within them as they fear that it would unleash great destruction if left unchecked. This fear is not without doubt, for Raven's true power is tied to a prophecy that her father, Trigon, tried to fulfill, and Bruce's emotional trauma has resulted in his transformation into The Incredible Hulk having some different iterations that represent his dark side, especially Kluh. Jin appreciates that the two of them don't see him in a negative light and Raven and Bruce are open to trying to helping him out on some occasions. That said, the Teen Titans and the Avengers aren't so keen on the Child of Destiny, but Raven and Bruce aren't giving up, which has endeared Jin.
** Lelouch vi Britannia was a former monarch who decided to use his powers of Geass to usher in an era of unity and harmony. However, the situation he was in regarding his home country's politics, personal life, and his fellow comrades and friends meant that things got ugly really quickly on his part. Lelouch decided it would be best if he set up being a dictator, meant to generate all of the public's hatred towards him and coerce his friend, [[Pantheon/SuicideAndSacrifice Suzaku Kururugi]], to publicly assassinate him in an attempt to unite his people and maintain peace, even if it meant going down hated. The story behind it all intrigued Jin, though it was not without its own set of tragedies. The two saw that they were willing to do whatever it takes and be hated by the public if it meant achieving their goals and ultimately found respect for one another. While they'll help one another, Jin and Lelouch tend to keep themselves distant, so as to not generate too much interest for others regarding their civility and partnership as they felt that it would compromise too much for them.
* On the subject of dysfunctional parents, there was also Tatewaki Kuno, a womanizer who was desperate for the attention of Akane Kendo and failing every time because of his delusional and arrogant nature. However, his family isn't all that stable either, as his sister likes to poison others for her own amusement and Tatewaki's father was physically and verbally abusive, to the extent that he didn't care when he ditched Tatewaki to go to Hawaii. Despite the similarities, Jin doesn't really have strong feelings for Tatewaki; he simply feels that Tatewaki burdens and distracts himself too much and is single-minded about winning attraction. While Jin is also similarly single-track-minded, he does acknowledge his faults and tries to do his best to do something good, regardless of his reputation and notoriety. Tatewaki's annoying habits and persistence aren't helping matters either.
* Jin and Kazuya are a popular topic for the Hall of Pantheon/{{Demons}} and the residents there often scheme about how to get them to their side in the hopes of using their Devil Gene powers to their advantage. Unfortunately for them, Jin vehemently is against most of the demons whereas Kazuya is impartial and is only fixated on killing his father and his son to ensure that he's the sole possessor of the Devil Gene. The Demons, however, aren't giving up all that easily, which only frustrates Jin more, to the point whereupon activating his Devil form, he ended up killing hundreds of demons. And even then, many of the other demon deities in the Pantheon just expressed a further desire for the Devil Gene. Jin has since decided that he would end them to make sure he isn't hounded for his powers.
** However, there were a few demons who actually respected Jin's solidarity and even came to some form of understanding. Akira Fudo was one of those beings, a normal boy who suddenly gained the powers of demonkind and takes on the guise of Devilman. Unlike Jin, however, Akira decided to use his curse as an opportunity to help others, though the Satan of Akira's world has remained persistent in having Akira for himself, which has resulted in numerous tragedies on Akira's part, which stunned and upset Jin, alongside fearing the idea of his Devil form being obsessed with control and terror. That said, they chose not to press on to this topic any further and remained on good terms with one another, with Akira even helping Jin in some of his troubles.
** The circumstances of Dante and Vergil's relationship were eerily similar to Jon's animosity towards his father and grandfather, though Dante and Vergil do have some measure of respect towards one another, regardless of their bad blood, something which Jin couldn't really say about most of his kin. Dante personally sees Him as someone who needs help, but at the same time, the Devil Gene makes him realize that it would not be so easy and needs to prepare for combat in case things get sore. Vergil, on the other hand, thinks that Jin would make for a worthy challenge and often encourages Jin to "motivate" himself regarding his prowess. Jin and Vergil occasionally fight against one another, with the latter being intent on battling Devil Jin at some point. His son, Nero, however, is on Dante's side and seeks to reach out to Jin. Surprisingly, Jin is a lot more cordial and emotive towards Vergil's son, seeing as the two had similar problems with their parents.
* On a positive note, which is ironic due to his own tragic upbringing, Jin is a lot softer and reserved towards those who've had to suffer from parental abuse, given that he knows exactly how it feels to be seen as underwhelming and a tool by someone who is supposed to love, nurture, and protect their children. Even with his eviction from The Heroic Protectors, he's more than welcome to be invited to the Hall of Pantheon/FamilyDysfunctions. It helps that Lars is a representative there, so Jin is given easy access there, and the two take turns in defending the place from time to time.
* Normally, Jin doesn't have much of a problem with fighting tournaments, seeing as, most of the time, they mostly serve to gain the attention of strong fighters and have then duke out for a prize, reputation, or a personal goal. However, given who the Mishima Zaibatsu were led by prior to himself, Jin is outright opposed to the likes of Shao Kahn, Geese Howard, and Rugal Bernstein. The three of them may as well be worse than Heihachi; while Heihachi himself was not a good person by any means, he still loved his wife and cared for his pet, Kuma, in addition to limiting his greater animosities only towards his family, even if that enough was unforgivable in Jin's eyes. The other three, however, would rather make everyone's lives miserable, and the tournaments they hold only add up to further problems. Geese is still tame compared to Shao and Rugal, who are both guilty of invading settlements, killing innocents, and promoting and spreading terrorism [[ForTheEvulz for the hell of it]]. Geese and Rugal think Jin is a strong fighter, worthy of their attention, whereas Shao wants Jin's soul so that he may be able to claim the Devil Gene in some way for himself. Jin is having none of it and, more than once, has expressed his contempt towards them.
* Jin's mind and heart are well-soothed to know that his mother Jun is in the Pantheon. While he was very reluctant to go see her during his time running the Mishima Zaibatsu, the aftermath of the struggle with Azazel has given him a new resolve, and now he often goes to her residence to seek a rare moment of peace whenever he's free. Jun herself is happy to see her son again and is more than available to comfort and look after Jin like any caring parent would. Of course, she wasn't happy with the treacherous actions of Kazuya and Heihachi, nor Jin himself instigating a war, but this didn't change the fact that she still loves and wants to see the best for her son. Jin was able to accept his mother's criticism, reminding himself that she knew his actions were for a noble cause and yet that wouldn't really excuse them either way. For now, Jin is simply happy that his mother is around to meet up with in the Pantheon. That said, this is not mutual towards his grandmother, Kazumi, where the Devil Gene curse came from. Jin is opposed to her, just like Kazuya and Heihachi were, though Kazumi herself is not as tender towards her grandson, provided they never really met. Outside of fighting, their conversations tend to be awkward at best.
''"Yeah. It’s all on me. The devil’s blood runs through my veins, so it’s up to me to kill Kazuya."''

* Originally a regular scientist, Daniel Lamb joined the Pickman Project only because he wanted to support his family and give them a better life. Everything turned for the worse when the Project experimented on him and inserted a personality into him, the AxCrazy murderous Leo Kasper, whose mission is to take over Danny's body and use it as his own. Initially Leo acted as a mentor for Danny, pretending to be a real person when otherwise he wasn't and having done things such as murdering Danny's best friend and his wife, but Danny found out the truth and promptly removed Leo from his conciousness and leave all of this behind by starting a new life somewhere else.
** However, after he was ascended, Daniel was not amused to learn that he had to share the temple with Leo, who now has a separate body of his own to do whatever he wants. And also seeks revenge against Danny for vanishing, but for now he is content with just messing with Danny whenever he can.
* Even though both have really bad blood between them, [[EnemyMine they are willing to team up]] when it comes to {{Mad Scientist}}s considering what the project did to them. While Danny is just conformed with shooting a few of them on sight, Leo [[PayEvilUntoEvil on the other hand]] will [[ColdBloodedTorture torture them]] before giving them an agonizing death.
* Danny became acquianted to Dr. Jekyll after learning of his ordeal that he has to suffer with Hyde, even if he is truly part of his personality unlike Leo is to Danny. On his part, Leo surprisingly got along with the creature, especially given their shared AxCrazy quirks both men have.
** Then there was other people whose split personality ended up becoming [[LiteralSplitPersonality real]]. Danny understands a lot of Marik Ishtar's pain on how mistreatment can lead to bad things and he wasn't happy that Leo and Marik's evil personality became allies, so they decided that they would take care of them together. Then Leo also went and made friends with Dark Danny of all people, showing that his sociopathic tendencies were getting out of control now that he is on his own body and he is turning into a borderline OmnicidalManiac when his lust for murder gets the best of him.
* Both men also have a certain disdain for Dr. Angus Bumby, not only because of a lousy treatment of his own patients and how he wanted to turn them into slaves, plus reminding both men of Dr. Pickman who made them who they are.
* Alex Mason certainly can relate with Danny's situation since he also suffered a similar fate, but instead of a split personality creation he was brainwashed into killing a select group of people. Both are definitely trying to avoid going into a clinic any time soon.
* Danny was curious and tried to learn more about his predecessor James Earl Cash, who unsurprisingly Danny found out he was a death row criminal forced into playing a DeadlyGame by a depraved director. Daniel has had the unfortunate circumstance of also running into degenerates just like Starkweather and his lackey Piggsy and considers killing them like he did with them.
* Both Daniel and Leo are asylum escapees, so they would like to not be reminded of that or be thrown into somewhere like Arkham Asylum. They also dread encountering two infamous deities that also were asylum immates, those being Chris Walker and Richard Trager and would prefer avoiding them at all costs.
* When Leo met the infamous Barracuda in person, he and 'Cuda actually became really good friends considering they are both {{Sociopathic Soldier}}s with a streak of gruesome and depraved murders to their name. Of course, Leo perfectly knows that he can easily backstab him and so he is wary of him, but he isn't much better in that regard and also has been planning to backstab him eventually.
* Danny's ordeal has left him a lot of psychological toll in his head and the return of Leo hasn't made things better. In the amidst of almost breaking down he met Simon Henriksson, whose personal issues could rival that of his own. Danny felt pity for Simon and decided to talk with him about their issues, not to mention that Simon has the issue that his inner murderous doppelganger has taken life of his own and occasionally haunt the pantheon halls not unlike Leo.
* Neither of the two are fond of the SCP Foundation, whose methods remind them a bit too much of how the Pickman Project operated, albeit with a lot of supernatural elements involved. The Foundation has been interested in trying to study how Pickman managed to implant a personality of a seemingly deceased person into another but both Danny and Leo have avoided any contact with the foundation.

** Notices he's very similar to Mr Hyde, and is wondering if there's any correlation between the two.
* Given his association with cheating in games, he's on Dr Hax's hit list, above the other Ghouls and Rare Hunters. Dark Marik isn't too concerned with him however.
* Being born of normal Marik's resentment has led him to target any and every pharaoh he can get his hands on. All of them are horrified by the likes of Dark Marik, [[EnemyMine and will team up to stop them]].
* Dark Marik is an utter CombatSadomasochist, but rather than physical torture or casual MindRape he prefers [[AbsurdlyHighStakesGame Shadow Games]]. Losing life points can mean losing pieces of yourself, memory loss, [[SadisticChoice sadistic choices]] or simple psychic torture. Don't expect him to care much, [[TooKinkyToTorture since he loves the pain]]. He's teamed up with Nobuyuki Sugou to cause suffering on a new level to the House of Gaming.
