The founder and leader of Astra's league, one of the nine astronauts who were given superpowers after encountering the Howler on the Moon.

A supervillainess who has been tormenting the city of Danesville for decades.
- Body Horror: Her skin is unbreakable, but under the immense heat of a thermobaric explosion it is chemically vulnerable. When she blows up her mansion, her mask fuses to her face and her dress fuses to her skin. It's incredibly painful, and causes her already fragile mental state to shatter.
