Basically you play as an evil villain who has joined team that is forming to finally take over the world, starting with new-york city. You can play as any type of villain, this isn't like comic books, you don't just need to be supervillains. I guess you could he a form of terrorist or criminal. A gang leader perhaps. The 'master' has recruited you, the best Villains of the city, to help him. (you can still play as supervillains though). This RPG will be set in sort of missions, I'll be playing as the 'hero's' such as the police force and superhero's and other crap. I guess you could have your own NPC's like henchmen and stuff. Heres the template:
Name: self explanatory.
Equipment & weapons: also basically self-explanatory.
Type of villain: supervillain, terrorist, gang leader, etc.
Speciality: a certain attribute which you or your gang excel in.
Powers: superpowers, knowledge, etc
Description: it doesn't need to be too detailed but stick with the basics.
Gender: Obvious.
Now is there anything I've missed? Note, make your characters at least slightly powerful, you got hired for a reason.
No godmodding
The idea of combat is you post your attack then the other player posts the result. Standard basically. This is different with NPC's feel free to go wild against them.

Name: The Tattooed Assassin
Equipment and Weapons: Unless you count Tron pants as equipment, none. Has a Sawed-Off Shotgun, but that's about the only weapon he has.
Type of Villain: Supervillain...a Joke Character supervillain, but a supervillain nonetheless.
Specialty: If he paints certain shapes on himself, he gets a set of superpowers based on the shape.
Powers: There are twelve sets, all of which are mediocre in effectiveness. They are...
- Bolt: Lets him fight with Shock and Awe.
- Phoenix: Lets him start Playing with Fire.
- Skull: Gives him limited Necromancy, but only effective on skeletons.
- Spider: Lets him shoot webs from his hands.
- Rose: Makes him An Ice Person.
- Octopus: Gives him the ability to sprout tentacles from his chest.
- Tiger: Gives him really short Wolverine Claws.
- Dragon: Lets him briefly turn into a two-headed purple dragon.
- Snake: Gives him poisonous fangs, which make slightly stronger poison.
- Rhino: Deforms him and makes him faster, but weaker.
- Tombstone: Turns him into a weak but fast zombie.
- Prism: Turns him into glass.
Description: Shirtless Caucasian man with brown hair, sunglasses, Tron pants and black sneakers.
Gender: Male
Origin Story: The Tattooed Assassin worked for a pinball company until a fighting game he worked on dragged the company into bankruptcy. The day after he was let go, he found a mysterious bottle of ink that could give him superpowers when he applied it to his body. He decided he would avenge his loss of a job by causing chaos.

Speciality: They specialize in information and are well versed in curtaining data, people and objects.
Powers: Doesn't age due to the technology developed at one of the companies he owns.
Description: Tall, wears contacts that make it look like his eyes are giant pupils, he wears a long brown trench coat with matching gloves and shoes, his face is covered by a black mask, and his clothes don't show any of his skin. He wears a wireless on his right ear.
Gender:Male
History: He is in possession of several technology corporations, art museums, and weapon manufacturers under the name of John Smith. He has never been convicted of a crime and sends others in his place. He has never been suspected by the police, has a long list of people that he operates through, he has his scientists work in small African countries on natives, the way he has it set up ends up with the natives thinking his men are good people, and he tried to join the Evil Overlords in the crossover war. Unfortunately due to matters that needed his direct attention his appearance in the war was too late to save the Evil Overlords.

Name: Janice Heart, "The Whirlwind of Blades"
Equipment: 37 knives that she always keeps on her person at all times.
Type of Villain: Serial murderer / Psycho for Hire
Specialty: Murder.
Powers: Just about any situation that can get her to cause bloodshed is a situation she can handle. Stealth murder, one-on-one stabbings, or even cutting down multiple armed policemen, as long as she can move freely she'll figure out how to bring blade to her target. She can use multiple knives at the same time.
Description: She would have been quite a pretty thing if she wasn't dirty most of the time. Her hair is dirty blonde, but no one's really sure if that's natural or because it's not washed. She wears a simple yellowed sundress that reaches the ground and no shoes. But underneath she's covered in knife belts filled with many, many knives that are the only things that she keeps shiny clean. She seems around 20 with a body not unlike an acrobat.
Gender: Female
How she was recruited: She was broken out of some low-end mental institution.