* Though a strong duelist in his own right, [[UnskilledButStrong he's not that skilled]]. He mainly uses his Shadow Games to help, and would've lost without them to Joey. His ace in the hole ([[CripplingOverspecialization and arguably his]] AchillesHeel) is the Winged Dragon of Ra, whom he likes to fuse with in battle. Dark Marik seeks to control the other phoenixes in the pantheon in order to replace the Winged Dragon of Ra. Aside from the Winged Dragon of Ra, Dark Marik focuses on monsters that cause long, drawn out deaths due to his extreme sadism. Malboro's poisoning and the Wither's griefer nature help him with his bloodlust, so he may burn the House of Gaming and laugh at the ashes.
* Incredibly frustrated by The Kid, who keeps managing to out-maneuver and survive his sadistic games. He's currently studying works like [[VideoGame/KaizoMarioWorld the Kaizo Mario mods]] to make the ultimate platform Shadow Game even he cannot escape. Is infuriated at Sora and Shiro as well due to being refuted as being able to be unbeatable in ''any'' game, refusing to the conditions and his violent options being out the question because of Disboard's Ten Pledges.
* Has teamed up with Freddy Krueger out of their shared ForTheEvulz interest. Dark Marik would help make things a living hell during the day, while Freddy torments people during the night. Both are trying to take out Darkrai for interfering with them.
* Particularly fond of MindRape as a form of torture whenever not able to play Shadow Games, and always makes sure to use it ''when'' playing Shadow Games. When seeing Satellizer El Bridget, he noticed she HatesBeingTouched and made the illusion of insects crawling around her and eating her body. She has become less haphephobic, he wants to trigger her. He also noticed Shinji and Asuka's experience with insanity and MindRape, thus is seeking to psychologically torture them. They've sworn to get even at him for this.
* Utilizes outright mind control whenever he has the Millennium Rod, putting him against James Sunderland, Alex Mason and Renekton due to combining it with messing with memories or some form of torture. He was impressed by Johan Liebert's MoreThanMindControl abilities, and hopes to cause anguish and pain with him. He's suggested Johan should utilize psychic powers, but Johan refused as he thinks it takes the fun out of it. Dark Marik doesn't understand it, but concedes it's useful.
* Unlike his good counterpart, Dark Marik has difficulty understanding modern technology, [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ujyj6QhRTao particularly machine-operated doors]]. He does seem to like robots though, since [[WebVideo/YuGiOhTheAbridgedSeries it lets him be as violent as he wants]] [[BloodlessCarnage as they don't bleed]].
* While psychic torture and pain is always going to be his forte, Dark Marik does enjoy traditional ColdBloodedTorture and as such often visits the House of Slaughter. He gets along well with Pudge and Skarlet. Dark Marik is also fascinated by the Dark Eldar's torture methods, feeling there's much to learn from Asdrubael Vecht. He enjoys the darkness and caves, but he's found a Zubat infestation in the ones in his temple. The Zubats may cause suffering, but it's of the annoying type and not his style.
* To differentiate himself from his good side, [[WebVideo/YuGiOhTheAbridgedSeries Dark Marik sometimes calls himself Melvin and claims he's Marik's imaginary friend]]. Served as a spy for 4Kids of all groups in order to shut down Little Kuriboh. He has decided to replace the knife of the Millennium Rod with a red lightsaber. Also has become a fan of [[DeadlyEuphemism "hugs"]] to cover for his psychotic murders. Most don't fall for it, but a few are TooDumbToLive anyway.

* One thing Doc is best known for is his time as host for the AI Omega[=/=]O'Malley, where instead of having to fight the parasite for control, he's allowed to speak over him on occasion, making for a constant flip of personalities, though O'Malley was on top most of the time.
** In order to properly fit the title, O'Malley, having been wiped out in the "emp" that stripped much of the Meta's powers in the mortal realm, was resurrected back in to Doc's armor. And O'Malley is more than a little surprised to see that his host has a literal {{split personality}} of his own as a result of SanitySlippage from being forgotten by the Blood Gulch Crew after getting stuck in an alternate dimension. Unfortunately for him, he's barred from returning to Tex as that would evict him (and Doc) from the Pantheon altogether, and a RestrainingBolt that keeps O'Malley in came with the package of Doc's ascension.
* ''"Well, a doctor cures people. A medic just makes them more comfortable…while they die."'' Many certified medics (and some disqualified ones) in the Houses of Pantheon/LifeAndVitality and Pantheon/HealthAndDiseases see him as a disgrace for this belief, even though he ''does'' manage to heal the Reds and Blues with his "expertise".
* Doc is surprisingly durable for a simulation trooper, He once was punched ''so'' hard into a reinforced wall that he was permanently immersed in 5 tons of it, to the point that not even SuperStrength or the a crane for a Warthog jeep could liberate him. And he didn't even suffer a headache for crying out loud. He also was caught in an explosion that left ''[[SuperSoldier Agent Washington]]'' visibly injured and shaken while he is totally fine with no injuries whatsoever. And most surprisingly, he was blasted off the top of a skyscraper and still found to be alive.
* Avoids the Meta at all costs, Doc because of the last time he got stuck with him, and O'Malley because he's an AI the Meta wants to assimilate. Doc by himself has also grown afraid of [[Pantheon/OtherWeaponTropes Blake Belladonna]], whose voice reminds him of a mad doctor who tried to put him through electroshock therapy.
* Doc is a pacifist, yet O'Malley's influence helped him be prolific for both punching and operating a rocket launcher.
* His relationship with the Reds and Blues is complicated, as Doc had conflicts with them (highlighted by both him siding with the villainous Blues and Reds, and his fight with Donut across time and space), and is a bit resentful of how [[ForgettableCharacter they forget about his existence]], but they can set this aside... unless O'Malley is in charge, a very unwelcome situation.
* Learning of another Omega who is an homicidal maniac, O'Malley decided to go after him. The Reploid couldn't help but like someone also out for blood, and both always discuss going getting together to do something PURE ''EVIL''!!! Doc is not happy about it, specially when he takes back the mind right in the middle of a blood-soaked conversation.
** Another friend of O'Malley that Doc really dislikes is Mr. Shadow, as whenever he takes over right as that cavernous voice is speaking, the blood-soaking becomes literal as the Evil expresses his displeasure by making Doc's forehead bleed.
* The Prophets of the Covenant have set their targets on O'Malley given he planned on corrupting their society from within through a Sangheili-Human hybrid. Even if that scheme was mostly executed by Wyoming (and would almost be carried out by Tex), it still doesn't make things easier for Doc, who now fears to be killed by aliens only because of a crazy voice who decided to live inside his head.

* Somewhat Pitied By: [[Pantheon/MotivationsForRevenge Scar (Fullmetal Alchemist)]]
* ItWasADarkAndStormyNight in the House of Gaming. A shadowy figure slipped past the Guards, who noticed the presence a second too late before it disappeared completely. Suddenly, laughter spread across the halls, while an aura of bad omen crept into the House. Members of the House stood in alert, some preparing to attack the stranger at the slightest movement... until they heard a voice asking where the bathroom was, with a clearly clueless teenage boy (the source of the voice) wandering into the room. And that's how Ryou Bakura ascended.
* Despite his friends' worries, Bakura has been rather cheerful since day one. He was happy to meet the Other Yugi again (he couldn't help but ask him what the afterlife is like) and was excited about entering the Pantheon. [[OhCrap Then, one night,]] he was seen trying to break in the Pantheon's Treasury... The Spirit was found out, and has made no secret of his presence ever since.
** The Spirit said he held no ill will towards Yugi and his friends, saying he was defeated fairly and that, now that Zorc was defeated, he could live (sort of) as his original identity, the Thief King Bakura. However, Yugi and his friends don't trust him, and with good reason; not only is he still part Zorc, but he wants nothing more than to kill the Pharaoh and his friends.
* Yugi and Yami Yugi were horrified to know that the Spirit still had a hold on Ryou, considering the Ring and the other Millennium Items are in the Treasury. They have tried to keep him under constant vigilance, but Bakura has the strange ability to randomly disappear and reappear at the weirdest moments (which is especially unfortunate, as the Spirit had the strange habit of leaving inexplicable, [[ImpaledPalm non-lethal wounds]] in his host's body for others to find).
* While in Japanese Ryou speaks very formally and the spirit speaks openly vulgarly, [[AccentAdaptation in English both of them have a British accent]] (except in Singapore, where they have a Southern accent). This has made some deities mistake that Ryou is from England, he's not but [[Pantheon/TheatricNarrative Little Kuriboh]] does not help his case. This also makes them [[Creator/TedLewis both sound like]] [[Pantheon/LandAndSeaTravel Jack Atlas]], who doesn't mind Ryou but hates the Spirit for sounding like him and trying to unleash the ultimate evil on the world.
* Ryou:
** Most of the time, (normal) Bakura can be found in the House of Gaming, building scenarios for his tabletop [=RPGs=], or in the House of Craft, searching for materials.
** He can sometimes be found in the House of Food, [[BigEater finding stuff to eat]] or learning new recipes. It's the only place where one can be 100% sure on whether Bakura is in complete control or not; the Spirit's table manners are ''atrocious''.
** Bakura can also be found in the House of Otherness, [[NightmareFetishist particularly]] the House of Ghosts and the House of Undead. He's rather intrigued by the monsters' appearances.
** King Boo tried to scare him. It didn't work, so King Boo is trying to sharpen his haunting skills. Gengar tried to scare him, too. It didn't work, either, but they became friends after Bakura found his tricks hilarious. He also developed a friendship of sorts with Hisako. He sympathizes with her plight (and appreciates the fact that she doesn't take it out on innocents), though she's wary of the Spirit's presence. He also sympathizes with the Frankenstein's Monster.
** [[Creator/RicaMatsumoto Considering the fact they sound alike]] and [[Recap/PokemonS9E33BattlingTheEnemyWithin were both]] [[DemonicPossession possessed by an malevolent ancient being]], Ryou became friends with Ash Ketchum.
*** He's also been able to become friends with some of the ghost Pokemon in the Pantheon: [[Pantheon/{{Ghosts}} Gengar]], as mentioned before but also because they [[Creator/TedLewis sound alike]]. [[Pantheon/EffectsOfPopularity Mimikyu]], due to their wanting of friends but difficulties out of their control.
* The Spirit:
** The Spirit of the Ring is actually the merge of the souls of Thief King Bakura, a revenge seeking survivor of a village massacre, and Zorc Necrophades. As the former herald of Zorc, he is the only one that can say he is truly an ally and since Zorc was already in the Pantheon, this leaves the question on how there is still a part of Zorc in him and how much of him is Thief King Bakura's soul as well as how much of Thief King Bakura had control in his RPG.
*** Some have tried to ask the Spirit who or ''what'' he is, [[MindScrew which still isn't very clear]]. Unfortunately, his answers alternate between "I'M A THIEF!", "I AM ZORC!", or simply laughing menacingly at the poor bastard who dared to approach him. He seems to enjoy the confusion.
*** It got even worse after the whole [[Anime/YuGiOhTheDarkSideOfDimensions Quantum Cube incident]], which showed that the Millennium Ring itself is evil even without the Spirit or Zorc inside it. [[AlternativeCharacterInterpretation This leads to even further implications]] on who the spirit is, and how much control he actually has in his actions.
