The Gunslinger Vagineer
- Tuo uoy yal annog m'I!
The main protagonist and a notable member of the Vagineer species. After Vagispy is murdered by Vagipyro, he goes on a quest to avenge him, killing anyone who may stand in his way.
- Abnormal Ammo: Fires his own leg at Painis Cupcake to pin him into a wall.
- Arch-Enemy: Of the Vagipyro.
- Artificial Limbs: He always uses the Gunslinger, from which he's named after.
- Determinator: It doesn't matter who stands in his way, be it a converted minion of Vagipyro or a monster as fearsome as Painis Cupcake, the Gunslinger will not give up on chasing Vagipyro down.
- Fantastic Nuke: His ultimate attack is to turn himself into a giant head which explodes with enough force to unleash an Earth-Shattering Kaboom.
- Heroic Sacrifice: Turns himself into a Fantastic Nuke to finish Vagipyro off, killing himself in the process.
- It's Personal: Has a vendetta against the Vagipyro for killing his lover.
- Killed Off for Real: In the finale.
- Made of Iron: Vagineers are known for their toughness but the Gunslinger shows remarkable endurance. He kills half of the RED team and it takes a full barrage of Scunt's arm-mounted Force-a-Nature to finally force him to make a Dispenser to heal himself, and even then he was still going.
- Megaton Punch: The Gunslinger can deliver extremely powerful punches which send his enemies flying backwards. Sometimes he himself is also sent back too.
- My Species Doth Protest Too Much: Most YouTube videos portray RED-teamed Vagineers as Always Chaotic Evil berserkers. The Gunslinger, however, is a lot more relaxed and never tries to kill anyone before they attack him first.
- Roaring Rampage of Revenge: The story revolves around him rampaging across 2Fort, killing all of the RED team to avenge Vagispy's death.
- Skyward Scream: His reaction to Vagimedic being murdered by Vagipyro.
- Together in Death: Is reunited with the Vagispy and his other friends in heaven after he dies.
- The Turret Master: One of the few Vagineers actually seen using Sentry Guns. In his case, he can build a "Vagi-Mini Sentry", which is essentially a Mini-Sentry that's built upside down and making reserved sounds.

A Vagispy which the Gunslinger encounters by accident when casually throwing his hardhat against a wall. They become lovers, but eventually he is murdered by the Vagipyro, leading to the Gunslinger's quest for revenge.
- Does This Remind You of Anything?: The Gunslinger reacts to discovering him by inserting his finger into his mouth. He's fingering the Vagispy.
- Plot-Triggering Death: His death marks the beginning of the Gunslinger's Roaring Rampage of Revenge.
- The Reveal: The Vagipyro episode has the namesake villain killing a BLU Vagineer, only for the next episode to reveal it was actually the Vagispy assuming a disguise.
- Together in Death: Is reunited with the Gunslinger and his other friends in heaven after the former dies.
BLU Vagimedic
BLU Vagimedic
- Elbatpeccanu si siz!
A BLU-teamed Vagimedic who is an old friend of the Gunslinger and the Vagispy. He happens to meet the Gunslinger during his rampage on 2Fort.
- Happy Flashback: His link to the Gunslinger is revealed as a flashback sequence showing them and the Vagispy hanging out and laughing together.
- In the Back: Dies after the Vagipyro cleaves his skull from behind with a Fire Axe.

- Adduh adduh adduh.
The main villain of the Vagi Series. A mysterious Pyro infected with the Vagineer virus who is clearly more inhuman than it looks. After it murders the Vagispy, the Gunslinger goes on a quest to kill it.
- Arch-Enemy: Of the Gunslinger Vagineer.
- Ax-Crazy: Very bloodthirsty. Literally the case when it uses a Fire Axe to murder the Vagimedic.
- Barehanded Blade Block: In the Re-Cut, the Gunslinger throws Vagisniper's Bushwacka at it, only for it to stop it with only two fingers.
- Blown Across the Room: The Gunslinger crushes its head with enough force to send him flying back.
- Big Bad: The main villain of the series.
- Black Speech: In the Re-Cut, it sometimes speaks in unintelligible demonic speech.
- Evil Laugh: Very often, whenever it hinders the Gunslinger.
- Gas Mask Mooks: As a Pyro, it has a gas mask for a head, though it's implied there is more to it than it seems.
- Killed Off for Real: In the finale.
- Made of Iron: Survives having its head crushed by the Gunslinger.
- Nightmare Face: Played With. To the viewer, Vagipyro looks identical to any other Pyro, but the Vagispy reacts to its face with terror, implying it's not as simple as it looks.
- Our Demons Are Different: Unlike all the other Vagi-characters, the Vagipyro is very explicitly demonic in nature. In the Re-Cut it even grows demon wings.
- One-Winged Angel: In the final confrontation, it turns itself into an Übercharged giant with small Combat Tentacles growing out of its back.
- Playing with Fire: It can shoot fireballs from its hands, which it uses to kill the Vagidemo.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Its reaction to the Gunslinger killing Painis Cupcake.
- The Virus: It can infect other people with the Vagineer virus by 'biting' them. How it does that through its gas mask is anyone's guess, but the virus is strong enough to corrupt even the likes of Painis Cupcake.
- Your Head A-Splode: Is on the receiving end of this by the Gunslinger when he finally corners it. It doesn't stick.

