* Minami Shimada and Mizuki Himeji from ''LightNovel/BakaAndTestSummonTheBeasts'', as the tsundere and nice girl respectively. Minami is often the butt of jokes about her chest size, to the point where Yoshii apparently thinks she's a guy at one point. As a result, she frequently beats the crap out of him. Mizuki, on the other hand is very kind and gentle (well, usually) and has huge cleavage.

* ''LightNovel/SwordArtOnline'': The first series gives us the low-grade tsundere primary love interest Asuna, who has a normal bust in general. Later in the series appears Sinon, a famous sniper who has no chest compared with Asuna, and has tsundere tendencies. And between the two's introductions, there's Leafa, a MasterSwordswoman LittleSisterHeroine whose breasts can eat Asuna's and Sinon's for breakfast.

* ''LightNovel/{{Toradora}}'' has most part of the conflict between the petite abrasive flat-chested Taiga Aisaka and the nice busty high-school model Ami Kawashima, not just [[LoveTriangle focused on Ryuuji Takasu]], but they got a grudge between them most part of the series.
* A very weird example in ''LightNovel/{{Durarara}}''. The Orihara twins, Mairu and Kururi, ''intentionally'' created contrasting personalities after [[BigBrotherBully Izaya]] told them one should just die if they were going to be exactly alike. Thus, in grade school they decided on their personalities- Mairu would be the outgoing one while Kururi would be the silent one. As they grew up, Mairu ended up flat-chested and Kururi became far more endowed.
* ''LightNovel/ACertainMagicalIndex'' has the rivalry of Mikoto Misaka and Misaki Shokuhou, two Level 5 espers who go to the same middle school. * The main two characters of ''Manga/AyakashiTriangle'' are Matsuri, [[GenderBender a boy turned into a well-endowed girl]], and Suzu, whose chest is far more modest. Inverting the usual personalities, Suzu is gentle and motherly, while Matsuri is antisocial and over-serious.

* ''VideoGame/ElSword'': The first two female playable characters are Aisha the petite, abrasive magician and Rena, the motherly busty elf. The former is always jealous of the latter's breasts.
* ''VideoGame/SenranKagura'': The twins Ryoubi and Ryouna has this dynamic. * ''VideoGame/GarouMarkOfTheWolves'' follows a similar route with the original ''VideoGame/SamuraiShodown'' example above: The only two female fighters are the petite and cute Hotaru Futaba and MsFanservice Bonne Jenet. While Jenet is a more straightforward tease with mature charms, Hotaru is a more reserved MartialPacifist with small immature streaks (one of her post-match taunt is basically BlowingARaspberry).

* In ''VisualNovel/GoGoNippon'', of the two LoveInterests, the younger sister Akira Misaki is flat-chested and {{Tsundere}} while the older sister, Makoto Misaki, has a large bust and is much more [[YamatoNadeshiko gentle and motherly]].

* ''Webcomic/MierukoChan'': Miko is subdued and constantly stressed out from being a MagneticMedium, and there are several jokes about her ACupAngst compared to her bubbly, extroverted friend Hana.

* In ''WesternAnimation/BigMouth'', both Jessi and Missy are flat-chested, but are accompanied by Hormone Montresses Connie and Mona, who are noticably curvy. As is standard for teens and their Hormone Monster companions, the teens are sensible yet impressionable, while the Hormone Monsters are wise yet hedonistic.

** LovableAlphaBitch Kirche Augusta Frederica von Anhalt Zerbst, who has a big bust, and her best friend, the ReiAyanamiExpy BadassBookworm Tabitha aka Charlotte Helene Orleans de Gallia, who's so flat as Louise.