** The Spirit has taken advantage of these visits to forge an alliance with revenge-thirsty ghosts Sadako and Samara, as well as undead deities such as Spinal. His plans seem to be to gather an army, but he's not much of a leader, and he's not telling (of course).
** [[Pantheon/MotivationsForRevenge Scar]] can somewhat pity the Spirit, or at least the Thief King Bakura part of him, considering that part of him was one of his followers and what happened to him when he was young. However he considers trying to destroy the world going way too far, but again the Spirit is a complicated character to understand and for what's it's worth, [[WordOfGod it's said that]] Thief King Bakura would be more like Ryou had the massacre on his village not happened.
** Considering what [[Pantheon/HardwareAndSoftware Cofagrigus]] does to grave robbers and due to looking like a sarcophagus, the Spirit calls him one of his enemies.
** As someone who is a merge of two souls and since he (Thief King Bakura) became what they are by the deaths of loved ones, he found a kindred soul in [[Pantheon/TimePlacement Dark Danny]]. He's also very impressed by Dark Danny's ability to destroy the world.

* Enemies: [[Pantheon/EyeAppearances William Birkin]], [[Pantheon/{{Laughter}} The Joker]], [[Pantheon/{{Villains}} Johan Liebert]], Jack The Ripper (to Jekyll only)
* Dr. Henry Jekyll, a respectable scholar and scientist, wanted to find a way to separate good and evil. The reasons he does so are varied ranging from heroic ideals in curing mankind’s evil to selfishly evading responsibilities and consequences. Whatever his reasons were, [[GoneHorriblyRight he succeeded]] in creating an entity that is the complete opposite of everything Jekyll is: Mr. Edward Hyde. While usually appearing as a well-built gentleman of about 50, as a Servant he is quite pretty, though in this most attractive form he’s also the most timid and soft-spoken.
* Hyde can have an ever-changing appearance, depending on Jekyll’s mood. [[TheImp Sometimes he’s a small wiry man with a vicious streak]], [[HulkingOut other times he’s an enormous brute whose strength is equal to his maliciousness]], and other times, when Jekyll is summoned as an Assassin Servant, he’s just Jekyll with untamed hair, [[ScaryTeeth sharp teeth]], no glasses, and RedEyesTakeWarning, though even in this form he can have terrifying strength capable of piercing thick armor with a simple knife. No matter his appearance, he’s everything that is dark and edgy of Jekyll’s personality.
* Just like Jekyll is not considered to be a complete saint due to his experiment and general ambivalent attitude, Hyde is not considered a completely evil villain. Both are opposite sides of the same coin. That was proven when the SCP Foundation decided to test [[WesternAnimation/JackieChanAdventures the Tiger Talisman]] with the doctor. As expected, Jekyll and Hyde were split into their own separate beings. There was an initial surprise at first since it was the first time the two met face to face, only for the dark being to escape to find more pleasurable pursuits. While some SCP agents and deities went looking for Hyde, scientists kept a close eye on Jekyll. A few hours later, they discovered to their shock that Jekyll was growing weaker and weaker, turning white and feeling as if he was dying. Eventually the agents and deities came back carrying Mr. Hyde as he too looked pale and sickly. The second the two sides of the same being were in close proximity, they began to feel healthier and their pallor began to improve.
** At this, the two of them had an impromptu consultation between each other. Jekyll admitted that Hyde was part of him, much to the darker self’s disgust. Henry continued that he was order, while Edward was chaos; Jekyll was passionate over science, while Hyde was passionate over…everything else. The two of them can never exist without the other, so they each had to make the best of it. Hyde grumbled angrily but acquiesced. All he said in response was to stop being such a goody-two-shoes. With a chuckle, the doctor agreed as both he and the dark self each grasped their halves of the Tiger Talisman as both the artifact and themselves merged once again.
* The duo’s allies and enemies tend to be varied, depending on who is in control at the time, however the two of them can agree that they like (for Jekyll)/tolerate (for Hyde) the company of Bruce Banner and DA Harvey Dent. Dr. Banner is a fellow scholar and both he and Jekyll both tend to go into complex conversations regarding the human spirit and their inner demons, while Hulk is a great sparring partner when Hyde decides to go into his giant brutish persona. Harvey and Henry tend to have many chats over the morality of man, whereas Two-Face’s luck-based actions is an adequate foil to Edward’s hedonistic urges.
** Hel of Loki's Brood has a special relation to them. With Jekyll, he finds solace in her light side and considers her a muse. With Hyde, he enjoys revelling in the chaos that is her dark side. When asked if he ever slept with her, Edward grins and claims she is just as tireless as he is.
* Jekyll tends to spend days on end reading of various scientific and medical journals from authors all around the multiverse in the House of Knowledge. Some fear reading too much may make him end up again trying to play God or worse, find the exact anomaly in his contaminated cabinet which brought about the chain reaction that led to the development of Hyde. Having only one [[ADarkerMe dark edgy]] being was enough.
* William Birkin is a particular subject of interest to Henry as he sees the G-Virus as an interesting catalyst of regeneration and worth experimenting with Hyde. Birkin, however, warns him that the virus is his sole legacy and that nobody will ever get it from him. Not to say that Edward and "G" come to blows when the two doctors' animosity reached a boiling point.
* Henry once attempted to join the faculty of Elysium Academy as the full-time Chemistry teacher and lighten the Mythbusters' load but was flatly refused due to fears that he might end up making more "Hyde formula" and testing it on students.
** Still, he made friends with another questionable scientist, Victor Frankenstein, as he too "dabbled in God's domain". As a Servant, they have encountered his creation before, albeit in female form, as well. Victor introduced him to Mayuri Kurotsuchi who is fascinated by his research and wanting to experiment on Hyde. Edward flatly refused as he is no guinea pig to be stuck with needles.
* Whenever he's let loose, the first place Hyde tends to visit is the House of Love to release some of his pent-up urges. His favorite partner is Panty Anarchy, who claims that despite being quite manic (as the Imp) or rough (as the Brute and as a Servant), he really knows how to pleasure a girl.
* Other days when he's not satiating the pleasure of the flesh, Hyde prefers satiating his penchant for violence. His number one employer is Professor Moriarty who can always depend on Hyde to rough up anyone he needs roughing up. Of course, he makes sure he's never nearby if Hyde managed to revert to Jekyll.
* Even though Edward in his truly despicable times is capable of seriously injuring or killing anyone that even looks at him oddly, he [[EvenEvilHasStandards would never harm]] [[WouldntHurtAChild children]], saying that a babe is still too young to realize the horribleness of life. Of course, that doesn't mean he'll teach any kid who pesters him a painful lesson in respecting him, as one little girl learned the hard way back home.
* Another of his favorite partners for destruction is Jinx. Whenever the two meet, expect someplace to get destroyed. She introduced him once to Harley Quinn, and while Edward was ecstatic to meet such a woman, he curses the fact she is associated with the Joker, whom both he and Henry mutually dislike.
* There are rumors that Hyde and Jack the Ripper are both one and the same. That rumor was put to rest when the two of them were seen chatting and comparing modi operandi. Jekyll, however, is disgusted with Jack and wouldn't be caught within ten feet of him.
* As said earlier, if there are any that both Henry and Edward mutually dislike, it has to be the Joker. Jekyll considers the clown to be a mad degenerate while Hyde says his crimes and destruction take too long to execute whereas he wants immediate satisfaction.
** Johan Liebert is also a sore spot for them. One thinks him a CompleteMonster, the other considers his preference towards mental torture rather than physical torture boring.
* Both of them were involved in [[VideoGame/DrJekyllAndMrHyde one legendary game for NES]] that is... ''really'' bad. Just take WebVideo/TheAngryVideoGameNerd's word that he is Dead. Fucking. Serious. That you'd rather superglue your asshole shut than playing that game... Jekyll was sad that it came to that, but Hyde seems to enjoy the Nerd's tears for it.

* Pitied by: The aforementioned hobbits, [[Pantheon/HeroicActions Gandalf]], [[Pantheon/TimePlacement Philip J Fry]] and [[Pantheon/OutlooksOnJob Larfleeze]] of all people
* Gollum, born Smeagol, was but another ordinary hobbit trying to live his life like any other. When fishing one day, his cousin Deagol ended up finding Sauron's One Ring and Smeagol immediately desired it. He killed him for it, and was banished to a cave where he spent centuries obsessing over it. Warped in both body and mind, he would prove a problem for the Hobbits and play an important role in Sauron's downfall.
** His temple is a dark cavern with a large pool. When not wandering around for the One Ring, he can be seen eating raw blind fish.
* Suffers from split personality syndrome. His two personas are Smeagol, his original identity, and Gollum, the result of the One Ring corrupting him. The two often argue and cause problems for one another. [[GollumMadeMeDoIt A lot of Smeagol's evil can be blamed on Gollum]].
* He is (well, [[WasOnceAMan was]]) a River Folk, a kind of hobbit. While the One Ring has kept him alive for over 500 years, it can only "spread thin" somebody's life, [[AgeWithoutYouth leaving Gollum as old as he looks]]. In a twisted way he really does need the ring, as if it is destroyed [[NoImmortalInertia he'll wither and die]]. At least until his deification rendered him functionally immortal, though he still obsesses over it as badly as ever.
* Upon his ascension and escape from being nothing but a vengeful spirit, Sauron was utterly fuming at Smeagol/Gollum for being responsible for his downfall (admittedly [[AccidentalHero by accident]]). Words cannot describe the absolute torture he plans for him/them. Samwise, Bilbo and Frodo have a more conflicted view on him however, [[SympathyForTheDevil and pity that even as a god he is still slave to the One Ring]].
* In the pantheon, he became a plaything of the Chaos Gods due to being easily corrupted. [[Pantheon/{{Mentalism}} Tzeentch]] is currently using him as part of some plan involving Sauron and [[Pantheon/{{Villains}} Melkor]]...or just [[ItAmusedMe for the lulz]].
* Gets along best with the Ice King, who [[{{Expy}} bears a lot of similarities]] to each other; they were men corrupted physically and mentally over centuries by an ArtifactOfDoom. However their unstable personalities led them to steal each other's artifact. To the pantheon's relief, they didn't affect each other; the Ice Crown doesn't work on anyone else when it already has an owner, and the One Ring wasn't able to override the powerful wish magic and madness that ensnares the Ice King.
** Asides from the Ice King, he also has some kinship with Marik Ishtar and Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde due to their own issues with split personalities.
* He can usually find him trying to scrounge around the Treasury, trying to get his precious back. So far he hasn't succeeded, and those in charge of security are making sure he doesn't accidentally wield any of the items in Maximum Security given his own history with the One Ring.
* He hates anything to do with lava or volcanoes, as his death was the result of falling into volcanic lava. As such, he is enemies with Heatran and Akianu. Also enemies with Sonic the Hedgehog as he managed to make him eat the dirt instead of getting the One Ring, and keeps trying to steal his regular rings.
** Angry at the Riddler for not letting him do riddles.
* As evil as he is, Larfleeze of all people [[PetTheDog genuinely pities him]]. Like Smeagol/Gollum, Agent Orange has been made thrall of a corrupting ring (in his case the Orange ring) for ages. He keeps his distance from the hobbit however, since the Orange Lantern is just as seductive to him as the One Ring. The Court of the Gods makes sure that neither can wield both the orange ring and One Ring.
