Weird dreams

I was out camping when I ran into some guy who was listening to a new version of Folding Chair by Regina Spektor. We talked about her music for a bit, then we walked over to a small house that was on the edge of a cliff, with a long drop into the water. We tried to sneak in through a back window (which put us in danger of falling off the cliff), he got in, but I fell. Next thing I know, I'm a few feet away from the house. I walk in through the front door, and hang out with the guy some more. We leave the house to talk to our families.

Shortly after, I meet a little girl in an alley behind my home, and she enters her own house through the back door. I catch a glimpse of the man I met, and realise that he is her father. I start to hang out with him some more, and we become good friends.

One night, I'm over for dinner with his family, including his parents and their siblings. After dinner, I'm talking with his family, and his father casually mentions being a corrupt corporate executive who has caused hundreds of deaths. I freak out and run away, as does my friend (who never knew that about his father).

The next day, I visit his family at a public swimming pool, and talk to my friend about what we should do. We decide to take down his father and get justice for all his victims.

I had a dream-within-a-dream, where I went to a Coney Island style place and rode a roller coaster. While I was riding the roller coaster in the dream-within-a-dream, I lost a tooth. Then, I "woke up" and I found I had actually ripped most of my teeth in my sleep. It was pretty relieving to actually wake up.

I had one that I just remembered from last night; I was in a Ghost Town that was strangely covered in fog. I walked around a bit and found myself in a dilapidated old building, but it was really strange on the inside; rusted, with metal grating instead of floors and Bizarrchitechture all around. I found a room where a VHS player was playing a video of these two guys screwing around inside the town, still foggy like it was right now, and as they were laughing at an incredibly dumb joke, fucking PYRAMID HEAD comes out of nowhere and swings the knife he carries at the guys as the video cuts to static. I woke up as soon as I realized where exactly I was.

Man, why do I keep having dreams about living in run-down apartments where random parts of the floor will break under my feet?

I dreamed last night that I was carrying a plushie of Chica from Five Nights At Freddys everywhere. Not the murderbot, a cartoony version like what you'd see in an ad for the restaurant.

Last night I dreamed that I came across an RTC while driving through the village. It was at the junction between the main road and the street the fire station is on.

I was driving along when I noticed two cars sitting stationary at the traffic lights. one on the main road, facing me, and one one the other road. They were several metres apart and showed no sign of collision. On the pelican crossing, however, lay a figure, obviously hurt.

I parked the car in a 'fend off' position, like we do with the fire engine, to stop anyone running me down and went to help the prone figure while calling the accident in on my phone.

It was a little boy, barely conscious, obviously in a lot of pain and covered in blood. I checked him over for injuries but could find no open wounds, though he had a few broken bones. I made him as comfortable as possible before I thought to check on the drivers of the vehicles, who were sitting remarkably still. The one in the car on the main road seemed to be in shock but otherwise ok.

It was when I wentto check on the other guy that I realised the blood was actually coming from the area around his car.. There was a lot of blood, I mean it was pooling on the road like rainwater. I checked him over and, though he was hurt, he wasn't badly enough hurt to be the source of the blood. So I dressed his wounds as best I could with what was available and then realised that blood was still flowing out from under the car.

So I looked under the car. There was a dark mass under the car whose one discernible feature was a little leg with a sandal on the foot.

After this point everything got a little disjointed and weird. Things happened out of order and sometimes alternative versions of the same few minutes would play out over and over again.

Anyway, eventually ambulances showed up and one of the crews came straight over to me and started leading me away. I tried to explain to them that I wasn't a casualty and that I should probably hand over the casualties to the other crews properly, but they just kept trying to get me over to the ambulance. A policeman asked for my keys to move my car, so I gave them to him.

The paramedic kept telling me not to look back at the accident and then told me to open my mouth, into which he tipped a small sachet of translucent white crystals that tasted weirdly sweet and acidic at the same time.

At that point I turned and looked at the accident site and saw ambulance crews covering all the figures with sheets. All of them.

My legs collapsed under me and that's when I woke up.

The main things I remember are how the boy's broken arm felt through his jacket, how sticky the blood was and the taste of those weird crystals.

Anywho, there you go.

Probably the most meta dream I ever had.

I was sick in Real Life the other night, and I had a dream that I was trying to tell you guys about a weird fever dream I had by posting in this very thread, but I was still sick and struggling to remember the details.

I had a dream that a Hentai game, a Star Fox clone called "Hornix Harry", was selling so well for its innovative gameplay and engaging story above its adult content that the people who made it decided to release a retail-safe patched version.

And the entire game was in mock-Spanish for some reason. And it was on the Wii U.

From what little I saw of the gameplay, it looked like a competitive third-person Rail Shooter, where combat hinged on laying traps and changing the rail you're on, along with direct dogfighting between parallel rails. I know there was some other aspects I forgot, but I couldn't figure out how to describe them before I forgot :p

Although I otherwise don't remember anything else at all, at some point last night, I dreamed that Meowth had been reclassified as an Electric-type Pokemon and, by feeding it a certain fruit, it would evolve into some...thing that looked like a cross between a Magnezone, a normal Meowth, and a Weezing that looked hideous. People were calling the change the dumbest move in Pokemon history.

Had another good one last night.

I dreamed I was sitting on the bonnet of my car outside the shop on the main street through the village, waiting for my wife to come out with something. My daughter was asleep in her car seat.

I was sitting there, smoking my pipe and drinking a coke and enjoying the sunshine when I heard a familiar 'prrrrruum clatter clatter BANG' that signals a Lycoming engine having a really bad day.

