Some really powerful guy just trapped a whole bunch of people in this weird place. The bunch of people are reality warpers capable of pulling all kinds of random-ass shit out of wherever they feel like it, but the really powerful guy is like the bunch of people, only way too strong.

A criminal is chased down by the police by car at breakneck speed during a rainstorm. The chase takes them to an abandoned construction site, where the criminal goes to try and shake his tail. Eventually, the police manage to shoot his tires and stop the car. He gets out of the car with a pair of handguns, prompting a long gunfight ending in the criminal being shot and killed.