** Fry also pities him, as he was in a similar position to Gollum in the "Cornwood" reality.
* [[Creator/AndySerkis Bears some resemblance]] to [[Pantheon/AnthropomorphicAnimals Caesar]], and sounds like [[Pantheon/RoyaltyOther Black Panther]] supervillain Ulysseus Klaw. Star Wars gods suspect he has some connection Supreme Leader Snoke, given they have that "pale, seen too much" look to them.
* Enjoys singing songs oddly enough, even singing his own version of [[WesternAnimation/Frozen2013 Let It Go]]. Elsa upon finding out was less than amused.

* The 'main' personality is Toko but she switches over to Jill should she pass out or sneeze. As Toko and not Jill has severe Hemophobia which will her to pass out if she sees blood Jill can take control for longer than Toko prefers at times. Toko has discovered that electrical shocks can bring her out for brief moments as well, and keeps a taser handy, if need be. She views it as a way of her getting some control over Jill.
** The House of Food was also recently ransacked for pepper to avoid dealing with Jill. Grumbles were heard from Toko saying that some of the people who did it assumed the worst about her and did it as they'd rather deal with a insane serial killer than herself.
* One of the few similarities between the two is their infatuation with Byakuya Togami. He's annoyed at having to put up with them even here.
* Toko's romance novels have been subject to much praise, shooting people with similarities to their protagonists to the top of 'Hottest People Alive' charts. Toko has been considering branching out however.
** Her books are also very popular with Princess Anna even thought Anna finds Toko's continued infatuation with Byakuya questionable.
* The Investigation Team all oppose Jill to some extent but [[Pantheon/{{Legwear}} Chie Satonaka]] in particular as she is frightened by [[Creator/ErinFitzgerald how similar they sound]].
* They're good friends with Fuyuhiko and Peko noting [[{{Foil}} similarities and differences between them and her and Byakuya]].
* Jill is outraged at a lot of media as portraying those with Dissociative Identity Disorder as crazy serial killers despite [[HypocriticalHumor being a crazy serial killer with Dissociative Identity Disorder]].
* Toko has been very stringent on keeping Jill behaved, and Jill's been mostly compliant. This is due to the fact that Byakuya has made it clear that if Jill takes another human life, she'll be cast out of the Future Foundation.
** Byaukua was also quick to inform Toko that, in her and Jill's case, 'human' had a very wide definition, which included aliens, animals, certain robots, and most other beings in the Pantheon. As of now the only entities that don't fit the criteria are Monokuma and his Mastermind.
* Outraged at Light Yagami only for Byakuya's opinion of him, Jill has begged her 'master' for the kill order, with the added bonus of being able to kill a pretty boy again. Despite Toko's hatred for Light, (partially because she would die with Jill should Light's ideal world come to pass) she's mostly against this, having sworn to keep to her vow of not killing any 'humans'.
** That said, she's trying to get Byakuya to agree to the idea that Light no longer sees himself as 'human'.
* Denies having [[WebVideo/DanganRonpaAbridgedThing a social justice blog in where she blatantly confessed her secret to Byakuya]]. She confessed to his face.
* By all accounts a genuine friendship with HK-47 and Jill has formed with the latter fascinated by his speech of love. Hk-47 is likewise impressed with Jill's technique in her craft citing it as 'excellent... for a meatbag'.
* She is uncomfortable with visiting the House of Food not because of her personal dislike of Aoi. She refuses to elaborate why.
* Has a fairly good friendship with Raiden. Jill started breaking out laughing at what a 'depraved sicko' he can be, but stopped herself believing his life was [[EvenEvilHasStandards too bad to laugh at even for herself]].
* Is currently attempting to get [[VideoGame/DanganronpaAnotherEpisodeUltraDespairGirls Komaru Naegi]] ascended so that she can share the position with her brother. Primarily because both Jill and Toko are Komaru's friend, but also because of the likely truth of what happened to the Naegis' parents. Toko thinks that having a sibling around will help keep either of them from despair.
** After much effort, Komaru has found a spot in the Pantheon.

* Trust is an important factor when it comes to group work and at times, crucial when the stakes of the entire group are placed. It becomes a bigger issue should one of the members of the group betray their comrades, compromising the trust the group has been building upon. Such is the case of these 'Crewmates'. Bean-Human-Shaped beings that operate from space and various installations, these crewmates help each other to maintain their checklist. But underneath all that is a game of deceit and reliance as one of these crewmates are not what they seem. Impostors, for a lack of a name, take shape as one of the crewmates and plan to sabotage the remaining non-impostors. With this in mind, the social aspects begin to play and with everyone including the impostor in the same group, a game of cat and mice begins to unfold as either the Crewmates win by doing their required activities or fall to the successful attempts of the impostor to rid of the group, one-by-one.
* These crewmates have several locations, all of which have various gizmos and gadgets that each member must accomplish to retain the base's function intact. Of course this may seem easy had it not for the fact that one of said crewmates might be an impostor, slowly killing off each crew member until they have equal numbers or sabotage one key equipment to end it all. Said areas include large transports such as a spaceship known as the Skeld, and certain bases like Polus and MIRA HQ. These areas only largen the landscape and thus, increase the opportunities of the Impostors to make a move, and for the innocents to catch them red-handed, using reports, deductive reason, and if absolutely necessary, an Emergency Button.
* The Pantheon first saw a small ship arrive via space, at which they were greeted by the presence of these colorful people. Walking around in circles with no where to go, that was until one of them snapped the neck of a fellow crewmate and the other members pointed at said impostor, dumping in them in space. Some of the Pantheon members watched as the Crewmates repeatedly went through the process, sometimes the impostor would fool the innocents and claim victory while other times, the innocents slowly ratted one after the other. Seeing how the view was exciting and fun at times, the Court of the Gods gave them a temple, except it is in space, allowing the group to continuously go through their shenanigans.
* With that in mind, the Crewmates lack names, if anything, this allows anyone in the Pantheon to manifest as the Crewmates while remaining anonymous. This has allowed various deities to try out their deceit and lies while also teaching some basics of teamwork. It is very common for most to associate (Insert Name Here) since said entity can manifest easily into the Crewmates. Other deities are obliged to join, just expect a ton of backstabbing and other messes that can occur in such playtime.
** Youtubers are ''very'' familiar with the Crewmates following their arrival as they have experienced the tribulations of facing against the friends without the possibility of knowing their true allegiance. Whether it would be Pewdiepie collaborating with others, Vanoss, Delirious and Company suddenly feeling betrayed by their own friends to [=SovietWomble=] watching his clan with suspicion, they had fun with their friends in times of socialization. Their actions have also made others curious to take part and witness some social downtime.
* Both Henry and Ellie have seen them before, if not remembering how they would be "pets" for the crewmates, which makes it weird as how stick people managed to become small companions for these little fellows. This may also have ties to the fact that both Henry, Ellie and the Crewmates, have ties development wise, a statement further amplified from the arrival of a certain Toppat Airship as one of the crewmates' own locations of work. They seem to also have made some progress in making a few Headcrabs as pets as well, named as Bedcrabs for some reason.
* Even outside their simplistic nature, some crew members are wary of others, simply because of the issues of backstabbing and betrayal, a lesson learned when they were stabbed in the back literally by a knife. Their shock came when it was the Spy, as he was able to disguise as them both in attitude and looks, which makes him more dangerous than your typical impostor. Then there comes the various shapeshifting monsters that can easily mimic one's appearance with ease and have far more lethality than an impostor, though said impostors do find solace to them, since they too are shapeshifters.
** Whether it be the animalistic nature of both the Thing and the Carrion due to their amorphous nature and unsuspecting forms, until they are revealed to be horrifying abominations, or those of the more sentient kind like Alex Mercer and Nothing There, while also abominations have some form of intelligence and means of communication, just not in a positive sense. Alex is far more feared [[spoiler:as the ''actual'' Mercer was a psychopath to begin with]]. And if that was not enough, the Pod People also revealed themselves, showing that there are many ''many'' forms of mimicry of human form and their screams are something one should run away from should it be heard.
** Despite this, a few others have taken the Crewmates in refuge, with the Antarctic Research Crew that welcomed them due to similar connections, be it one of their bases in the middle of a winter or the entire 'impostors versus innocents' vibe. Also, while not definitely connected, both the group and Killer Bean have some discussion regarding their shapes. Some deities have nicknamed them as beans due to their odd shape, [[StockFemurBone unless you count that one cartoonish bone]] in their bodies. It has confused him for a while, that is until an impostor tried to backstab him and got shot as a result, saving the day for the remaining others.
* There was a time when Ultraman Leo had to deal with a shapeshifting alien known as Alien Babalou. Said entity disguised itself as his brother Astra in an attempt to cause infighting towards the other Ultras without notice. Eventually he managed to thwart it but the memories of it were not to be forgotten. In the case of the Crewmates, since the whole impostor thing is similar, especially if said impostor is smart enough to fool the remaining crew members, infighting is common. Leo sees some humor although that changes whenever an impostor is around the premises.
* In space, no one can hear you. A frightening discovery that lead Ellen Ripley to the alien menace known as the Xenomorphs. Xenomorphs are very adept at hunting especially with the usage of ventilation shafts, something it and impostors have akin similarity with. While impostors are definitely not friendly towards their innocent "compatriots", the same cannot be said towards the Xenomorphs as said creatures are some of the most terrifying creatures to have contact with and the species view any living being as prey. This means impostors will have to watch their back in the fear that any xenomorph drone could snatch them at any moment. What both do have in common is the entire 'killing any members in the ship' shtick of which Xenomorphs use numbers and instinct while impostors use deceitful reasoning and tricks to whittle down the resistance.
* The House of Betrayal seems to have a soft spot for the impostors as the fun of seeing a group of them eventually go against themselves is hilarious. Some members of the House have taken turns on being the impostor with various results. Rumors have spread that since the Spy was noticed by them, he was the one that spread the word of their arrival, allowing them to take turns later on. The Impostors do not mind this as they have taken a liking to the House, although the suspecting innocents do not share the same sentiment.
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixfokUG711U Upon arrival of a certain Airship]], the Toppat Clan were at first confused at the presence of these beings. Sure they may seem harmless but their presence has been debated amongst Clan members mainly because of restrictions. They have warmed up due to two things: them doing the work of maintaining the Airship, and certain members spectating the impostors doing their trickery for everyone to see.
* [[https://youtu.be/grd-K33tOSM Have become strongly associated with this song.]] At first, people enjoyed listening to this remix, but as is the case for any song that's played too often (regardless of the song's quality), folks got tired of hearing it,[[https://youtube.com/shorts/Vi2fbY4U0ss even outside the Pantheon]] -- wait a minute I'm not sus--

* One day, the House of Theater was holding an exhibitional Action Duel and everyone is curious who will be performing. [[Pantheon/NiceandNasty Sora Shiun'in]] had a good feeling who they are and bought a ticket just to see. Sure enough, when the curtains open, the performers made a familiar speech, the lights finally shine on them to reveal his true best friends, Yuya Sakaki and Yuzu Hiiragi in a jester costume and an elegant music-themed dress respectively. [[WhenHeSmiles Their appearances are enough to put a legitimate smile on his face]]. During the duel, he notices that Yuya and Yuzu had mixed their own monsters [[spoiler:with those of their counterparts, which means that said counterparts are working together to help them]]. The duel ends spectacularly in a draw with the performers giving it their all and the audience applauded enthusiastically. Once they left, [[SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments Sora finally reunites with Yuya and Yuzu at the backstage by giving them a warm hug]]. After some small talk, Sora offers them a place in the Pantheons. They were both curious about it anyways, so they accept. They were brought to the Court of the Gods for pending approval.
