This Transient comprises two Lion Therians in one body: the hesitant and cowardly Oz, and his polar opposite, the brash and intimidating Zo. Only the most robust of vessels could accommodate two such fully developed personalities, and so, on a conceptual level, their shared body is impervious to harm from any weapon. In their home world, the pair lived lives of solitary kingship, with one ruling a forest and the other a deep gorge, but they lamented their fates, and so the light of the Transient brought them to Tokyo. The cowardly Oz dreams of one day becoming an astronaut, and indeed their Role dictates that one day they will leave the earth behind to shine amongst the stars, but the two disagree to this day about what exactly will lead them there.

Based on the Cowardly Lion from The Wizard of Oz and The Nemean Lion from Greek myth. They are currently under the employ of Amaterasu.

This Transient is the World Representative of Kamui Kotan, a frozen world preserved forever in ice. Ordinarily, he would only be visible to children short enough to peek beneath the Leaf he bears, but in Tokyo, he is visible even to full-grown adults. Whenever Korpokkur discovers a community of children, he plants leaves like his own in the ground to propagate, and with the coming of spring, the land blossoms into a sanctuary ideal for them to dwell in. However, as the seasons turn, those children outgrow the leaves that sustain their lives and become blind to Korpokkur hiding beneath them. Eventually, their guardian departs, the rivers run dry, the fauna despoils, and the land becomes harsh and barren once more. Even so, Korpokkur loves the young and innocent from the bottom of his heart, and it is his wish to create a paradise for these children that brings him to Tokyo. A past incident has led him to despise those who rifle through the foliage to disturb what hides within.

A Transient from the world of Aaru who stands at its top, has run away, and covers his left eye. After being summoned to Tokyo, he is a judiciary elite who strives in his duties as a policeman while also being a student. Personality-wise he is extremely serious, and he honors justice and fairness. He follows household rules and does as he is told, and oftentimes it seems he has a lot going on in his head. At the same time, he also hates being referred to as young master and being valued for all the things he had for being born. Horus was born a sickly child, but he is a hard worker who tempered his mind and body through putting great effort in discipline. He was once caught up in a power struggle that came from interfamily strife with the uncle he once respected. His being made to win at the hands of the adults around him is a bitter memory to him. Horus has a tendency to get irritated when shown to be a superior through his efforts and better than his uncle. Also, he has something like disgust for the person who goes around using his uncle's name.

Demon noble Transient from Gehenna who has an ever present and unshakable calm smile. He is part of a law school in Tokyo, and he is already working in the judiciary branch as a student prosecutor. Bael believes those of noble class hold duties fit for that level and has a unique belief in being a demon. Perhaps because of this he's often seen making vile uttering even when unnecessary for whatever is going on. Those who realize this is limited to a certain person of equal lineage who has associated with him since infancy and scant few others. He once held the highest rank on the hierarchy of demons listed under the Hexagram Contract. This does not apply to all demons from Gehenna as demon nobles of even higher rank than he exist. Bael brags about being the one who hates the faith of Eden the most, but paradoxically the fact that it also supports his mightiness can only be described as irony.

One of the Three True Guilds comprised of various World Representatives that wish to turn the Protagonist into the System that allows their various worlds to continue existing. In essence, they desire to transform the Protagonist into God, a being that exists solely to serve the whims of others.
----

* CreepyChild: The leadership of the guild look no older than their early teens, yet they all wield immense godly powers and view the protagonist as less a person and more something to be harvested come time.
* HangingJudge: Chapter 10 revealed that the Rule Makers have completely taken over the Judiciary function of the National Diet. The Rulemakers Guild is Walled Tokyo's Supreme Court now!
* OrderIsNotGood: Implied. The name of their guild alludes to their, or at least Michael's, goal of imposing a new world order/System upon all the Worlds.
* TroublingUnchildlikeBehavior: They are all working together to carry out some heinous scheme involving the protagonist as if it was team science project for school. They also have no qualms with fighting and killing anyone in their way. That's before going into their personal issues:
** Michael is a KnightTemplar who believes in UtopiaJustifiesTheMeans.
** Korpokkur is obsessed with keeping the status quo of his frozen world.
** Horus wants to tear the Original Seth out of the Protagonist's soul amalgam in order to have a fair and honorable duel to mark his rite of passage to adulthood, consequences be damned!
** Bael and Curren are TheSociopath and LackOfEmpathy, respectively.

->Voiced By:
The leader of the Eastern Guild. Not much is known about her, though she is treated as nothing more than a figurehead among her guild. Once an experiment, she works to get the Protagonist to become the System that will maintain the world.
-->
She is in reality the female clone of famous science fiction writer and genius Creator/ArthurCClarke.
----
* AbusiveParent: Two-fold. Going by Shuichi's comments, the researchers who made them were not particularly kind people. Then there's her relationship to Breke, her creation. She coldly dismisses his emotional anguish and treats him like a mobile computer terminal for data collection, but still have the gall to call herself his mother and demand his undying respect. When he rejects her demands and flees, she acts like an entitled pet owner.
---> Curren: Breke ran away from me. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you.
* AmbiguouslyBrown: She looks similar to Shuichi and Duo with her silvery hair and dark skin. Chapter 10 revealed that they were cloned from similar genetic samples.
* AmbiguouslyHuman: Curren reveals to Breke that she too was part of the same experiments that made Shuichi and Duo using the genetic code of a certain set of geniuses.
* AuthorityInNameOnly: She's actually completely aware of it and perfectly fine with leaving all the decision making to Michael, giving her more time to focus on her research.
* BrotherSisterTeam: Temporarily forms one with Duo in Chapter 10 as they go about their data collection.
* DistaffCounterpart: She essentially looks like a GenderFlip version of Duo. After all, they were both cloned by the same researchers.
* EvilTwin: To Duo. For bonus points, Duo's summoner's mark is brighter in color than Curren's.
* Foil: Serves as one to Duo. While both of them came from the same inhumane experiment that made them emotionally-stunted super-geniuses, their personal actions to others illustrate how Curren is fundamentally evil compare to Duo's inherent goodness.
** Duo treats R-19, who is stated multiple times to be expendable, like he mattered and respect the replicant's choices. Curren on the other hand, treats Breke like a tool and demands that he continue doing a job he clearly hates, without a care of the wolven cyborg's feelings.
* GadgeteerGenius: Has her own robot army, a menacing robot guardian in her full art, and is the Rulemakers' resident tech-wiz.
* GenderBlenderName: Double Subverted. She goes by the name Curren, which is a name typically associated with female characters, but her true name is the same as her genetic source's.
* HalfIdenticalTwins: With Duo. The story even notes that they are near mirror images of each other.
* HumongousMecha: Called the Transcendent One by Curren. While smaller than typical building size mechas, her guardian is still huge as they typically carry their master in just one palm.
* TheKidWithTheRemoteControl: Curren is in control of a host of mecha ready, willing, and able to carry out the whims of their master.
* LabcoatOfScienceAndMedicine: She constantly wears one. This serves to foreshadow her connection to Duo.
* LackOfEmpathy: She rather callously responded to Breke's identity crisis in the finale of chapter 10 by revealing that she was made in a lab too; finding it difficult understand why he would be so heart-broken over his apparent lack of humanity and would rather he just be cooperative and hand her his gathered data. Justified, Chapter 11 revealed that creator of the Geniuses wanted them to be as objective and focus on their goals as possible; thus their ability to empathize was destroyed during their gestation process.
* MarkOfTheSupernatural: Her summoner's mark is located superior to her sternum, again a trait shared by all her clone siblings.
* ModestyShorts: Wears what appears to be bike shorts under her lab coat.
* SinisterScythe: The Transcendent One wields one.
* SquishyWizard: She has the physical strength you would expect of someone her size, the issue is getting past her robot army if you want to land a hit on her.
* TheStoic: Her expression very rarely changes from its default look of utter disinterest. Turns out she doesn't have any real emotions.
* SuperIntelligence: She was made to have the intelligence and computational power on par with a super computer, as was all of her other siblings.
* UterineReplicator: She casually reveals her origin to Breke in the finale of chapter 10. She and likely Duo along with Shuichi were literal "test-tube babies".
* WhiteHairBlackHeart: A heart as devoid of moral constraint as hair devoid of colors, with a not-so-positive attitude about free will and cooperation to boot. This is also one of the features shared between all the Genius clones.
* YouAreNumber6: Cross with MeaningfulName, the first letter of her name also indicates the order of her creation; specifically, Curren is third one created.