Specialty: A skilled cracker and psychic, Belle excels in the information trade- whether gathering it or repressing it.
Powers: A powerful psychic who can read minds and control others with variable degrees of success. Her particular psychic capabilities include manipulating memory to edit, steal, and erase thoughts as her job requires. A skilled martial artist. Decent with her knife, though it's mostly decorative. Can travel dimensions, but this power is background and will never be relevant.
Description: Looks like this
. Uncaring for others lives and welfare, driven by a vague agenda. Pragmatic in combat and coldly sadistic. Intelligent and willing to compromise to achieve her goals and remain alive. Respects fellow villains and won't kill them whatever circumstances arise.

Sorry about the double-post, this is just to say that I'm going to be starting the RP up soon if there are no objections.
Name: Fortin Hallford
Equipment & weapons: a single longsword, sufficient for him.
Type of villain: terrorist, though he does have some powers. Most supervillains insist the Hallford Family is "not supervillains." Because "we have standards too."
Speciality: Terrorism
Powers: Fortin is a Master of Illusion, and can control what you see. He also has a wind based power. He has a super mode where in his sword fuses with his hand, he grows four seraphic wings and his body is covered by white armor.
Description: A Tall, Dark, and Handsome Black Haired Bishōnen wearing normally all black, he has his hair tied back into a pony tail, and wears glasses, which come off when he is serious about hurting you. He is the very essence of Dissonant Serenity, appearing calm no matter what. But he is also a Smug Snake, very sure of his own abilities. He is very smart and savvy, but his smugness drags him down sometimes.
He is a part of a whole family of villains who have started using implants and powers together to "Become the world killing poison."

If you should like to, you could maybe juggle a few characfers from the family, but not all. By the way, I think That I may edit the beggining if you want me to, to give people more to go on. Or would you like to post your introductions now and get to the briefing, that would be the alternatively faster way to do things.

Equipment & weapons: One could describe his weapon of choice as the mother of all axes.
Type of villain: terrorist
Speciality: close combat expert of the Hallford Family
Powers: He is incredibly strong and, though it would look like he isn't all that fast, he is playing you, right until he suddenly appears behind you after pretending to be slow for some time. He also has an impressive Healing Factor and a Supermode which turns him into a red armored demon.
Description: Very tall and muscular, he does not own a single shirt, preferring to just go around in jeans, boots and gauntlets. Despite having black hair and red eyes, and looking very intimidating and evil, he is...well, very, very nice outside of combat, and always quiet, mostly because this big lug is shy. In combat? He is known as the Red Reaper for a damn good reason.

Type of villain: terrorist
Speciality: assassination and killing all around
Powers: she can create weapons out of her body, her supermode is described by her as a "winged thingy". Most others see it as a black armored angel which looks like a Mass Production Eva meets a conventional angel and a skeleton.
Description: Token Loli, red haired, perpetually stoic, Creepy Child and Genki Girl, she picks some odd things to fangirl, including: destruction, killing, and messy ways to die. It stems from some ugly experiences earlier.

"Didn't you just listen! Anyone of them you can find! Get them all! We shall finally have victory, win over the so-called 'Hero's'. We'll show them what it's like to be shoved into a prison cell! Prepare the helicopter, I'm moving out. I expect you to next meet me at the hideout in China Town. Good day to you."
-With that the man left, headed for his 'chopper. The other man sighed with relief and ran off across Long Island. The masters will be done-

"I'm here to see Vrace Foylen please." A rather squemish man asked the security guard at the entrance of the prison.
"I deny access to that point of the prison, he an omega-grade inmate, no visitors. Sorry for the inconvenience.-
-The other man frowned, he'd have rather liked to do this the easy way. He drove away, once he was a respectable distance away, he pulled out a walkie-talkie.-
"Sqaud Bravo, your cleared for the use of demo charges, bring him out alive we need him. I believe his cell number is two-four-six. Out."
