A lone structure drifts through the interstellar void. It is regal, clearly made by highly advanced individuals, and yet the hull is ruptured and cargo can be seen drifting from the seams. There is no indication of why it was built, how long ago it was destroyed, or how it got where it did in the first place, but in the end it seems that it will be left to float forever in the void, a monument to the futility of attempting to conquer space.
Dark Cloud 2: Stella Magic Temple
The leitmotif of a benevolent forest spirit. She is a Friend to All Living Things, and she loves her home in the forest. However, humans are cutting it down to build a town, and she's scared and distressed. She wants to confront the humans to tell them how she feels, but she can't bring herself to do it, and as a result, the humans don't even know she exists.

The background music to a montage depicting a poor, out-of-work manual labourer who's just been laid off, going about his daily business in a snowy city in the middle of the night, such as buying supplies with all the vouchers/coupons he's accumulated and having to find a bus cheap enough for him to ride on. He goes through the motions, but you can tell that he's pretty much dead inside, even when he's supposed to be enjoying himself, watching the TV with his drinking buddies. The lyrics reflect his hollow self-reassurance that he's at least surviving; the bare necessities of life are coming to him.

The heroes go to consult a mystic in the middle of a bustling city, and are taken to a cramped apartment a la The Matrix where an old lady offers to make clear the path ahead. When The Lancer quickly accepts, her eyes glaze over and she gains a Voice of the Legion, as she describes the trials necessary to free the city from its corruption. The entire experience is surreal and contrasts heavily with the dingy and mundane atmosphere of the apartment.

A group of treasure hunters enter a shipwreck, getting the attention of a bored ghost that's haunting the place. The ghost proceeds to play a series of harmless pranks before revealing himself. He follows them back to town due to that sounding more fun than staying in the middle on nowhere.

The town bell rings, alerting the militia to the advancement of an enemy army. Both groups quickly mobilize onto the fields outside the hamlet, prepared to fight for their respective kingdoms. In the back of the assaulting army, a sorcerer prepares spells, and discusses with his aides what he plans to do with the souls of the defeated. Neither side seems to be fazed by the machinations behind the battle, but do their part in ensuring victory for their comrades.

People are entering a club on Halloween, all dressed in costume as fog pours out of the doors. As soon as you get inside, the chill of the outdoors disappears and a band begins playing as a lady dressed as a vampire croons into a microphone and the attendees dance with one another. Everything is lighthearted, and people enjoy a variety of music as the band switches between slower dance tunes and its usual upbeat fare.
Klonoa: Song of Rebirth Really interested to see what someone else's interpretation is because ... let's just say that once you finish the game you don't ever hear this piece the same way again

The Big Bad has been defeated and peace has been restored to the world, but it is a bittersweet victory, as there were many losses along the way. At a ceremony to commemorate those who have fallen, a song is dedicated to them, with those who survived gathering to show each other support. At the same time, the last bit of the protagonist's energy is exhausted, and in his last breath, he sees everyone surrounding him, and smiles, knowing the world will be at peace.

As the racers climb higher and higher, the effects of gravity decrease and each bump sends them higher into the air before they descend back to the track, which follows a sinusoidal pattern, continually getting closer and further away from the surface.

The hero has gotten his Theme Tune powerup! He's ready to kick some ass, and as this song plays, he laments and reflects on what has happened on his adventure.
"YOU SHALL FEEL THE FLOWER'S WRATH"A Polynesian god has been angered. In his fit of rage, he causes volcanoes everywhere to erupt. To save the villagers' lives, our hero must make his way to the god's home and calm him down. Just out of curiosity, does this happen in Moana? Because I still haven't seen that movie. This question is meant for anyone who has seen it.
