Junko Minagawa is a Japanese voice actress born November 22, 1975 in Ibaraki Prefecture. Her forte is that of Bishounen and therefore a Crossdressing Voice with her most famous role being Ryoma Echizen from The Prince of Tennis.
That said she can also play badass girls or women (witness Cornelia Li Britannia).
She had a voice-acting relationship with Romi Park and Jun'ichi Suwabe. In the former case, Junko voices in games characters voiced by Romi in the anime.
