Enemies in Jungle Japes often include {{snakes|AreSinister}} (often very big ones), [[ManiacMonkeys monkeys]] and [[KillerGorilla apes]], colorful birds, insects and {{spiders|AreScary}}, the aforementioned crocodiles and piranhas, [[ManEatingPlant carnivorous plants]], [[TheNativesAreRestless restless]] and [[HollywoodNatives savage]] natives, and the occasional [[PantheraAwesome lion, tiger or other big cat]]. Most of them are, you guessed it, [[EverythingTryingToKillYou trying to kill you]]. Spiky plants and thorny vines may appear to provide SpikesOfDoom. The background music will either be [[JungleDrums just percussions]] or JungleJazz.