The feared Soldier cannibal who prowls the spawn room of 2Fort. He attempts to eat Vagipyro, only to be infected with the Vagineer virus himself.
- Abnormal Ammo: In the Re-Cut, he shoots his own arm at the Gunslinger, displaying his newfound Vagineer-like abilities.
- Adaptational Wimp: While considered one of the most fearsome of all TF2 Freaks, Painis is quite ineffectual in this series, where he is immediately converted by Vagipyro and fails to hinder the Gunslinger during their confrontation in any meaningful manner. Subverted in the Re-Cut, where he comes close to killing the Gunslinger.
- Brainwashed and Crazy: Painis Cupcake is already extremely dangerous on his own, and he immediately tries to kill the Gunslinger after he's converted by the Vagipyro.
- Heel–Face Turn: Only in the Re-Cut, where rather than being killed, the Gunslinger manages to cure him of the Vagineer virus by swallowing his head and spitting him out. The whole situation leaves him very confused.
- I Am a Humanitarian: This being Painis Cupcake, it comes to no surprise that he's introduced by attempting to eat the Vagipyro. After he's infected with The Virus, he attacks the Gunslinger with the intention of eating him too.
- Pinned to the Wall: By the Gunslinger's severed leg. It only angers him though.
- Super Mode: He assumes one during his fight with the Gunslinger, as he often does in his own videos. It renders him Immune to Bullets and, in the Re-Cut, more than a match for the Vagineer.
- Super Spit: In the Re-Cut, he uses his shovel spit attack on the Gunslinger.
- Taken for Granite: Gets turned into solid gold when the Gunslinger hits him with his Golden Wrench. It only serves to slow him down however.
Weaselcake

- Weaselcake! Eh eh eh!
A strange Sniper-themed TF2 Freak who can float and sports many powers. After stumbling upon the remains of the Vagisniper, he tries to kill the Gunslinger for his perceived murder of an innocent Sniper.
- Adaptational Villainy: Weaselcake is solidly a good character in his own videos, but serves as a minor villain in this series.
Word of God is that the author was simply not well versed with the character at the time of the episode's release. - Adaptational Wimp: He doesn't use any of his unique powers against the Gunslinger and just watches the fight unfold.
- Arc Villain: Of the Vagimedic episode, having no involvement with the Vagipyro whatsoever and just attacking the Gunslinger out of his own volition.
- Evil Grin: Sports one when he reveals himself to the Gunslinger.
- Gory Discretion Shot: We don't get to see it, but the Vagimedic rips him apart.
- The Man Behind the Man: To the evolved Vagisniper.
- Power Floats: As is typical of the character, he moves by floating.
The RED Team

- Wan! Rekcip!
A RED-teamed Sniper who was the first person to be infected by the Vagipyro. He is the first mutated RED member to be encountered by the Gunslinger.
- Back from the Dead: Is resurrected by Weaselcake to fight the Gunslinger again.
- Brainwashed and Crazy: The first member of RED to show this is what happens to those infected by the Vagipyro.
- Came Back Strong: After his resurrection, he's significantly beefier in musculature, complete with a Primal Chest-Pound to show off his strength.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: In their first encounter, the Gunslinger beats him up instantly by smashing him with his Dispenser.
- Flipping the Bird: Flips the Gunslinger off. He gets a Dispenser to the face for it.
- Gory Discretion Shot: Having attacked the Gunslinger fresh from finding his lover dead, he gets ripped to pieces, though a wall blocks most of the view of the carnage.
- Harmless Villain: In his first appearance.
- Not-So-Harmless Villain: After his resurrection.
- Rapid-Fire Fisticuffs: Unleashes a flurry of punches at the Gunslinger when they fight a second time.
RED Vagispy

