Not helping her case was the fact that a few other contestants used clothlike materials but made a heck of a lot more effort than she did and were saved by their innovation and efforts to actually make something wearable and (in most cases) fashionable from candy[[note]]Buffi made the top, Dmitry made the hand-beaded skirt and Andrea had a candy dot apron[[[/note]].
