Father Pucci sure can pose.
- "Where the hell were Josuke and Giorno?"ExplanationJosuke and Giorno never reappear after their respective story arcs, aggravating many of their fans who were wondering about their whereabouts, the usefulness of their abilities, and their fates following the universe reset and restoration.
- In Giorno's case, many fans have joked about him getting to meet Pucci, his "dad's boyfriend".
- "My brothers are a sloth, a cow and a dick-haired Ninja Turtle?"ExplanationThe other sons of DIO are pretty... ridiculous looking, even by JoJo standards, with Ungalo having a deformed Gonk appearance, Rikiel having a bovine-inspired outfit with a neck brace, and Donatello, with a stripe in the middle of his hair that makes it look somewhat phallic (and is further made fun of by the fandom due to sharing his name with one of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles). As such, many have suggested Giorno's dismay at finding out what his half-siblings actually look like.
- And as for Josuke, the fanon loves playing with the idea of a younger Jolyne getting to meet her Grand-Uncle Josuke and his friends while visiting Morioh. The ending to Eyes of Heaven having Jotaro bring a young Jolyne with him to Morioh during Part 4 particularly made this popular.
- Fans also love the idea of Josuke and Giorno teaming up with Jolyne for the finale, though some have pointed out one logical issue with this team up: the language barrier.
- Part 6 Giorno/Discount GiornoExplanationSonny Likir is a male prison guard who has numerous blond curls on his forehead in a style similar to Giorno's. It is popular to joke that he is actually Giorno grown up and moved to Florida.
- Crushing a coin is the limit of Stone Free's strength.ExplanationIn an early chapter, Jolyne explores Stone Free's abilities off-screen, and comes to the conclusion that crushing a coin is the limit of its strength. This has been mocked for being completely and utterly preposterous, since not only does Stone Free have an A in Destructive Power (Stands with an A in Destructive Power can generally impale the human abdomen with their bare hands and zero effort), it's also shown to be able to do things like shatter a falling meteor with its fists.
- With the trend of male characters being incredibly feminine, some fans joked about Ermes reversing the trend, as she actually is a girl, but is androgynous enough to look more masculine than many of them.
- The Amazing Jolyne CujohExplanationJolyne's stand Stone Free can generate strings as weapons as well as transform parts of Jolyne's body into string. This ability has inevitably drawn comparisons to Spider-Man due to their similar abilities.

- Starve PlatinumExplanationStar Platinum in Part 6 is drawn much thinner due to Araki's constantly changing artstyle, causing fans to joke about SP losing lots of muscle mass or forgetting to hit the gym.
- Fans keep bashing on Jotaro for apparently being a terrible dad, joking how he was more interested in dolphins than his own child, or how he seemed to love Koichi more than Jolyne.
- Jolyne's MomExplanationThe mystery of Jolyne's mom has also not gone unnoticed, especially considering how much Jotaro dislikes relationships and girls. Some have joked that she is the actual "egg-baby" of Jotaro and Kakyoin, while others have suggested that her mom was actually a dolphin.
- Gay (Black) Priest has arrived.ExplanationDerived from Pucci's Fan Nickname, and used to describe Pucci doing an absurd pose◊ (pictured above), which is often used to derail threads. Fans were less than pleased that this was not animated.

- DIO's son, Ungalo, has been widely mocked by the fandom due to his Gonk appearance, which many have compared to Sid the Sloth from Ice Age.
- The panel of Jolyne carrying a food tray has been widely memed by the fandom, with one Instagram account posting the same picture every day! Fans were left disappointed when it was not present in the anime.

- HORSE DONGExplanationPucci's Stand, Made In Heaven, resembles a bipedal, centaur-like humanoid with a horse's head in a rather... suggestive location. As its lower half is the front half of a horse as well, the inevitable pun of Hol Horse and Half Horse is brought up quite a lot.
- SnailsExplanationOne of the most widely-mocked Stands is Weather Report's Stand ability "Heavy Weather", which creates rainbows that produce a frequency to subliminally make people think they are snails and also fool their DNA into thinking they are a snail, which actually turns them into a snail. The sheer absurdity of this ability has left many fans scratching their heads, with many quipping how it's harder to understand than even King Crimson, or saying "remember when Stand abilities actually made sense?"

- Jokes about Jotaro seeing rat Jolyne and having PTSD about Bug-Eaten and Ratt nearly killing him also abound.
- Jolyne is Jotaro's wife.ExplanationWhen looking up "who is Jotaro's wife" on Google, it would return results on Jolyne.

- Jotaro remembering Star Finger.Explanation (ending spoilers) Various What-Ifs on if Jotaro had been able to beat Pucci during the final battle hinge on Jotaro suddenly remembering Star Finger for the first time since Part 3 to give him the range needed to immobilize Pucci and still have time to save Jolyne. This also extends to joking What-Ifs where Jotaro remembered to use Star Finger in other situations as a fix-it for all manner of other things.

Images editing him to look like Pucci and/or remaking his videos with models of Pucci abound, some of which he has retweeted. It eventually came around full circle when Knight actually cosplayed as Pucci during one of his videos.

- Sex Pistol no. 4ExplanationThe gonkish design of prison warden Loccobarocco includes a head with a similar shape as those of Guido Mista's Sex Pistols, which lack a Number 4 because of Mista's tetraphobia. Cue the "we found Sex Pistol Number 4" memes.
- Thicc Johngalli/Johngalli AssExplanationA scene of Johngalli A. taking a shower gained attention thanks to the manga and anime depicting Johngalli with a well-endowed rump. - "McQueen-kun~"ExplanationThe way that Tomokazu Seki makes Whitesnake refer to Thunder McQueen in the anime has been described as oddly therapeutic, almost sounding like an ASMR of sorts. This has also led to jokes about Whitesnake saying other things starting with "Mc", such as McDonald's.
- Skrt SkrtExplanationThunder McQueen says out loud, "しくしく (shikushiku)," which is a Japanese onomatopoeia for crying. - The Powerprison GirlsExplanationAnother Nico Nico Douga video, this time pairing Stone Ocean with the intro for The Powerpuff Girls, featuring Jolyne, F.F., and Ermes as Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup respectively, and among other villains, Pucci, D an G, and Sports Maxx as Mojo Jojo, Fuzzy Lumpkins, and HIM respectively.