----
* CainAndAbel: The Cain to the protagonist's Abel.
* AChildShallLeadThem: He's the world representative of Eden and despite not being the guild master, he's essentially the Eastern Guild's de facto leader.
* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: Yes, make no mistake, Michael still holds affection for Shaytan even now and even pities all the terrible time loops the protagonist must endure. However, Michael is still bent on turning them into a System, regardless of his own feelings for them.
* EvilCannotComprehendGood: Even now, after countless eons, Michael remains puzzled as to why Shaytan chose free will over surrendering himself and becoming a Representative to serve the majority of Eden.
* GoldAndWhiteAreDivine: Golden blond hair, and wearing a pristine white suit, as fitting the Right Hand of God.
* HairWings: He has fringes on the side of his head that resembles folded wings.
* HolyHalo: He has 2 of them, technically 3, since the halo on top of his head is a double-layered one, while the other halo floats around his left ankle.
* Jerkass: He’s shown himself to be a cruel and merciless person. One of his first acts onscreen is impaling Babalon and Surtr with dozens of angelic spears to quickly dispose of them.
* LightEmUp: He fires spears of pure light to attack.
* LightIsNotGood: Despite being God's Right Hand and an archangel, when Michael first appeared he gleefully expressed his desire to sacrifice the protagonist for his cause and mercilessly impaled the weaken Babalon and Surtr.
* MemoryJar: Zig-zagged. Like other World Representatives, Michael should have access to the Pillar from his home world, being the Trees of Life and Knowledge, and he could theoretically use it to recover his memories from past time loops. However, mysteriously, Eden hasn't allowed the Trees to manifest in Tokyo yet. This forces him to receive memories from his fellow guildmates' Pillars or other sources to keep up-to-date on the situation in Tokyo.

* PureIsNotGood: The epilogue of Canaan implies that Michael genuinely believes that his actions will result in the salvation of all the worlds, his childish naivete shielding him from the guilt of his more callous and cruel actions.
* RememberTheNewGuy: Gabriel identifies him as Michael at first. He snaps back at her, calling her a loser and a fool for hanging out with a guild.
* SinisterMinister: His entire outfit is reminiscent of a church pastor, complete with a stole resting on his shoulders. Of course the sinister part comes in when you hear how he describes the protagonist like a science experiment instead of as a living person.
* UtopiaJustifiesTheMeans: If he can create a perfect System that will unite all worlds under one harmonious order, then he would gladly sacrifice even his own brother to do it.
* VillainInAWhiteSuit: Wears a pristine suit in all his appearances so far and is incrediably ruthless.
* VillainRespect: He's nothing but polite to Arsalan when he visits him, mainly because his Sword Sacred Artifact was the one Michael originally gave to Solomon.
* VillainTeamUp: Seems to be in a mutual alliance with Amaterasu if their interactions so far is any indication.
* WalkingSpoiler: His introduction in Chapter 8 marks a major reveal and turning point in the plot.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: The Canaan event reveals that Michael genuinely believes that damning the protagonist to an eternity as the new System/God of the worlds will prevent another Biblical Flood, which unlike the Time Storm in Tokyo will destroy and recreate everything from scratch.