** The Court has found out that [[AllegedLookalikes despite being distinguishable enough from their dimensional counterparts, Yuya and Yuzu are still improperly confused for them back in their homeworld]], so they granted them a position in the sub-house of Twins. There was another problem; [[BrokenBase their followers are broken over]] [[spoiler:[[SharingABody their counterparts being fused permanently to Yuya and Yuzu]]]]. To prevent unnecessary backlash from the mortal world, the counterparts were granted independent bodies as well as entering and exiting Yuya and Yuzu's souls at will. Their reactions are of joy and relief as they hug with their now, corporeal bodies.
* Their temple resemble Yuya's house, down to the last detail. The only noticeable difference is that there is more rooms to accommodate all eight of them and a door that leads to an Action Duel Room whenever they want to practice their skills. Once they settle in, they decided to get to know each other since the Dimensional War kept them too occupied.
** Yuto and Serena are surprised that they share [[NoNonsenseNemesis some]] [[PerpetualFrowner common]] [[DarkIsNotEvil things]]. Yuto also says he does not blame Serena for the invasion on the Xyz Dimension to which Serena accepted with relief. Serena even described him as "Yuya, but edgier" (which he is a bit miffed about). Yuto also mends his bridges with Yugo when they both found out they have a prior [[Creator/ManpeiTakagi connec]][[Creator/ShinpeiTakagi tion]] and [[spoiler:[[AlwaysSavetheGirl they would do anything to save their beloved.]]]]
** Yugo finds Ruri to be very pleasant to talk to, calling her "a nicer Rin". Rin both got [[ClingyJealousGirl envious of Ruri]] and [[ITakeOffenseToThatLastOne feel offended at his remark]], even if Ruri is very nice (it also helps that she's the only Braclet Girl that hasn't hit him). Yugo also get along easily with Yuya after some hearsay from Yuzu and finds a lot of common ground with him. Some would say they were closer in [[Manga/YuGiOhARCV another timeline]] as well.
** Besides Yugo and the other orphans, Rin [[LimitedSocialCircle doesn't have many friends]]. She finds pleasure with the other Bracelet Girls [[spoiler:aside from sharing experiences of brainwashing and kept in giant tubes]]; Ruri is obviously nice and Yuzu has more kinship with her, bonding over their dumb best friends. Serena is a special mention as Rin ended up developed a {{Friendly Rivalry}} with her; one minute they are bickering and another they got along fine. Yugo wonders if the Synchro and Fusion Dimensions are destined to bicker with each other. On another note, Rin also got along with Yuya, finding him more restrained than Yugo and Yuto once she looks past his scary exterior.
** Besides Yugo and Rin, Ruri meets Yuya and Yuzu and finds a lot of similarities between her and Yuto, [[ChildhoodFriends only with a stronger and pre-established relationship]] and no romantic step yet. She offered some relationship advice to them, but they politely decline with [[LuminescentBlush blushes on their faces]] as they feel not ready for a serious relationship yet. She also got along with Serena as she [[TomboyandGirlyGirl contrasts her tomboyishness with Ruri's feminity]] as well as bonding over [[spoiler:being brainwashed by the Parasite Fusioner]].
** As for Yuri, well... everyone but Yuya is not willing to forgive him, [[MoralEventHorizon not after all the things he has done during the war]]. Yuya already learned that [[spoiler:Z-arc played a part in his sadism]] and assures everyone he will not harm another life anymore. Yuto however, points out that the Court will not go easy on Yuri, seeing how the most depraved monsters ever has a place in the Pantheons by being supervised very often. Yuri admits [[spoiler:he is [[TheAtoner ready to bear his sins]] and decided to take a passive role from now on]]. The other counterparts then [[ForgivenButNotForgotten forgive him, but declares that they will not hesitate to stop him once more]].
* Applies to all of them:
** After that, they decided to meet other people who came from their universe. Yuya obviously get along with his predecessors due to metaphysically [[AllYourPowersCombined combining their abilities]] by mastering all four prior summoning methods and [[{{Expy}} having some of their traits]] [[ContrastingSequelMainCharacter while still being his own person]]. Yuya also has an unfortunate meeting with [[Pantheon/OtherWeaponTropes Anna Kozuki]], with the latter thinking it was her similarly named childhood friend Yuya Tsukune arriving. She quickly apologized when Yuma had to clear up the confusion, though Yuya luckily forgives her for that mistake. Meanwhile, Yuzu got along with her own predecessors, who are so proud of her for [[Main/{{Deuteragonist}} being more important in her story]]. She is a bit baffled that the [[Pantheon/LoveGestures Asuka Tenjoin]] she meet in the Pantheons is [[SameCharacterButDifferent rather different than the one she met]], to which Asuka became curious about her Fusion Dimension counterpart.
---> '''Asuka''': What was my counterpart like?
---> '''Yuzu''': A lot like you, only she never said anything about an older brother.
---> '''Asuka''': Hmm...
*** Yuto gets along with [[Pantheon/GamingStyles Yami Yugi]] and [[Pantheon/ExtraterrestrialBehaviour Astral]] due to guiding their respective protagonists, even being similar to the former in [[SpiritAdvisor some]] [[FlipPersonality aspects]]. He and Ruri also meet [[Pantheon/PowerLevelsAndAppearance Kaito Tenjo]], who is rather different than their home dimension's Kaito, as this one had a little brother and robot assistant. Kaito has never met them before, but when he found out about their Heartland being ravaged during the war, he offered his full support of them. Their herald, Allen has met the aforementioned Anna, who proceeded to befriend him and help him in refining his [[SiegeEngines Railway]] deck. They both have noted the same surnames.
*** Yugo and Rin bonded with [[Pantheon/PersonalAppearanceOther Yusei Fudo]] and his friends as they join together in building and tuning D-Wheels and eating some good cup ramen. They also realized that [[Pantheon/LandAndSeaTravel Jack Atlas]] seems a bit chummier than they assumed before, and luckily Jack has his Synchro Dimension counterpart as his high priest, so he understands their situation. Yugo got along with Bruno, who joins him in crazy antics, making Rin feeling like there's two Yugos now. Rin also got along with [[Pantheon/TreesAndFlowers Aki Izayoi]] for being connected to witches in one way (Aki with her {{Red Baron}}, Rin having a Wind Witches deck). Rin was shocked that Aki's powers [[AllOfTheOtherReindeer ostracized her from her peers when she was younger]] and caused her to join a cult of psychics.
---> '''Rin''': I can't believe you had such a rough life before, Aki-san.
---> '''Aki''': You tell me. At least it's better than a war that spans dimensions.
*** [[Pantheon/{{Luckiness}} Judai]] is glad that his High Priest, Serena is here and decided to mentor her to polish her dueling skills. She finds him a better elder figure than Professor Leo, who would act distant to her sometimes. Yuri gets along better with [[Pantheon/{{Gender}} Yubel]], as they were once evil before, weirdly fixated on their respective protagonist and [[spoiler:[[FusionDance ultimately became one with them]]]].
*** They have made enemies there as well. They don't like [[Pantheon/GamingStyles Bandit Keith]] for his tendency to cheat. [[Pantheon/{{Personalities}} Dark Marik]] is so {{Ax Crazy}} that it even hits Yuri too close to home. [[Pantheon/DigitalPersonas Noah Kaiba]] may have reformed, but the counterparts will stop him if he does anything funny. The same goes for [[Pantheon/ElementsAndNatureOther Dartz]] and [[Pantheon/{{Harbingers}} Takuma]] [[Pantheon/ComplexSymbolism Saiou]] whenever they are possessed. Otherworldly beings like [[Pantheon/PersonalAppearanceOther Zorc Necrophades]] and [[Pantheon/OutlooksOnLife Don Thousand]] are on their shitlist as well. Zorc is curious to death about his {{Expy}} while Thousand is considering reawakening Z-arc within the boys for his own plans, [[spoiler:[[FailedASpotCheck not realizing]] that Z-arc not only reincarnated in another person, he also already lost his appetite for destruction a long time ago]].
** The Bracelet Girls had an unfortunate encounter with Embryo one day. Embryo has heard about their dueling prowesses and feel they are [[AmazonChaser strong enough for his tastes]]. They had heard rumors that he is dangerous, especially towards women and tried to escape. Before he can take them away, the [[Pantheon/GUAGRelationshipEnchancers Chick Magnet Quintet]] came to the rescue. [[Pantheon/LustfulActs Issei Hyodo]] and [[Pantheon/{{Heirs}} Ange]] were absolutely pissed that he would attack such defenseless and innocent girls, especially during their downtime. Not wanting to take any chances considering they are strong enough to pulverize him, he escapes after proclaiming that he will capture the girls one day. The girls are very grateful for their help and decided to ally with them, and by extension their lovers as well.
*** When news reached Yuya, Yuto and Yugo's ears, they were '''LIVID''' at the fact that the girls were assaulted while they were gone and decided to befriend the Quintet as well. Yuri is a bit fascinated about Embryo, finding some [[Main/{{Expy}} commonalities with their own behaviours]]. But [[EvenEvilHasStandards even he has limits]] when it comes to kidnapping someone, as Embryo did so for his self-indulgence while Yuri was {{Just Following Orders}}.
** Vehemently opposes all brainwashing deities as [[spoiler: the girls got brainwashed by an [[HerrDoktor evil doctor]] with the Parasite Fusioner and the boys are forced to duel them in that state.]] Johan Liebert gets a special mention, as he can control someone's mind just by [[MoreThanMindControl TALKING AND HITTING THEIR MENTAL WEAK SPOTS]]. Johan tries to get to them by getting to Yuri first, telling him they are not so different from each other and he can still be evil [[WeCanRuleTogether if he joins him]]. Yuri promptly responds by summoning Starve Venom Fusion Dragon and incinerate him to ashes. Basically, his way of saying, "''[[ShutUpHannibal Screw off]].''" After reviving in the House of Health & Diseases, Johan vows he will END the counterparts, one way or another.
*** They are a bit ambivalent on Iroque, though. On one hand, she means well but on the other, brainwashing is equivalent to robbing anyone of their free will. Iroque assures them she goes after unrepentant people, which doesn't really calm them down. They get along better with the Phantom Thieves of Hearts, although their methods of entering Palaces and stealing people's desires is still morally questionable. The thieves are curious and a bit scared if [[spoiler:the Parasite Fusioner]] becomes a legitimate threat in Mementos.
** Also expressed their enmity of Monokuma and Junko Enoshima, as they not only get other people to kill each other in the name of despair, they even [[spoiler:brainwashed an entire class and their teacher to make them fall into despair and become mindless pawns of despair]] which brings back unpleasant memories of the Dimensional War. Enoshima finds them to be perfect toys to play with, especially Yuri [[spoiler:although Yuri has no intention of joining her]].
