Well, Mercury is completely and utterly fucked, since most of the power of his attacks comes from blowing up the ground... something that takes a while to do, is easy to see coming, and probably wouldn't even be that much of a deal to Sol (at all) or Ragna (if he's unlimited).

Assuming Sonichu has the same powers as Sonic and Pikachu, then he might have a chance, should he stay far away from EN-913 in order to avoid her anti-personnel missiles and bulletstorms and just hurl lightning bolts at her constantly. Of course, seeing as Sonic is overly cocky, and Pikachu is... somewhat hopeless without a trainer, he'll likely not think of doing that. I believe EN-913 has this fight secured, and that's without going into what happens when she gets TRULY pissed off.