----
* Aloof Big Sister: Narration implies Ammy does not have the most generous opinions regarding her younger brothers, especially Susanoo. Yet it can't be said she has no love them, as she grew distress once she lost Tsukuyomi's signal when he was swallowed up by Daikoku's darkness.
* CompanionCube: Her Pillar sacred artifact takes the form of the Amano-Iwato Stone, the boulder she used to seal the entrance of the Amano-Iwato cave where she hid herself from Susanoo after his rude behavior offended her. The stone's unique ability allows her and any designated companions to hide themselves away in a PocketDimension, safe from even the powers of Mahakala.
* CondescendingCompassion: Implied. She seems view the people of as unfortunate sheeps that needs to be sheltered and guided by her will.
* EnergyWeapon: Her primary method of offense.
* Fainting: She does this at the very memory of her brother Susanoo! And since he's one of the Protagonist's souls, this means that we are also a source of frustration for her.
* GodSaveUsFromTheQueen: Was effectively empress of both the Japanese heavenly and earthly realms and used her immense powers to keep tabs on everyone, thus eliminating any sense of privacy in her home world.
* HolyHandGrenade: Her sacred artifact, the Yata no Kagami, the sacred regalia of Japanese lore allows her to fire devastating laser beams that burn her victims using their sins. Interestingly, this is similar to how Arc’s sacred artifact affects their opponents.
* HolyHalo: Her mirror levitates behind her head making it look like a halo, which is rather fitting as she is a god.
* LightIsNotGood: The Shinto Goddess of the Sun and the Universe and one of the game's most powerful antagonist.
* MagicMirror: She fittingly wields one of the 3 Imperial Regalia of Japan, while her sibling possess the other two. Her Yata no Kagami or Eight-Span Mirror floats behind her head like a halo at all times and is capable of unleashing devastating sun beams on command.
* Miko: Seems to be the inspiration behind part of her design.
* MistressAndServantBoy: The Mistress to Oz, her servant boy.
* NiceToTheWaiter: She is rather cordial to Oz, her assistant.
* NonUniformUniform: Her school uniform is pretty standard fair, save for her sleeves which are more in line with a miko's robe.
* TheOmniscient: The Virtual Summer Event revealed that this was how she kept the denizens of Takamagahara in line as its Representive/Ruler. The World granted Amaterasu the ability to know every event and going-on in Takamagahara, which means that she knew everyone's secrets and no one was willing to overstep their bounds or go against her, lest their shame be revealed to the whole world. No one, except for Susanoo of course.
* ThePowerOfTheSun: She is a solar deity and can smite her enemies with sun's wrath.
* RavenHairIvorySkin: Long dark hair to compliment skin the color of egg-shells.
* SensorCharacter: She can sense the general location of both her brothers in Tokyo at all times. That's why she was a little distressed when she lost Tsukiyomi's presence during his battle with Daikoku in chapter 10.
* TheShutIn: True to her legend, the trauma that Susanoo had inflicted on her has left a bit of shut-in. While she is willing to go outside to perform her duties, she will quickly retreat back to her quarters once she is done.
* SilkHidingSteel: A delicate looking girl, who also has the ability to fire laser beams.
* SquishyWizard: Despite her great powers, Amaterasu has the stamina of a paper cup. It's an accomplishment for her to stand 10 minutes straight!
* TheStoic: She rarely shows her emotions and prefers to get to the point when talking others.
* StudentCouncilPresident: Going by her dress and the arm-band, she is this.
* TopGod: She is this for the Japanese Heavenly Pantheon, Takamagahara.
* TraumaButton: The memories of her brother, Susanoo.
* VillainTeamUp: She and Michael seems to be in cahoots with one another. Chapter 11 implies they have a close working relationship and are observing the other Representatives.
* YamatoNadeshiko: Calm, patient, and equally graceful.

->Voiced By: Creator/TsuyoshiKoyama

----
* AcademicAthlete: They are by no means Amaterasu's DumbMuscle. Oz dreams of becoming an astronaut and Chapter 9 implies he regularly visits Kurogane and collaborate on building working model rockets with him.
* TheBigGuy: Physically strong as his muscular build would imply which helps compensate for his mistress' physical frailty.
* CowardlyLion: He is the TropeNamer with one of his skills even called Courageous Coward.
* TheDragon: To Amaterasu.
* EverythingsSparklyWithJewelry: Wears a ring on almost every finger.
* Expy: His sacred artifact and dual personality makes him one to Dr. Jekyll.
* Foil: As noted above, barring their personalities, both Oz and Zo were kings who ruled in Olympus, both felt LonelyAtTheTop, and as their 4-Star revels, both had the exact same Role and, if the statement is taken at face value, both possibly faced the same fate of the Nemean Lion of Myth. It's heavily implied that for this reason that they were put into one body when they were summoned.
* GoalInLife: He dreams of becoming an astronaut and reaching the stars. Seems only fitting he's serving a sun goddess.
* MistressAndServantBoy: The servant to his lady, Amaterasu. The two seem to have a rather friendly relationship.
* MythologyGag: Their 4 star version depicts the pair sitting on a (not yellow) brick road, while the crystal spires of the Emerald City can be seen behind them.
* NighInvulnerability: Naturally, considering he's based on the Nemean Lion. It's this attribute of their body that makes Oz and Zo's situation possible.
* PeekABangs: Oz's bang obscures the left side of his face.
* RedOniBlueOni: The courageous and boisterous Zo to the meeker, and more soft-spoken Oz.
* TheReliableOne: They're always there to catch Amaterasu whenever she has a fainting spell, either from remembering her brother or from over-exerting herself.
* ScrewDestiny: Their 4-Star states that their Role was to die at the hands of a great hero and be turned into a cloak, but it was changed when they were summoned to Tokyo. This is supported by the fact that the game's incarnation of Heracles, despite being at the point of his life where he should be performing the 12 Labors, is not shown wearing the Nemean Lion Pelt.
* SharingABody: As a result of an unknown event when they were summoned to Tokyo, Oz and Zo share a body. Unusually, this is in contrast to how the Game usually deals with two individuals with same Roles and Rules, namely that only one is Summoned and other is blocked.
* SuperSerum: Their Sacred Artifact, an emerald flask which contains the drug that allows them to switch personalities. Notably, it's stated to be a side effect of the flask, and its true power is unknown.
* VillainsOutShopping: Granted the Player had no idea Oz was actually in-league with the Rule Makers at that point, but the lion therian does show up in Chapter 9 to meet with Kurogane at the Crafter's guild for their model rocket testing.

->Voiced By: Creator/JunkoTakeuchi

----
* AdaptionalVillainy: In the real life Ainu mythos, korpokkurs were a type of NatureSpirit and fey people who were skilled hunters and craftsmen that traded with the Ainu people until one day one of the Ainu broke their sacred pact out of curiosity causing the korporkkur people to vanish forever. In the game, Korpokkur is a single godly individual who kept his world in a MedievalStasis and wields his icy powers with no remorse against those who offend him.
* AnIcePerson: His sacred artifact can generate violent blizzards capable of freezing his enemies with the only safe spot in the death-zone being under his butterbur leaf.
* EvilCounterpart: Is seemingly set-up to be one for Chernobog. While both of them have similar powers, Chernobog couldn’t initially restrain his powers from automatically activating and killing anyone who set foot on his mountain and was deeply troubled by his lack of control. Korpokkur on the other hand, is quite in control of his powers and judging from his voice lines, very willing to use them.
* FalseUtopia: The System that Korpokkur wants to create is one of AmbiguousInnocence: he prizes that state, and would seek to create a world where there are no adults, only children in various stages of physical development. His World of Kamuy Kotan is essentially a prototype version of his ideal, as while he can't stop the children from becoming adults, he can continually "reset" the world so that, sociologically speaking, no growth can happen.
* FertileFeet: He’s capable of revitalizing the land by planting giant butterburs in that area allowing it to become habitable, but only if there are children there. Once all the children have grown up, Korpokkur will leave the area and take all his life-giving butterburs with him.
* IcyBlueEyes: What else did you expect of a character who could conjure deadly blizzards on a whim? Overlaps with Occult blue eyes.
* ImprobableWeaponUser: His sacred artifact is a giant butterbur leaf that could pass as a beach parasol.
* InvisibleToAdults: One of his powers. Unfortunately, as his invisibility is only limited to adults, leading to a child finding him one day.
* Invisibility: By waving his butterbur leaf around himself, he can turn invisible.
* IrrationalHatred: He was exposed one day by a child who grew too curious and pushed away the leaf he was hiding under. He grew to resent this person. He also has a cold hate for those who change, intentionally or otherwise, as he intentionally triggers a collision with Kamuy Kotan during the "Onsen Jamboree" event, merely to get revenge on Kimun Kamui who had begun to question his Role in Kamuy Kotan's System.
* LogicalWeakness: spoiler:His invisibility and ice powers mean little to nothing against Jacob who not only has TrueSight, but also Uriel's fiery blade as his sacred artifact. Thankfully for Korp, Jacob was only there to speak with him instead of looking for a fight.
* TronLines: Found on the bottom portion of the butterbur’s stem. Similar marks have been found on other sacred artifacts, but it’s currently unknown what they are.
* TroublingUnchildlikeBehavior: His cute child-like appearance and quirks belies a far colder and savage personality that espouses the creation of a world where “happy and innocent children” can live in peace, while at the same time voicing his joy that Michael’s gaze possesses a “cold and merciless” quality to it, a trait he would like in all kids.
* WalkingWasteland: Once all of the children on his land mature into adulthood, Korpokkur will uproot all the giant life-giving butterburs and leave the area, reverting the land back to an inhospitable wasteland.