** The Trollkaigers tried to torture them the same way they tortured Kirito and Asuna; by separating Yuya and Yuzu with the counterparts stuck inside their bodies in two rooms. At first they got what they wanted with the two emotionally broken and crying out each other's names, but then... [[AwakeningTheSleepingGiant the boys ended up breaking out of their room by summoning their strongest forms of their dragons]]. '''[[OhCrap WHILE IN THEIR AWAKENING STATE]]'''. The Trollkaigers get roasted alive one by one before the boys successfully rescue the girls. Since then, both parties involved are sworn enemies, with Terumi making sure they will have more worse emotional torture the next time around.
*** This incident led to the counterparts befriending Kirito and Asuna, who went through a similar ordeal, except they were powerless to fight back. After finding some other common ground, Yuya and Yuzu offered to defend them whenever they are offline and they accepted. Through them they also became aware of Nobuyuki Sugou, who advocates brainwashing and commited atrocites to ALO players for such, something they vehemently oppose. Sugou has heard of what they are capable of and the lengths they would go to dissuade brainwashing from their loved ones, deciding to lay low and not provoke them at the wrong time.
** Only Yuya is capable enough to befriend Touko Fukawa due to her standoffish nature preventing the other counterparts from doing so. Fukawa finds him a lot similar to the Naegi siblings and thinks he is worth her time. The same cannot be said for Genocider Syo, who openly and cheerily expresses wanting to kill the Yu Boys had it not been for everyone watching over her. Only Yuri attempts to approach her and so far, they get along amicably and safely though Yuri draws his line on killing; he prefers to seal people in cards, thank you.
** The counterparts also befriended Cliana Rimskaya, as she also shares a body with another personality. Liana is a bit jealous that the counterparts can have their own bodies while she and Chris are stuck in one (not that they don't mind).
** Wander heard about the newcomers arriving and decided to befriend all of them. They warmly accept his friendship because he is THAT nice, while Yuri is a bit hesitant to take his hand. Wander says that he will never judge him for his past ever, which Yuri reluctantly accepts and shake his hand, becoming Yuri's first legitimate friend aside from the counterparts.
---> '''Yuri''': [''shedding tears''] [[WhatIsThisFeeling A... A real friend...]]
*** This friendship also extends to his steed Sylvia. She is still keeping an eye on Yuri, despite Wander telling her [[spoiler:he is harmless now]].
** The counterparts have met [[Pantheon/{{Friendship}} Gentaro Kisaragi AKA Kamen Rider Fourze]], Ryusei Sakuta and the Kamen Rider Club, who got along with them swiftly. A party was thrown (by [[Pantheon/{{Celebration}} Pinkie]] [[Pantheon/{{Happiness}} Pie]], no less) to celebrate their ascension together. Since then, the two groups have many misadventures, involving school, fighting bad guys or just good old hanging out somewhere. It also helps that Gentaro can tolerate Yuri's attitude (since JK was also a bit of a prick in the past) stating that, by befriending him, that means that someone accepts Yuri. This all ended with Gentaro giving his handshake to all eight of them.
** As reiterated, a recurring problem for the counterparts is that they are constantly mistaken for each other in spite of having enough distinctive features and the knightly Saber Servant Artoria Pendragon confronted them on this issue one day. She did so because she also had that same problem when the [[Pantheon/{{Mindsets}} Caster Servant Gilles de Rais]] mistaken her for [[Pantheon/AuthorityFigures Jeanne d'Arc]] even though they are also distinct, not to mention her endless number of alternate versions of herself and others who share her face currently summoned into Chaldea not helping her case. Both parties bonded over this predicament (as well as over their experiences in miserable wars) and Saber vows she'll be there if the counterparts will face a bigger threat.
** Much to their dismay, there has been a number of villains who seek weaponize Z-arc or turn him into their ally. The Millenium Organization's Major think Z-arc is the perfect weapon to start another war, a thing that the counterparts don't want to relive. Nekron finds Z-arc's appetite for destruction [[spoiler:born out of the desire to please his home dimension's twisted audience]] to be fitting for his ideals of a dead world and Master Xehanort feels that the plan to utilize the Yu Boys for Z-arc's second revival will be one of contingency, should his current ones fail. He also finds the Bracelet Girls valuable for his plans as well, which haunts them to no end. Although he does not seek his power seeing he is more powerful than Z-arc, Zamasu thinks he failed in destroying the ''ningen'', boasting that he could do a better job than him.
*** Even Lucifer, the leader of the GUAC wanted in on Z-arc's power. He tries to coax the Yu Boys into joining him by appealing to their respective desires; they predictably declined and proceeded to tell him off, expressing that word-of-mouth and a first look at him is enough to turn them off, even though he used a non-threatening disguise. He walks off, thinking about another way to obtain Z-arc's power of destruction without a hitch.
* Exclusive to the Standard Counterparts:
** Yuya and Yuzu are inseparable, even more so after the Dimensional War. Others have noticed that they seem... [[ShipTease WAY too devoted to each other]]. A betting pool has opened to see if they become something more, which embarass the two greatly.
---> '''Yuya''': [''blushes''] W-Why does everyone think we love each other...?
---> '''Yuzu''': [''blushes''] I-It's not like we think of each other a lot!
** While comical and light-hearted, Yuya's cry of "Ladies and gentlemen!" also serves as his {{Pre Ass Kicking One Liner}}. Just because he's a showboat for the crowd doesn't mean he's not serious about winning, as opponents soon found out afterward. And Yuzu will always be there to see him smile while doing it.
** They have met Yusuke Fujisaki and Hime Onizuka as the two pairs got along for [[BokeandTsukkomiRoutine two]] [[ShipTease reasons]]. They even joined the latter for some misadventures around the Pantheon, be they weird or not.
** They have also befriended Izuku Midoriya and Ochako Uraraka. The latter two noted how similar Yuya and Yuzu are to them, like giving mutual support, having unrequited feelings [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking and similar colour palettes]]; they even throw in their full support once they heard about what happened during the Dimensional War. The four are seen hanging out very often like best friends, talking about other things like ideals and how to achieve them and growing up with hardships.
** As they had to grow up while under distressing circumstances (Yuya even more so), Yuya and Yuzu visited Garrod & Tiffa for their experience in coming into their own adulthood. They exchanged stories and came out as friends, knowing that they can't stay being kids anymore or else the world will make you do so. Another pair they befriended are Cloud & Tifa who also grew up together in their own hometown and going through numerous ordeals that test their resolves; Yuya and Cloud got along over their respective self-doubts and overcoming them along with tragic reasons why they're the way they are and Yuzu and Tifa got along as they both are very devoted and protective of the boys they always take care of.
** While exploring Elysium Academy, they both met Yuzuko Nonohara. Yuya is a bit sad that there are other people named Yuzu out there, though, Yuzu assures him that Yuzuko's name is a bit different. Yuzuko herself thinks they might be fun to be with and ask if she could learn Duel Monsters just to hang out with them. On the subject of similar names, Kazuya Minegishi thought his childhood friend [[VideoGame/DevilSurvivor Yuzu Tanikawa]] has ascended, but that is not the case. Kazuya finds Hiiragi to be a bit more subdued than the Yuzu he knows while the latter finds him quirky. Yuzu also met Kagami and Tsukasa Hiiragi and gets along with them regardless if they are related or not.
** They are Sora Shiun'in's true best friends and {{Morality Pet}}s that keep him from going too far. When they heard about the things he did in the Pantheon while they were not present, they were understandably disappointed. Sora said that he was not in his right mind, [[spoiler:he was still carrying out Academia's orders and his bigotry towards Xyz duelists is forcefully ingrained to his brain]]. They may not fully forgive him, but [[TrueCompanions he is still their friend regardless and woe to anyone who dares harm or falsely accuse either of them]].
** Due to having a similar name, Yuya really didn't know what to think of the surnameless Sora but they seem to get along just fine because both of them care about their friends. This also extends to his Pokemon partner, Gardevoir. Sora and Riku have also warned Yuya about Master Xehanort because of that inner darkness the tomato headed boy has. On another related note, Yuzu gets along with Kairi and her High Priestess, Serena for being ChildhoodFriends of their respective protagonists and [[DamselOutofDistress holding on their own]].
** Yuya and Yuzu also met Makoto Naegi and Sayaka Maizono after their run-in with Enoshima. Yuya gets along with Naegi without a hitch, since they both wanted what was best for everybody (Yuya wants to make people smile and Naegi wants to bring hope to them). Yuzu is a bit hesitant with Maizono, because on one hand she seems pretty nice and loves her job as an {{Idol Singer}} but on the other, [[spoiler:given the wrong circumstances, she will do irrational things like attempting to kill a fellow classmate and frame another for it, no matter the excuse]]. For now, Yuzu decides to play nice while not trying to get on her bad side.
** Yuya gets along with the Kamen Riders, especially [[Pantheon/OtherDimensions Tsukasa Kadoya]] and [[Pantheon/HeroicArchetypes Kouta Kazuraba]] as well as [[Pantheon/AntiHeroes the Gokaigers]] as they seem to have some similarities, even if many people will flip out if you mention Yuya being similar to the former in any way. Ironically, Yuya himself flipped out and screamed "YAMEROOO!!!" [[labelnote:Translation]]"Stooop!!!"[[/labelnote]] at Decade after seeing him using the Rider cards, believing that he "carded" his fellow Riders because of a ''[[MemeticMutation misunderstanding]]''. It took the combined effort of all of them to snap Yuya out of Awakening. [[note]]Yes, Yuya then found out about how Tsukasa had done something similar to carding, but understood after Tsukasa explained it was to restore the AR Worlds back to normal.[[/note]]
*** On a related note, Kouta feels a bit sad whenever he's around Yuya for his own personal reasons. The Entertainment Duelist could only imagine what he went through to ending up losing his friend.
*** Recently met the doctor [[Pantheon/OutlooksOnJob Emu Hojo]] and swiftly gets along with him for valuing people's lives and wanting to protect their [[MemeticMutation EGAO]]. Emu feels that Yuya's counterpart situation reminds him of the revelation that [[spoiler:he and Parad were one and the same]] down to some similarities between Yuri and Parad. Yuya sympathized with Emu on the latter's situation; Masamune wanting to control the world through an augmented reality game while controlling data of ''human beings'' is nothing different from Jean-Michel Roger wanting to control the Synchro Dimension's City with a sinister fist.
** Yuya occasionally performs in the House of Theater, often with his counterparts for Action Duels. He gets along with theatrical performers like Oscar Diggs, Krusty the Clown and Ronald Mc Donald, although Diggs' previous life of [[ConMan confidence artistry]] is something he does not approve of. He became enemies with Ludwig Von Tökkentäkker, due to him reminded Yuya of Dennis' evil phase and his Performages as well as causing fear in people by running a [[CircusOfFear scary circus]] and Kefka Palazzo for being an irredeemable {{Monster Clown}}.
** Yuya was surprised to find out that Harry Potter sounds just like [[Creator/KenshoOno him]]; he finds this amusing since he likes magicians, though Harry had to correct him that he wasn't a magician, he is a wizard. He also befriended his Pokemon partner, Charizard as he also sounds like that trainer of Mega Evolutions who also has a Charizard. The fact that Yuya likes dragons and can ride them too helps.
