While ''Samurai Jack'' is generally more serious and action-oriented than most Creator/CartoonNetwork shows (especially in Season 5, which is [[GrowingWithTheAudience aimed more at teeange and young adults who grew up with the series]] (especially with a bunch of RatedMForManly men, although there's an incoming EstrogenBrigade too) and is thus DarkerAndEdgier), that doesn't mean it ''always'' takes itself seriously.

** The highlight is when Jack wears a pair of CombatStilettos, only to have the bad guys hit on him and compliment [[ShesGotLegs his legs]].

* At the beginning of the episode, Jack and Ashi decide to buy food. Ashi is hesitant to try out the AlienLunch, but Jack assures her it's fine, as he's eaten stuff that's similar. Eating it (briefly) turns his head into that of a fish's. Ashi understandably decides to try something else, much to Jack's confusion.

* At the end of the episode, Jack has found out the reason for the dragon's flatulence: there was a baby dragon inside of it whose fire breath was aggravating its gas. Jack gets it out, the dragon hatches fully, and catches Jack while flying it back to the village... and promptly sets the village on fire with its BreathWeapon. Jack has a completely dumbfounded expression on his face as all the charred villagers run around screaming and the baby dragon is breathing fire with a couldn't be happier expression on its face.

* While trying to escape the hordes of zombies Jack vaults into a mausoleum. Many GlowingEyelightsOfUndeath come on and the tightly packed zombies are revealed, screaming - and instead of cutting them up Jack essentially nopes out, jumping right back outside again.

* The Creature. Big, blue, lovable, clumsy, [[Anime/MyNeighborTotoro Totoro]]-esque bundle of funny!

** First, we see Jack about to fight Aku, who is sick with some sort of flu.[[note]]How the hell does an immortal, nigh-invulnerable demon get ill from a mere virus anyways?[[/note]] Aku is sneezing and coughing, and unenthusiastically croaking orders to his minions, looking miserable enough that Jack stares at him. Aku soon feebly announces that "I will not fight you today" and then flies off.

* The entire first half of the episode, which reads almost like a self-parody: Aku sends some minions, Jack defeats them, rinse, repeat.

Aku reveals that he knew Jack knew he would cheat and brought an evil minion to find the sword and breaks it. The sword turns out to be fake and [[UpToEleven Jack says that he knew that Aku knew that he knew Aku would cheat and he hid a fake sword]], [[CrazyPrepared but Aku reveals that he knew that Jack knew that Aku knew that Jack knew Aku would cheat and had another minion find the real sword]], but that sword also turns out to fake. Jack: "You see Aku, I am smart, and you are pure evil. [[IKnowYouKnowIKnow I knew that you knew that I knew that you knew that I knew that you would cheat.]] [[GambitPileup So I hid fake swords all over this place]]." We then see that Aku had an army of minions searching for Jack's sword, and not a single one of them managed to find it. The best part is that while Aku is going through each of the swords in order to find the real one, Jack is seen with a [[SmugSmiler smug smile]] on his face, showing that [[TheGadfly he's clearly enjoying the show]].

** The story of "Little Red Hood" itself is a hilarious Creator/HannaBarbera pastiche, complete with Creator/TomKenny doing a spot-on WesternAnimation/TopCat impression.

''We'' waited ''12 years'' for the series to reach a conclusion, for crying out loud! Aku's only had ''10 seconds'' to savor sending Jack to the future.

** Jack introducing the Scotsman to his [[OneWingedAngel girlfriend]] (who is currently in the process of fighting the Scotsman's daughters).

* Jack catches two hoodlums spray-painting the shoe store and looks like he's about to scold them, then sees how they're wearing their shoes with the laces undone. We then get a SugarWiki/{{heartwarming moment|s}} where they give him an approving gesture after he adjusts his shoes accordingly and takes off... only to [[RealityEnsues effortlessly slip out of them the moment he starts running]]. And then the hoodlums [[RefugeInAudacity steal them]].

* While in the middle of the very tense battle scene with the Daughters of Aku in the crypt, there's something funny about the face Jack makes when the ancient battleaxe he grabs breaks ''[[RealityEnsues almost immediately]]''. It is almost the textbook definition of "Oh, ''come on!''"

* The Scotsman [[EnemyMine catches on quick that he and Jack can take out the bounty hunters together]]. Jack points out [[RealityEnsues it won't be that easy in their current position]]:
