An unstable Conspiracy Theorist, aspiring music star, and former President of Halloween.- Alter-Ego Acting: Interviewers have referred to the character as "Basement Nick".
- Conspiracy Theorist: Among other things, he believes celebrities are hot because they all drink baby blood, and suspects Donald Trump of hiding secrets in his ass.
- Depraved Kids' Show Host: In "Give Me a Show on Nick Jr.", he asks to be a Nickelodeon host while showing off his basement of creepy puppets and sink full of blood.
- Freudian Excuse: He went insane after Grandma banned him from his grandfather's funeral because his hair was white like Eminem.
- Institutional Apparel: In "Let Me Host S&L", he wears a bloodstained hospital gown after escaping from psychiatric care.
- Overly-Nervous Flop Sweat: Nick puts Vaseline on his face to enhance this. The album cover for "Songs on the Computer" even depicts characters swimming in an ocean of Nick's sweat.
- Purple Is Powerful: Wears a purple suit during his short reign as King of Halloween.
- Small Name, Big Ego: In-universe, he lives in his Grandma's basement and is thousands of dollars in debt, but believes he alone has the star power to save acts like Saturday Night Live and The Beatles.

A menacing Humanoid Abomination that lives in Grandma's basement.- What Happened to the Mouse?: "Unleash Your Spirit" ends with him attacking Nick in the basement, which is apparently resolved off-camera before "Give Me A Show on Nick Jr".

The CEO of Amazon and an enemy of Nick's, who appears as a - Lawyer-Friendly Cameo: In "Unleash Your Spirit" he's only named as "this guy", apparently by Spirit Halloween's request.
- Not Me This Time: While he ruined Nick's Halloween party and locked him in the basement with the Man in the Stairs, he's revealed not to have murdered Grandma when she comes home alive.
Desmond

The hero of Nick's Gremlins 3, the Half-Human Hybrid son of Gizmo and Jennifer Aniston.- Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: Gremlins 3 features Desmond growing to a giant size after surviving a nuclear explosion.
- Dance Sensation: The Desmond Dip.
- Tomato in the Mirror: In "Celebration of Summertime", he discovers that his memories of being raised by Gizmo and Jennifer Aniston are false, and he was created from Nick's imagination to save the Gremlins franchise.
- You Killed My Father: He seeks to avenge Gizmo, who was killed by a gremlin-terrorist hybrid.
Mel

- The Ghost: Mel has never appeared onscreen.

A mafia thug hired by Mel to threaten Nick's life over his debts.- Affectionate Pickpocket: In Gremlins 3: Dawn of Desmond, Big Pizza undergoes an apparent Heel–Face Turn and hugs Nick in reconciliation ... allowing him to steal the Gremlins 3 disk.
Gremlin Man

Greezy Rick

Longtime bass player in the Puppet People, the Gimmix, and the $100K Band.- Inside a Computer System: In "Celebration of Country Music", Greezy is sucked into a computer and trapped in cyberspace.
- Metal Muncher: Enjoys eating the aluminum tabs from soda cans.
- Tulpa: "Celebration Of Summertime" reveals that like Desmond, he was created from Nick's imagination.
- Voice of the Legion: Speaks this way while possessed by the AI.
Cowboy Jon

The Cowboy saxophone and xylophone player of the $100K Band.- Dance Sensation: His signature do-si-do.
- Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: Nick considers him a traitor and fake cowboy, but also considers his musical skills indispensable.Nick: Every time I think he cleaned up his actHe sticks at least a half a dozen knives in my backThen he puts his Judas lips against that golden saxAnd suddenly I see he most certainly is a cowboy too.

Ceviche Man

A shrimp-themed character that Nick pitches to a room of movie executives.- Cool Shades: Wears tiny ones shaped like flames.
- Gratuitous Spanish: As the representative of a Peruvian dish, he has catchphrases like "Feliz!" and "Muy caliente!"
- Hilariously Abusive Childhood: According to "Ceviche Man's Greatest Hits", he can't forgive his mother for covering him in ceviche and letting iguanas bite his skin.
Pumpkin Man