*** Speaking of, he was not happy to find out that this was also the case with Ren Hakuryuu. On one hand, he doesn't know what is worse: That he turned against his friends like Sora did or that endless desire of revenge Hakuryuu has, something makes him fear that he could end up as (especially if he got struck on Awakening). [[spoiler:On the other, Hakuryuu actually [[HeelFaceTurn turned good]] after an indefinite amount of time passed and his trials being triumphed]]. Hakuryuu himself finds him very naive, [[SillyRabbitIdealismIsForKids thinking that a world with smiles is impossible to happen]] which Yuya [[ITakeOffenseToThatLastOne takes offense to that]].
** Yuya has a lot of respect for his adoptive father Yusho Sakaki even if he doesn't have the best methods at times yet still gave Yuya enough love. For this, he respects good fathers/paternal figures like Greg Universe, Professor Utonium and Bryan Mills who in turn can see that Yusho tried his best in raising a happy kid while condeming Relius Clover and Professor Hojo for being terrible fathers that abused their families; Relius and Hojo themselves disregard Yuya off but Hojo later changed his mind when he heard of Z-arc and he hopes to fit him into his own plans someday.
** Aside from Kairi, Yuzu befriended other childhood friend love interests from the Battle Harem, like Houki Shinonono, Lingyin Huang and Irina Shidou. Houki and Lingyin are a bit jealous that Yuzu and Yuya don't need romance just to show each other how much they mean to them, prompting them to consider taking some time away from Ichika to see if he does care about them. As for Irina, Yuzu also bond with her over some nicknames that grinds their gears (Miss Strong for Yuzu and "self-proclaimed" for Irina).
** Since she uses a [[MagicMusic Melo]][[MakeMeWannaShout dious]] deck, Yuzu gets along with the Suite Pretty Cures, especially Hibiki Hojo/Cure Melody and Sonia Strumm. Evil musicians like Courtney Gears and Ember [=McLain=] get on her bad side the moment she confronts them.
** Yuzu also got into contact with Rin Tohsaka and her sister Sakura Matou, as she has {{Tsundere}}-ish tendecies like Tohsaka and pities Sakura's situation which is way worse than Yuya's. The sisters likewise also sympathized with Yuzu for going through an even worse war between dimensions, so they help her move on which she is flattered at. Sakura's situation also had Yuzu befriending Shiori Kurashiki who again is fated to destroy the world like Yuya had to and she hopes to help Shiori however she can to help her move on as a normal girl.
*** On a lighter note, everyone else noted Tohsaka and Yuzu started to act identically after they had a lot of outings, probably because they both have the same attitude towards their boys and similar outfits. Both girls got embarrassed by the comparison but are nonetheless glad that they have more common ground with each other.
** For some odd reason, Yuya's followers always give him tomatoes as a form of tribute. [[https://www.zerochan.net/full/1681736 Or perhaps not so odd]]. Yuzu keeps getting annoyed at the fact that the living room is flooded with them.
* Exclusive to the Xyz Counterparts:
** Yuto met another Kurosaki by the name of Ichigo. Ichigo thinks Yuto is gonna insult him much like Sora, but was surprised that Yuto is apologizing on Sora's behalf, which he accepts nonetheless. He also notes that Yuto's relationship with Ruri is a lot like his with Orihime [[spoiler:except Ichigo and Orihime did get married at the end]] and gives Yuto some encouragement and best wishes, which Yuto nervously accepts.
** With his deck being the [[BlackKnight Phantom Knights]], he gets along with ghost-human hybrids Danny Phantom and Youmu Konpaku. Danny also warns him of Vlad Plasmius and Dark Danny, and Yuto makes sure he stays wary of them. From what Danny described, Dark Danny sounds ''frightening'', debatably even more frightening than Z-arc.
*** Speaking of ghosts, Yuto meets the Kamen Riders Ghost, Specter and Necrom. Of course, Yuto really didn't die [[spoiler:he just merged with Yuya and guides him along the way]]. Takeru is very reminiscent of Yuya, Makoto's protectiveness of his sister Kanon reminds him of his friend Shun Kurosaki with Ruri and was glad Alain defied his evil family, who are reminiscent of Academia's evil forces. He joins them in eating takoyaki whenever he's free.
** Due to his vigilantist actions and mannerisms, Batman offers tutelage to Yuto, who politely declines since Batman has a lot in his hand. Yuto would appreciate his friendship instead. Garrus Vakarian is also another vigilante who took matters into their own hands and is their respective protagonist's partner for a long time and these traits help Yuto befriend him; Garrus feels bad when he heard that Yuto wasn't always ruthless before the Dimensional War and hopes to help move on as he himself also had the same problems until Shepard steps in to intervene.
** Ruri explores the subhouse of Nice and Nasty for more people to talk to. Aside from Sora, she finds good company in Ventus, Miku Kohinata and Yutaka Kobayakawa, among others. Of course, others like Jin Kisaragi, Masato Kusaka and Libby Chessler rubs her the wrong way. Jin [[Creator/TetsuyaKakihara sounds like Dennis]], who kidnapped her for the Professor, Kusaka's prejudice towards monsters regardless of alignment is too reminiscent of the Obelisk Force's bigotry towards Xyz Duelists and [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking Libby is just unlikable to be with]]. Jin and Kusaka had to be dragged away after being offended by her remarks while [[UnknownRival Libby is too busy tormenting Sabrina to even care about Ruri]].
*** On Miku's recommendation, Ruri meets Noel Vermillion. They get along quite well, with Noel reminding Ruri of Sayaka with their similar shy and unconfident demeanors and Noel finding Ruri another pleasant friend to talk to. Noel even offers to teach her how to shoot along her own mentor, [[Pantheon/{{Firearms}} Coyote Starrk]], which Ruri says she will consider it soon.
** Finds Altaria to be absolutely adorable [[https://safebooru.donmai.us/posts/2418599 even hugging the Pokemon once]], because it reminds her of her Lyrical Lusciniae. Rise Kujikawa decided to befriend her as well since she is Altaria's Pokemon partner, even letting her in on flights and inviting her to singing sessions, which is funny since Ruri's seiyuu is also a singer.
* Exclusive to the Synchro Counterparts:
** Yugo doesn't like being called [[PunnyName Fusion]] nor [[AccidentalMisnaming Pawn of Fusion]] as he doesn't like people getting his name wrong. Salamandinay sympathized with him as she hates it when people don't know how to pronounce her name. Yugo also finds it cool that she is part dragon, reminding him of Clear Wing Synchro Dragon, his ace card which flatters Sala.
** Yugo also met Yosuke Hanamura as they find common ground in [[BlowYouAway windy motifs]], [[ButtMonkey constant unluckiness]] and [[ChivalrousPervert being a little juvenile when it comes to the ladies]]. Yosuke is so glad he found kinship with someone as unfortunate as him while Yugo is glad he is being taken seriously for once. You will find them being on the receiving end of many gods' attacks and jokes most of the time and [[RedOniBlueOni Yosuke's sanity perfectly contrasts with Yugo's idiotic tendencies]].
** Besides Yosuke, there are also other {{Butt Monkey}}s that he befriended and sympathized like Axel, Almaz and Satania. Together, they try to find ways for people to take them seriously, with variable and hilarious results.
** Has gotten along with both Beats. The one from TWEWY finds kinship with him since they don't use their heads often and the one from JSR sympathize with his impoverished background. Since then, he hangs out with them separately; although Rin has concerns they will be bad influences, she let it slide since Yugo is having fun with other people.
** Rin hears that there are other {{Wrench Wench}}es and decided to pay them a visit. Winry Rockbell and Gadget Hackwrench are worth the visit as they exchange ideas and give tips on mechanics and machinery. Winry sympathizes with Rin much more because they both have been through war although with very different experiences and decided to be her listening ear whenever the rest of the counterparts are unavailable. As for Tabane Shinonono, well... on one hand, she made some pretty awesome stuff like {{Powered Armor}}s and their cores, but on the other, she is [[BunnyEarsLawyer rather eccentric for such a competent genius]]. Nevertheless, Rin feels it doesn't hurt to humor her, since she has experience with keeping Yugo behaving.
** Rin is noted to have a distinguishable {{Idiot Hair}}. [[https://safebooru.donmai.us/posts/2166128 It may or may not be living.]] Yugo tries to tell everyone about this, but nobody believes him. On that note, Rin gets along with Nyarko, the patron saint of such. Rin likes her, though she feels Nyarko should tone down her energy every once in a while and stop giving relationship advice on her and Yugo.
** As Rin's Wind Witches have ice powers, she got along with most ice users including but not limited to Ashe, Anivia, Asuka Hiiragi and Rion Kugayama. Rin is afraid that Ashe will get very chilly though Ashe assures her that she's very used to it and Rion's energy reminds her of Yugo, although she would really like it if [[TheTease Rion would stop teasing her about her relationship with Yugo]].
** One day, Rin was accused of saying mean things to a number of deities. She had no recollection of doing so until she heard of the recently ascended Malty S. Melromarc who used [[Creator/SarahEmiBridcutt their shared voice]] to paint Rin in a bad light. After a fight ensuing between them with Rin barely able to win, Malty retreats while knowing the girl she impersonated is in misery; luckily for Rin, her friends are able to help clear up the confusions gradually.
* Exclusive to the Fusion Counterparts:
** Yuri decided to meet up with the Itazura Griefers after their recent prank on the Trollkaiger reminds him of his playful attitude towards his opponents. Vector is [[SoProudOfYou proud of his successor]] and invites him and Sora for ice cream and planning some pranks anytime. Adachi finds his insane attitude admirable and Takano and Monaca gets along with him [[spoiler:for halting their evil behaviours in the end]]. Lambdadelta is a bit ambivalent on Yuri; carding people may sound funny, but it also causes despair in the Dimensional War, which she doesn't like one bit. Seija offers him a position as Itazura Violet, which Yuri will consider in the future.
** Yuri also takes his time to visit the sub-house of Plants. Finds kinships in Durathror and Poison Ivy and befriended Audrey II and Petey Piranha for his Predaplant deck, though Yuri finds Petey rather annoying and stupid at times. He and Gourgeist are like [[CommonalityConnection peas in a pod]] and team up to screw with whoever they like, causing Trevenant to oppose him. Besides Trevenant, Kurama, the Heartcatch Pretty Cures (their problem also lies within the fact that he shares his name with one of their own), Shaymin and Treebeard expressed their enmity towards him for giving plants a bad reputation, and Aki volunteered to watch his behaviour out of a favour from Rin. Yuri [[EvenEvilHasStandards has standards, believe it or not]] as Mordremoth and Exdeath gives him the creeps, Mordremoth especially being a living {{Hungry Jungle}} and an evil dragon, essentially making Starve Venom look tamer in comparison.
*** Out of all the residents there, he gets along with Flowey the best. Not only are they near irredeemable villains, but they also [[spoiler:turn good at the end of their stories]]. This friendship also extends to [[spoiler:his confidants, Frisk, Sans, (INH) and Monika. It also helps that Vector and Monaca are there]]. Sans will make sure these two will not step out of line once again.
** Has been confused for the Literature Club's own Yuri several times. The latter thinks he is so crazy to the point that he makes Monika seem tame. The rest of the club agrees with her and take every step to stay away from the Fusion Duelist, who finds them not worth his time anyway. [[spoiler:Though due to being Flowey's confidants together and that he's not evil anymore, Monika gives him some leeway.]] As for the dictating Yuri, the Fusion Duelist finds him unpleasant; sure he likes his vileness and tenacity to hurt others but his dictator-like methods remind him a bit of Professor Akaba and methods of psychic mind control reminds him of Academia's Herr Doktor, a person he'd rather not see. The psychic Yuri meanwhile sees value in the Fusion Duelist's prowess and hopes to effectively have him under control for his agenda of domination.
