Maya and Lacey mostly treat him as weirdo because he will go along with any weird scheme and plays Dungeons And Dragons.

In the year since Kit's dad mysteriously vanished, Kit has gained a reputation as a criminal (which he claims is completely undeserved). He appears to have stumbled into the Rider war completely by accident. While he genuinely wants to help out, one of his first priorities is trying to find and help his dad. [[spoiler: His dad's disappearance were set up by Xaviax. After Kit rejected Xaviax's manipulation and joined forces with Len, Xaviax eventually succeeded in sending Kit to the Advent Void. Xaviax took the Dragon Deck as a prize, but Kit got a replacement deck from Eubulon after being pulled back into the real world and became Kamen Rider Onyx.]]

* AdaptationalHeroism / AdaptationalJerkass: Zig-zagged. Her counterpart Miho is more of an AntiHero in ''Ryuki'' but was still very sympathetic. Kase made it her business to butt heads with Kit before she learned to respect him.

* AdaptationalWimp: On the other hand, while he is still the strongest Rider in ''KRDK'', because Wrath isn't designed to be [[GameBreaker ludicrously overpowered]] like Odin, Wrath's fighting prowess is often matched by the more experienced Wing Knight and Siren, unlike Odin who is so overpowered compared to all the other Riders in ''Ryuki'' that every fight that Odin took part is a CurbStompBattle for Odin, with only a miracle (Shiro finally realizing the Rider War is useless) stopping Odin from winning outright.

* AdaptationalHeroism: Downplayed -- he's still a villain and keeps the role of TheDreaded, but nowhere near as vile as Ouja was.

* NotSoDifferent: From Kit. Both were manipulated by Xaviax through someone close to them. Neither of them wanted to be a rider.

* AdaptionalBadass: Shiro Kanzaki was the mastermind of the Rider War, but did little to no combat himself, preferring to use the various Odin users and unaffiliated Mirror Monsters to do his bidding. Xaviax is not only a capable fighter, but isn't afraid to get his hands dirty, even taking control of Wrath's user directly in order to get rid of Kit, Len, and Kase.
* AdaptionalVillainy: Shiro Kanzaki may have done horrific things, but in the end all he wanted was to save his sister. Xaviax is just a straight up villain.

* RealityEnsues: Unsuprisingly, Kit refuses to believe him again without a single second thought after what he pulled earlier.

* NormalFishInATinyPond: They are both competent fighters but still they are just street level criminals in terms of skill. When they take on Len, a experienced and skilled ventaran Rider, Len makes a fool of them with ease without even letting them transform. He has such a low opinion of them that he doesn't bother taking their decks with him. Later when they aid Strike against Len alongside Kit and Chris they get in trouble with Kit despite being the less experienced Rider out of the three, and they need Strike's help to get by. And then they get defeated by Kit (remember that they were fighting a three-against-one fight with JTC's help) who vents Spear, and Danny loses Kamen Rider Siren, AKA, Case (another ventaran Rider) and Strike easily. The only Kamen Rider they successfully beat in a direct combat is Kit, who again is the least experienced fighter of the good Kamen Riders.

* DeathByIrony: She was vented by Strike. In ''Ryuki'', her Japanese counterpart Femme is the one who killed Ouja in the ''Episode Final'' movie.

* {{Expy}}: Admit it, when you saw this guy, you thought "Hey, it's Franchise/{{Batman}} in a knight costume!". Or for those aware, "Hey, it's Knight, the British Batman!" (yes, that's actual DC Comics canon).

* FriendshipMoment: Mentioned above. Len got severely hurt surving Torque's Final Vent and couldn't go to hospital for obvious reason and without any place of his own, Kit and Maya brought him to Kit's flat. [[spoiler: It was shortly after Kit realized that Torque tricked him into believing that Len was working for Xaviax and nearly got both of them vented.]]

* Curbstompbattle: Most of his fights are one-sided on his favor. In his introduction, he easily overpowers and vents Thrust (who was holding his own against Dragon Knight, Wing Knight and Sting), hunts down and basically terrorizes Torque before venting him without trouble, easily stomps Chris anytime they fight before venting him, beats up Axe and later vents him when Xaviax orders him to get rid of him and almost every fight he had with Kit ended with him winning or Kit barely surviving. However, he gets to be on the receiving end of this with a furious Wing Knight in survive mode completely crushes and vents him.

* SmugSuper: Very appropriate due to his Advent Beast being a cobra and himself being very arrogant towards almost everybody. However, he is one of the strongest Riders on earth, being on par with the veteran ventaran Riders like Wing Knight and Siren, has the biggest kill count of the entire series and possesses three mirror monsters that he can fuse and command. It takes a Wing Knight in survive mode to finally put him down.