->Voiced By: Creator/ShoNogami

----
* AntiVillain: Despite being on the opponent's side, he loves and respects his uncle Seth, the Exile from his world. He goal is to free Seth from the Protagonist, and face them in combat to ascend to adulthood.
* BackFromTheDead: His ankh staff allows him to revive the dead, as the ankh symbolizes life, restoration, and resurrection in Egyptian mytholoy. When used together with his second artifact and Pillar, the Pillar of Djed, the coffin that originally held his father's severed corpse, it allows Horus to revive an army of loyal mummy soldiers.
** It's heavily implied Horus intents to tear the Seth aspect from the Player's soul amalgam and then attempt to revive him in order for Horus to have a redo at his fated duel with his uncle.
* BirdPeople: Like in myth, Horus appears as a muscular falcon transient with clawed hands and avian feet.
* GoldAndWhiteAreDivine: Being a major god, Horus' wear a lot of golden accessories to compliment his dark blue and white feathers.
* HorribleJudgeOfCharacter: His character relationship chart shows that he is affable to Bael and Korpokkur...
* MagicStaff: His primary sacred artifact is a decorative lance-like ankh as tall as he is.
* Necromancer: Can use his powers to raise hordes of mummies to do his bidding.
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: Horus is rather fond of lettuce and his bio states he love share the leafy green with his love ones. Unfortunately, for the those verse in Egyptian mythology, Horus has rather IAteWhat mature association when it comes to lettuce...
* UnusualEars: Despite being an otherwise falcon-esque transient, Horus a pair of feline ears atop his head.