** Serena had a run-in with Daidouji one day. Due to their usual attitudes, they got off on the wrong foot and a fight commences. It ended in a draw, but Daidouji finds Serena not so different from her and a WorthyOpponent to fight, while Serena finds Daidouji rather tame compared to her appearance. They both decided to keep in touch after that.
** Other tomboyish girls Serena befriended are Maki Genryusai and Cana Alberona. Serena is a bit jealous of Cana for having a better relationship with her father unlike her own with Professor Leo Akaba, who acted distant to her and his despondency is the reason why she follows his orders; to gain his approval. The Card Mage is glad she outgrew this behaviour over time and even almost offered her a bottle of beer but Serena turned her down due to being underaged. As for Maki, she likes Serena for her feistiness and would have invited her in to her gang if she had the chance but those days are over for her; even if she have no desire to join a bosozoku, Serena still appreciates her time sparring with Maki regardless.
** Her Lunalight deck pays {{Homage}} to Sailor Moon and sure enough, Serena gets to meet the heroine herself. Usagi at first comes across as ditzy and childish but later on, she showed Serena that she earned her top position, thus also earning her respect. Since the Lunalights also has {{Cat Girl}}s, Serena also befriended Ichigo Momomiya AKA Mew Ichigo and Blake Belladonna. Serena even offered to beat up Adam Taurus for them, which flatters Ichigo yet [[EveryoneHasStandards she thinks it's a bit overboard]] while Blake says that if Adam needs a beatdown, Serena won't be alone for that.
** Due to her deck archetype, she gets along well with Tyrande Whisperwind and Yuri Tsukikage AKA Cure Moonlight for drawing their power from the Moon and finds Lunatone to be interesting. Serena tells Cure Moonlight that the Fusion Dimension's Yuri will be handled carefully, which Moonlight agrees to count on her. The same cannot be said for David Zappa, who gives moons a bad name and Diana, who means well, yet ended up coming across as nuts. David thinks Serena is not worth his time while Diana tries to "[[DeadlyEuphemism persuade]]" her to see her perspective, which doesn't work.
** One day when wandering around the House of Pantheon/{{Weapons}}' archery range, Serena happened to saw two women with one of them looking cat-like practising their archery skills; she approached them asking about the cat-like woman's appearance which right away, rubs her the wrong way. The other woman managed to break off the tension before it gets worse and convinced them to introduce themselves to compensate; after Serena introduced herself the two women did the same, revealing themselves to be Atalante and Artemis.
*** Atalante answers Serena's question regarding her cat-like appearance: it symbolises her punishment of turning into a lion for fornicating with Hippomenes in one of Zeus' temples which the former she admitted to not regretting, something that dismayed Artemis since hunters under her were supposed to be chaste and baffled Serena when she first heard it. Regardless, due to Artemis' association with the moon and Atalante's Servant appearance, Serena decides to take up archery under them in case her dueling is either unavailable or unusable.

* Respected by: The Hall of Pantheon/InvestigativeWork
* Conflicting Opinion: The Halls of {{Pantheon/Heirs}} & [[{{Pantheon/ImpostorsAndImpersonations}} Impostors And Impersonations]]
* Their ascension was rather interesting; as the heralds of Carmen & Juni Cortez, Team White Pidgeon spent much of their visiting time in the Pantheon surveying everyone and everything. They slowly gathered intel of the many deities across the Pantheon through all sorts of methods, honing their skills and talents while staying under the radar. And for a good amount of time, nobody really seemed to care- that is, until Ange was caught in a restricted area in the House of {{Pantheon/Knowledge}}, perusing some pretty scandalous facts about some of the more questionable deities. However, when her trial in the Pantheon/CourtOfTheGods was finally held, it went along rather swimmingly, that is, until just ''after'' the end of the trial, when [[Pantheon/LawAndJustice Eiki Shiki]] was just leaving the Court, she spotted Princess & Ange...talking about how they narrowly got away with that switch. Loose lips sink ships, and that resulted in a retrial, where Princess was rightfully deemed guilty for invasion of privacy, and Ange for perjury. However, Eiki decided to be nice about it all, and instead of punishing them, the judge decided that an ascension is in order, as their swap had fooled pretty much everyone, and going over the duo's history, she settled on ascending them under the IdenticalStranger trope.
** While they aren't necessarily approving of their methods at first, the Spy Kids were more than happy to learn that their Heralds (or at least some of them) had finally made the jump to ascend as well. These feelings were reciprocated by the duo, who were glad to finally be on equal standing with the Cortez family after quite a while. They've now begun collaborating on some, albeit, minor but unique, espionage projects together, as a way for Ange & Princess to get a better view of the intricacies and members of the Pantheon.
* Many are quite confused at first as to why Ange & Princess were ascended under their trope, so the duo asked anyone curious to meet up with them at the House of {{Pantheon/Costumes}} one time. When most of the Hall of Investigative Work arrived, they set up a little game- both of them would dress up and masquerade in the House's ''Vêtements Palace Illimité'', and Ange would be carrying with her a gold card; whoever would find Ange, wins. After some time idly waiting, the duo exited the changing rooms and counted to 60 before the participants went after them, resulting in a frantic and tense game of cat-and-mouse across the department store. When Princess, disguised as Ange, was finally cornered by James Bond & Solid Snake, it is revealed to the two master agents that she wasn't Ange. As for Ange, as Princess, she was basically out of sight for the whole game, only revealing herself after a ''full hour'' of searching, with many coming to ask her for "Ange's" whereabouts. Needless to say, when the duo took off their wigs and Ange flashed the card, they were all in disbelief, and word of this spread quickly.
* The Hall of Heirs are rather perplexed at the duo. To be more specific, it comes down to the fact that one of them is the actual heir to their kingdom (though she is not exactly first in line) but doesn't want to take the throne, while the other is one who grew up in poverty but constantly seeks it anyway. Add to this conundrum that one may be the other at any given moment, and you have a headscratcher that has kept this whole Hall guessing.
* The Hall of Impostors and Impersonators, to put it lightly, are just ''bamboozled''. Despite being an infamous Hall in the Pantheon for stealing identities and perfecting the art of impersonation, even they couldn't tell if Ange or Princess is one or the other when either person (or both) enters. This has put the duo on quite the spotlight, as one day, they could be having a very tense time with Doctor Doom over tea, and the next, rumors would spread that they had located where Justin Pin is and are in contact with him.
* [[{{PrinceAndPauper}} Switching with royalty]] is like clockwork for the duo, having been in each other's shoes for quite a while, so getting used to each other's lives has been nothing short of interesting for them. Dawn once also did this switch with someone named Princess Salvia, who wanted to partake in a Pokémon Contest with her Togekiss, so they agreed to be in each other's shoes for the day. However, they almost immediately deduced this as something [[{{Literature/ThePrinceAndThePauper}} Tom and Edward]] would be more affinized with, but they still respected Dawn's effort at keeping up her masquerade.
* [[AppliedPhlebotinum Cavorite]] had been a very important part of Ange & Charlotte's world and its development; the gravity-defying mineral allowed the rise of inventions like the airship and the C-ball, the latter of which Ange personally owns one of. H.G. Wells, the author for ''Literature/TheFirstMenInTheMoon'', was surprised to learn that the duo had possession of such an object, and that they had hailed from a {{Steampunk}} world where it is in abundance and in practical use. In a mailed request, the duo took him on a tour through Albion to learn how Cavorite operated in their world, and the effects it had on its people and the world's progress; needless to say, he was more than impressed.
--> '''Wells''': To think that a world I have yet to hear of feels so much like one of my own...it truly amazes me, deeply. I give you my thanks, ladies.
* When Griffith heard that Princess ascended, he assumed it would be ''his'' Princess Charlotte, and rushed to locate the duo. While he was rather disappointed at first by who actually ascended, he did take a liking to Princess, which, given [[MoralEventHorizon who he is and what he's done]], she was rightfully unnerved. This made Ange incredibly angry at the deity, for even considering Princess as his own, and won't hesitate to put a bullet between his eyes. The duo have begun looking into ways into tearing down his [[VillainWithGoodPublicity good standing]] among other things in order for him to lose interest in them, and Princess especially.
* The following apply to Ange specifically:
** Ange is surprised to learn that there's another Ange in the Pantheon...who happens to be a former princess...who had her life turned upside down on a very impactful day...who then turned to a life of hardship and became a badass hardass, developing techniques in order to simply live...woah. They both even have a friend in the Pantheon named Charlotte! (Granted, The blonde Ange's Charlotte is not from the same world as she is, compared to the grey-haired one's) At that point, something had to happen, but instead, they both more than understood their respective situations and upbringings, and came to be friends over those many similarities. When seen together, the grey-haired Ange usually asks to be called by one of her aliases, Chloe or Alice, to avoid confusion.
** If Ange is one thing, she is incredibly smart and attentive to detail, so much so that it's almost frightening. When she crossed paths with Sherlock Holmes one afternoon, a simple bit of exchanged glances between the duo had given them ample time to basically know everything they've done that day, up to that point. What Ange ''did not'' expect, however, was that Holmes would greet her as [[spoiler:Princess Charlotte, her actual identity]], and nearly resulted in the young spy drawing her revolver against the world-renowned detective. Since then, Ange has calmed down and became friends with him, sometimes tagging along (and usually in disguise) with Holmes and his own assistant, Watson.
** [[KillAndReplace Operation: Changeling]] was a plan originally proposed by Ange to [[TheHandler Control]], meant at face value to eliminate Princess and take hold of the Commonwealth's crown[[spoiler:, but was actually a coy so that Ange, who is actually Princess Charlotte herself, regain the crown and move to make the Commonwealth a better place]]. Daji, a master at impersonating dead people, is secretly trying to get Ange to pull through with this operation, however, given that Ange can act as Princess very, very well. Ange vehemently denies any advance the demon makes, however, as that would completely go against what the duo had been building up to ever since their separation.
* The following apply to Princess specifically:
** Despite being a member of royalty, Princess has more than her fair share of getting down and dirty if the situation calls for it, employing ruthlessness in her attitude and ''maybe'' abusing her status as royalty to get her other teammates into locations they normally cannot. Her sharp wit and quick cunning being well hidden behind her façade has earned her a kindred spirit with Lacus Clyne, a fellow princess with badassery underneath. They do tend to disagree on a few things- Princess isn't above using underhanded tactics and violence when it is really necessary, whilst Clyne is more of a pacifist and would like to solve problems without making more of them down the line.
** [[spoiler:Armed with ThePromise that she would change the world into a happy one, one the real Princess wished for,]] Princess works tirelessly within the confines of her royal status to upend it and make the world a better place. This sentiment was shared with Rise Rousenin, who also wanted change, in the form of turning her school into a co-ed school in order for it to continue prospering. However, both were very much mixed in each other's views- Princess believes that Rise hadn't expanded her scope wide enough as she thinks there's other factors beyond it itself causing its downfall, whereas Rise criticizes Princess for taking her plans for reformation too far and deep, resorting to nearly cruel and very harsh tactics. Aside from these debates, however, they seem to be amicable enough as friends.
Since then, the spy group and Princess in particular share a very specific kind of hatred for the alicorn, one that Chrysalis only scoffs at, not giving a care.
