An obnoxious and irresponsible collector/seller of spellcards. as well as an obsessive fan of the Senri Shrine. In the past, they bore witness to the second generation Senri priest's creation of the spell card system, and has been fascinated with their work ever since.

* GeniusDitz: A Senri fanatic who does nothing but fan-squee over Senri (especially Tsurubami) until Suzumi's route, where it's revealed they're actually quite intelligent and insightful regarding cards. Not to mention they've essentially perfected the art of mimicking spellcards, something that [[WordOfGod JynX states]] is tantamount to mimicking the original spell card's user ''at full power''.

* KitschCollection: They collect spellcards as a hobby.

* InvincibleHero: Due to their probability powers, they're virtually invincible under normal circumstances. Even Tsurubami was only ever able to fight them to a draw, and after the boss fight with them, both Xeno a and the player characters know full well that the former let them win.

A police informant who has an unhealthy obsession with Tsubakura and has been plaguing them since their times at the Outside World. Mischievous, loud and overly campy, Suzumi has the ability to reproduce and alter information, which allows them to manipulate peoples' memories and consciousness. They're also the one who provoked the events of ''Brilliant Pagoda or Haze Castle'', by [[spoiler: spreading the rumours that "the mirror of Heaven shall split" and almost killing Hooaka just to lure Tsubakura]].