->Voiced By: Creator/HirokiGoto

----
* AmoralAttorney: He is a prosecutor and quite amoral.
* AristocratsAreEvil: Bael's a King of Gehenna and a sadistic monster out only for himself.
* AuthorityEqualsAssKicking: He's ranked 1st in the Goetia and while he's not the highest rank among all demons, he holds a great deal of both personal and political powers.
* TheBadGuyWins: Heavily downplayed. Although his scheme to cheat the Reps using the Canaan Recreation failed, Bael still managed to obtain a portion of his original self's power and status. How this will ultimately benefit him is still unknown.
* CarryABigStick: As the Canaan story continues, Bael is given his counterpart's weapons by Kothar, a pair of magic clubs called Yagrush and Ayamur. He grows attached to using them, as they are the physical symbols of his status as Canaan's Representative, which proves to be a grave mistake as it allowed Astaroth to engage him without worry of his greater Goetian rank overpowering her.
* CastingAShadow: He's an Infernal unit, which also doubles as DarkIsEvil.
* CheatersNeverProsper: Attempted to cheat all of the legitimate Representatives in Tokyo by trapping the Player in a recreation of Canaan and then becoming a Representative himself by fusing with his original divine alter-ego in order to claim the Player and then returing back to Tokyo victorious without fear of interference from the other Reps. Unfortunately for Bael, the actors he had chosen for his recreation and the Player decided to overthrow him the moment he revealed the truth to them.
* CreepyHighPitchedVoice: His voice is a noticeably high tone with a tendency to elongate certain portions of his speech as if he is savoring his words.
* DealWithTheDevil: The first Goetian demon to make an on-screen deal. The events of Canaan plays this trope straight, showing just why Faustian Contracts are a terrible idea, especially contracts struck with a conniving monster like Bael.
* ExactWords:
* FusionDance: His real goal when he offered to help Dagon uncovered the truth of Canaan's fate. Bael would merge with Baal, his original self and a Canaanite wind deity, in the Canaan event and play his role. That way, Bael would attain the status and power of World Representative by proxy when Baal is awarded the status. The bio entry for his 5-star version implies he has partially succeed despite the utter failure of his Canaan scheme.
* GameplayAndStoryIntegration: Being the demon he is, Bael's benefits will come with a steep cost. This is demonstrated in game with his "Seeker/Devotion to Burnt Offerings" skills, which has a high chance of buffing his allies, while also draining their health if it succeeds. His 3 stars' "Seeker" version only grants an atk buff and drain 600 points of health, while his 5 stars' "Devotion" version grants both an atk and def buff and drain 1000 points of health.
* GoodWingsEvilWings: His sacred artifact are his four pairs of shimmering shadow wings. They have the power to show Bael his victim's greatest desires and by devouring their memory of it, his wings can make manifest those desires.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: Weaponized. Bael's first two skills, "Exposer" and "Impertinence", not only cripple enemies when they have status buffs, but also deal extra damage to them per buff!
** His obsession with being a Representative and refusal to use to his Goetian powers allowed Astaroth to stall him long enough for the heroes to arrive and defeat him despite his Goetian rank normally being higher than hers.
* IdenticalStranger: Downplayed. Looks almost exactly like Seth, save for their color scheme and his glasses. This is due to both Seth and Bael having mythological origins in Baal from Canaanite mythology.
* TheMirrorShowsYourTrueSelf: The reflections in his wings on his 5-star unit art shows him for what he really is behind his thin veneer of sophistication. An envious, vicious, and sadistic monster who care for no one but himself.
* NeatFreak: He hates getting dirty and gets along well with people who likes to keep clean, like Algernon. His pristine and pressed suit as much for his vanity as it's for his sanity.
* ObviouslyEvil: It can't get anymore obvious than having literal demon horns, holding a whip and being a lawyer.
* PerpetualSmiler: His calm, conceited smile rarely leaves his face and is noted in his profile.
* RedBaron: King of Burnt Offerings.
* ThisCannotBe: His defeat line, complete with screams of indignation and MadnessMantra.
* TooCleverByHalf: Make no mistake, Bael is a very patient and devious mastermind. Unfortunately, his sheer arrogance overshadows his intellect resulting in the demon overestimating himself and how much control he actually has over the situation.
* UpperClassTwit: He halts from an aristocratic background back in Gehenna and is apparently still very much a member of society's upper echelon here in Tokyo and he will obnoxiously remind you of his higher status if given the chance.
* VillainInAWhiteSuit: Bael's student uniform is a well-kept naval uniform with a hankerchief folded and tucked in its left breast pocket, another symbol of his decadent wealth.
* WhipItGood: He wields a stylized riding crop, which both illustrates his true authoritarian nature and his sadism.
* WithGreatPowerComesGreatResponsibility: A more villainous example than most. Bael believes that power comes with obligations and duties that have to be performed, even if they are not necessarily pleasant. He informs Astarte of this in the Canaan event, much to her dismay. [[spoiler:Of course, this is all lip-service. The finale of Canaan makes it clear that once Bael has the power and status he desires, he would rather lord it over everyone than take any actual responsibility.]]
