An acclaimed, retiring architect realises while looking over the schematics of his earliest designed building that he overlooked a fatal flaw in the foundations of the building that could cause it to collapse under too much pressure. Be that as it may, a popular rock concert is scheduled to be held in that building, and the immense vibrations caused by the loudspeakers could be just enough to break the foundations. The owner of the building, a narrow-minded Corrupt Corporate Executive who has already been paid handsomely for the use of the building, dismisses the architects concerns as mere paranoia. It's up to the architect to save the day by preventing anyone from attending the rock concert while he finds a way to fix the foundations on his own.
