Woohoo, finally got the revamped summary done. Hopefully this one is a little more intriguing and will actually convince people that the series is worth reading.

The manga is about the life of a naturally talented hairstylist named Kiri Koshiba and her friends. Even though Kiri is still in high school, many renowned hairstylists and beauticians see her as a rival because of her genius skills -- and she gets a lot of challenges, much to her annoyance.

Any girl who lacks a properly balanced 'Beauty Factor' will be refused a makeover with no second chances to receive the prestigious honor of getting work done by the S.P. You see, Kiri's got a knack for bringing out the inner beauty of people and as she repeatedly trounces the Scissors Project by taking plain girls and transforming them into knockouts, the Scissors Project comes upon a decision:

Thus begins the saga of Kiri and the Scissors Project, climbing up the ladder of makeover excellence, one satisfied customer at a time.