A RED-teamed Spy who was infected by the Vagipyro. Attempts to backstab the Gunslinger, only for him to nonchalantly crush his head into paste.
- Adapted Out: Downplayed in that he's arguably the least important character in the series, but he's nowhere to be seen in the Re-Cut.
- Brainwashed and Crazy: Like the rest of his team.
- Evil Counterpart: To the BLU Vagispy.
- We Hardly Knew Ye: Only has about six seconds of screentime.
- Your Head A-Splode: How the Gunslinger disposes of him.
Scunt
Scunt, a.k.a. Vagiscout
- Oooooob! Ere' resnepsid deen!
A RED-teamed Scout who was infected by the Vagipyro. Unlike the other infected, Scunt is a TF2 Freak of his own right with his own videos, though this one in particular appears to be this RED team's Scout in specific. He attacks the Gunslinger by the use of his Force-a-Nature arm.
- Arm Cannon: He can turn his hand into a Force-a-Nature, which he fires with impunity.
- An Arm and a Leg: After he gets hit by the Gunslinger's Megaton Punch, he's left dismembered.
- Blown Across the Room: Once the Gunslinger hits him with his Megaton Punch.
- Brainwashed and Crazy: Like the rest of his team.
- Eating the Enemy: First attacks the Gunslinger by trying to eat his head, though he gets thrown off immediately after.
- I Am a Humanitarian: Clearly has no quarrels with eating the Gunslinger alive.
- More Dakka: His Arm Cannon fires enough bullets to pin the Gunslinger to a wall.
Vagiheavy and RED Vagimedic

- Sitoop sitoop sitoop sitoop!
A duo composed of the RED team's Heavy and Medic who were infected by the Vagipyro. Much like a Heavy and Medic pair you'd encounter in a TF2 game, they fight together against the Gunslinger as he explores the depths of the BLU base.
- Bait-and-Switch Boss: The Gunslinger scoffs at the RED Vagimedic, only for Vagiheavy to drop down and let out a Mighty Roar. They're the only infected who fight as a pair.
- Blown Across the Room: Both of them get a taste of it, courtesy of the Gunslinger's Megaton Punch.
- Brains and Brawn: RED Vagimedic is the brains, directing Vagiheavy who is the brawn.
- Brainwashed and Crazy: They are both under the Vagipyro's command.
- Breath Weapon: Vagiheavy has minigun gunfire for one.
- Evil Counterpart: The RED Vagimedic is this to the Gunslinger's BLU Vagimedic friend.
- I Am a Humanitarian: To power himself up, Vagiheavy just straight up eats the RED Vagimedic. Even the Gunslinger is surprised at the sight.
- Mighty Roar: How Vagiheavy introduces himself.
- Power-Up Food: RED Vagimedic is this to Vagiheavy. Once he eats him whole (which he doesn't seem to mind at all), Vagiheavy becomes Übercharged.
- Rapid-Fire Fisticuffs: Once he powers up, Vagiheavy lets out a flurry of blows at the Gunslinger.
- Your Head A-Splode: The Gunslinger finally kills Vagiheavy by crushing his head into nothing.
Vagidemo

- Moooooooooooobak!
A RED-teamed Demoman who was infected by the Vagipyro. Unlike the rest of his team, he retains his mind and offers to help the Gunslinger rather than fight him.
- Brainwashed and Crazy: Subverted, he's the only one of his team who doesn't serve the Vagipyro.
- Demolitions Expert: Unsurprising, given he's a Demoman, though he apparently spits stickybombs out of his mouth rather than using a weapon. He uses one to open a passage to the Vagipyro's den.
- Died Happily Ever After: Last seen cheering everyone else up in heaven with a joke.
- Flipping the Bird: Flips the Vagipyro off (while showing his crotch smily-face too) when it confronts him and the Gunslinger.
- Good All Along: He's the only infected who's not out for the Gunslinger's blood, much to the latter's surprise.
- Heroic Sacrifice: He shields the Gunslinger from a fireball attack with his own body, which reduces him to a pile of burning Ludicrous Gibs.