I looked up, expecting to see one of the C152s from the flying club trimming himself for the glide then coming in for an emergency landing at the airport (the airport boundary being around 300 metres from where I was sitting), shouting to my wife who had just come out the shop to hurry and get in the car, as I was going to have to get to the fire station in case we were called.

Then I spotted the aircraft. Not a C152, but a Piper of some kind and he didn't have an engine failure, he had an engine fire. He was trailing black smoke and coming in fast and low, without a hope in hell of making it as far as the runway, to which he was actually flying parallel.

I muttered to myself 'Oh, he's fucked...' then threw my phone to my wife and told her to call it in, that there were a maximum of 4 people on board and to try to persuade control to get 781 to bring my gear as I was already on scene.

I started running to where I figured he was going to hit, thinking that, without an axe and some fire resistant gloves, this was really going to suck when the fire burned through something important and the aircraft suddenly began to drop, almost immediately losing the majority of what little height he had. I screamed 'Everybody down!' and a bunch of folk on the street hit the deck, just the 'plane hit the roof of a house, ripping one of his wings of before belly-flopping onto the field between the houses and the railway station, beyond which is the airport.

Anyway, I got to the crash, waving at some other folk to give me a hand, given that the aircraft was still burning and the folk inside had made no attempt to get out and would be beyond help very soon.

We got to the wreck and started trying to pull the door off as it had deformed and wouldn't open, when I noticed there were two kids in the back. I suddenly became filled with rage and it was either this or my daughter kicking me in the head that woke me up. I'm not sure in which order those last two occurred.

So, yeah...another night of peaceful slumber.

I woke up from one dream last night into another one where I was in my bed in my room, which was a huge mess and had a rainbow colored mist floating in it. "Aw man, my room is haunted!" I said. I tried to clean up the mess and followed a trail of identical bouncy balls into the attic, which led to a black void that my computer was floating in the middle of. I ran over to see that...it was on a Super Smash Bros. website that was talking about how Machamp had been confirmed as playable. For some odd reason, one of his alternate colors/outfits had him dressed in a woman's bathing suit. (Perhaps a female version of the character?)

I woke up a short time afterwards and thought that Machamp would make a good addition to the roster.

I had a dream last night that only involved George Takei winning the presidential election. What the fuck?

It's not really weird, more like... Weird Al, but... He's weird, right? So this is a weird dream.

The other night, I had a dream that I went to a Weird Al concert that could only seat 100 people, and we were lucky enough to get a ticket. So, we were in one of the front rows. It was a small place, and we were all seated in normal chairs, nothing fancy. So he came up the aisle singing, and making a big performance. And then for some reason, pointed at me, which I then pointed back at him. In between songs, he'd interact with us, talk to each of us individually for a few minutes. And then he gave us a performance of "Wanna B Ur Lovr", and I turned into a batshit insane fangirl and I got all pervy in my thoughts— but erm... Back to the point. His accordion did look a little on the strange side. And then we requested him to sing songs. It was great. I also got his autograph and some photos.

I COULD HAVE SWORN IT WAS REAL LIFE, CAUSE IT FELT SO TRUE. I woke up very sad that it wasn't real.

Last night I had a dream where I was hanging out with some old friends and we were driving around town when it became so cloudy that it looked like it was the middle of the night even though it was only 2pm. We went inside a building (I can't remember if the massive cloud cover had to do with it) and in it everything looked like a Banjo-Kazooie game.

My friends and I put some Jiggies that we suddenly had into a painting that lead to Freezeezy Park from the first game and promptly ran down a hallway to the building you entered to get there. Oddly, it lead to a crowded thrift store and all the people inside were trying on the clothes, and when they did, they transformed into the person who donated them! One of my friends put on one outfit and turned into a pudgy woman. I was looking for an outfit to try on when I woke up.

I dreamed I had to help a dying old man write his autobiography in a hotel, but he was so broken that we could hardly get anything accomplished.

I think I'm way too aware of my own mortality lately.

I remember I once had a dream where I was a Pokémon Trainer that was coming to the end of his journey. All I remember about the journey was traveling through some woods. I got back to my home town and visited Professor Oak's lab, which is across the street from my house. After visiting my Pokemon that were staying there, I went back to my house with my (human) friends. But just before we got to my house, a Raichu gone crazy attacked us and split us up. I ended up running to the house next door and went inside. But it turned out that was Team Rocket's base, and it looked like something out of Metroid Prime. After I fought the Team Rocket members there and cleared out the base, I found out that the base connected to my house for some reason.

Last night, I had a dream that my aunt accidentally sent gay porn to everybody in the family and her co-workers and boss, and she told me to never make that mistake. She said, "Hide your lesbian porn so nobody finds out. Do you delete your You Tube history?" and I said, "Yes. Every day."

Which is dumb, literally the only thing I watch on You Tube is music videos...

No, seriously. I was having a perfectly normal dream until I found Waluigi drinking from my toilet. Nothing made sense after that...

Why does that sound like it's just par for the course for him? Why?

The other night I had a dream where my family told me I was actually a shapeshifting alien from another planet. I wasn't really upset about that for very long, and the rest of the dream involved sitcom-like antics where I used my abilities in inopportune moments or to play pranks on people, among other things.

I dreamed that I was dating a female "Mr." Game And Watch. And Luigi was our waiter.

Apparently I could understand her beeps, too, although admittedly with the help of parroting courtesy of my dream self. Apparently she was one of the G&Ws rescued in a copy of "Fire" and later decided to become a firefighter herself.

Is it pathetic that I actually kind of miss her?
