openSong that plays at the end of the first episode of "Story of Film: An Odyssey" Music
So I've been watching Mark Cousins' documentary Story of Film: An Odyssey, and there's a particular piece that plays at the end of the first episode (1895-1918) that I'd love to know the name of/where it's from. It sounds a little like something from a later Sergio Leone film, or some sort of Epic. I don't have access to apps like Shazam or Soundhound - else I would do it myself - and I can't find anything from googling. Therefore any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Edited by GenericSnakeopenTrying to find two live action older kids science shows/videos Live Action TV
When I was about six, I had two science shows meant for kids a bit older on VHS(this was around 2003-2004, and these could have been fairly old.) I just can't find either.
The first one I think I had several tapes of. It is extremely likely this one was made by NASA, because I think I found them years later but didn't mess with them. It involved a group of kids, doing and talking about different science things, and visiting places like field trips. I think their main place was a clubhouse. There were parts of it with an animated skunk newscaster on TV.
The other one I feel might be harder to find, though more likely to have been something that actually aired on TV. I had one tape with like 6 episodes. This one consisted of various short segments. One segment in like four of the episodes I had was about a talking head in a green jar. In one of the episodes, he looked different, so I think it was from a different season. I suspected this one might have been Newton's Apple, but I could find no evidence of such a character in it. Could have missed it though.
openWeird old PC game Videogame
No one will probably have any idea of what I'm talking about and this might just have been some crazy dream I had, but there was this really weird game I played when I was really young in like 2004-2005. One of the few things I remember from it was that it had a version of MS Paint with sound (or it gave MS Paint sound, I can't remember) and it's own paint thing with different kinds of erasers and weird brushes. One certain eraser I remember from it was something eating the color with a chewing sound and burp sound when you stopped using it and one of the brushes I remember was cartoon footprints using footstep sounds. I also vaugley remember it having other weird games as well, but I don't remember what they were, unfortunately.
Again, I don't think anyone knows what the heck I'm talking about and it's probably just a crazy dream I had. I also probably sound like a weirdo for even asking about it, but I wanted to ask about it anyway in case it does exist and someone happens to know about it
Edited by Sidosido11openPolice series Live Action TV
Anyone remember the name of the short lived police series that aired at the end of 1979 or in the early 80's. They drove a yellow chevy nova In a few episodes and the team consisted of a woman and 2 men. This show started a little bit after the Starsky and Hutch series ended.
openLooking for a sitcom! Film
So I am looking for a tv comedy that I saw once in the UK, but it probably is an american sitcom. I was on my work break so I was just watching whatever was on the tv. In this episode, there was a blonde woman who went on a date with a man who was babysitting at the moment. And then the child's mom came home unexpectedly. The blonde woman has two children I think a teenage boy and girl. Well that is all I can remember, it was a while ago since I saw it. Thanks for any help.
openTV Show about a robot kid Live Action TV
I'm trying to find a show I once saw a family member watching. I can't remember the name of it. It was set in the far future. The technology was very advanced. There might of been an asteroid mining mission. The main character was a robotic kid. He had artificial intelligence. The boy looked no older then 10. The robot's hair was short, brown and curly. He looked 100% human. He was being raised or watched by his "mother". The parents tried to put him into a school but they rejected him because he was not human. His father died at some point (before or after the timeline of the show). I remember a specific scene where the kid was at a museum talking to an informational robot (IR). The IR was talking about humans and their history, stating the boy was homosapien because he was human. The robot boy replied he wasn't. The IR asked "What do you mean?". Just as the boy was going to respond, he was rushed else where. I vaguely remember a scene where the mother (which I think was kidnapped) gave birth to a baby (which I think the kidnappers gave her). She had hallucinations or dreams about typing on a keypad which killed the baby or something. Please help me identify this TV show.
openfox private detective Western Animation
I am thinking of a cartoon show with anthromorphic animals. I watched the dubbed version when I was little so I don´t know the original tiltle or names of the characters. It was about a private detective who I think was a fox (his dubbed name started with an F and is my country´s equivalent to Finn) and he had a sidekick who was a puppy dog. There was a rooster who was a bartender I think, and the town´s currency was gum or something like that. There was also a female hare or rabbit who was always jogging and wore sports cloth, and a couple of rats (I think) who were petty criminals

openRecent YA novel Literature
There's this Young Adult novel that came out pretty recently, that is, in the last eyar or so I think. It's about a girl who's got some weird disease which means that she can't be with people that much. There are drawings or diagrams or something to illustrate her condition too, I think. I don't remember too clearly, so feel free to mention books that don't fit this description absolutely perfectly.

openNo clue need help Film

openOld Woman In the present.
So I remember watching a show and there was this one episode where a woman a from the past was like locked in a coffin of something and maybe she was a witch or a vampire, I'm not sure. Anyways, she walks around and she's in the present and I think some characters from the show find her or something and then at the end she has flashbacks of her family being hanged. Also, she might have seen her old home but now it was a museum... help? :) Oh and she might have been shocked to see the advancement in our world, you know with smartphones and I think she was racist
openBBC Show where a politicians child is kidnaped Live Action TV
A BBC show where a politicians child was kidnapped and for some reason the nanny was a major character I think? circa 2010ish and I think it only had one series, I also think the programme began with an M and as well as scenes in london was set in somewhere like the highlands for a short time but I could be wrong.
Many Thanks!
openSyfy Live Action TV
Man escapes room closing in on him with skeleton keys with woman beside himself. Then they encounter a room with a rack of weapons. Then there is a scene with a lady in a red dress in a dark room sitting on a chair. At the end of the episode a man says whoever was watching was definitely testing us.
openBritish Simpsons like show. Western Animation
I spent most of 2000 in the UK, and whilst there I believe I saw one night a cartoon on tv that was reminiscent of the Simpsons. It was a family that lived in London, or some other big city. Can any British Tropers tell me if it's real and if so what it was called? I have this idea it was called the Stimpsons, so perhaps it was some satirical sketch one night.
openI apologise for the vagueness Live Action TV
It was a TV show about two best friends (maybe even brothers?) who would dare each other to do stuff. Early 2000's, probably on MTV. They were either American or Canada. Live action.
openCAN'T REMEMBER NAME OF TV SERIES Film

openthis website Web Original
I remember sometime back in june, or july, I used this website (I think it started with either "w" or "l", and you could make "sites" which were really just pictures/gifs, text, and sound. I know one was about the nes classic (or something) and you could change the colors, and effects of said pictures, an text.
I don't know why this is bothering me so much. But in like 2007 I saw ads for the site that was undoubtedly nothing but a Webkinz ripoff.(Maybe I'm wrong, and people who actually played on it will tell me I'm wrong, if so I apologize.) The stuffed animals you bought looked very generic. The whole thing looked very generic and honestly outdated to me from the ads. This was not associated with a known brand like Beanie Babies 2.0, or Rescue Pets Epets. It was also not Shining Stars. It just did not stand out or appear to have much of an identity besides appearing to be a ripoff of Webkinz. I also think it might have had a very generic name, or maybe a weird name, Whatever it is, I know I'll know it when I hear it. I also think this site existed until at least 2010 or 2011 because I remember it appeared as part of an April Fools joke pulled by the owner of a Webkinz fansite one of those years. Gosh I feel like I sound nutty for this though. Thanks.
Also, just to be clear, Webkinz ripoff means it was a site where you had to buy a physical stuffed animal with a secret code to adopt a virtual pet version. It was very generic animals, and didn't look to me like it was trying to be something more unique like Shining Stars.
