Click for Civilian Look

Daughter of Yao Fei Gulong, a practitioner of Bushido and kyudo master and lethal with a bow. She is the mother to Green Arrow's illegitimate daughter, Emiko Queen and biological mother of Cynthia Lance.

  • Abusive Parents: She and Komodo raised Emiko in strict and unhappy manner. Wherever Emiko grew bolded enough to ask about the truth or ask if her purpose to marry Connor, she or Komodo would silence her with a swift strike.
    • The way she treated her daughter Cynthia was pretty much the same.
  • Adaptation Relationship Overhaul: Instead of Robert Queen's lover, she becomes Oliver's instead.
  • Composite Character: Her name comes from her original twin sister from the Arrowverse.
  • Dragon Lady: Literally, as she has a dragon tattoo going down one arm.
  • Evil Matriarch: She's the biological mother of Emiko Queen and Cynthia Lance.
  • Fashionable Asymmetry: Her left arm is exposed to show her dragon tattoo.
  • Named by the Adaptation: She's given the name of Mei Gulong while Shado becomes her codename.
  • Related in the Adaptation: Much like in the Arrowverse, her father is Yaofei Gulong, the Accomplished Perfect Physician from the Great Ten.

A deadly archer, the husband of Mei Gulong and enemy of Green Arrow. He's the father of Cynthia Lance and stepfather of Emiko Queen.

  • Abusive Parents: He and Shado raised Emiko in strict and unhappy manner. Wherever Emiko grew bold enough to ask about the truth or ask if her purpose was to marry Connor, he or Shado would silence her with a swift strike.
    • He treated his biological daughter Cynthia in pretty much the same way.
  • Animal Motifs: The Komodo dragon. He has a hood and shoulder pads with scales, and a dragon tattoo on his left arm.
  • Badass Normal: Komodo possesses no superhuman powers, but is a very proficient archer. He is shown to be able to draw a bow faster than Green Arrow, and virtually never missed a shot.
  • Composite Character: His appearance is based on his Arrowverse incarnation.
  • Eye Scream: Has a slash across his left eye.
  • Related in the Adaptation: He's the biological father of Cynthia "Sin" Lance.
  • Reptiles Are Abhorrent: Takes the codename of the Komodo dragon, and is a dangerous killer.
  • Scary Black Man: He's a black French man and a trained assassin.

    Cheshire (Jade Nguyen)

    Constantine Drakon
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/constantine_drakon_earth27.jpg

Committing his first murder at the young age, Constantine Drakon discovered that he was a prodigy at killing and decided to become a professional assassin.

  • Arrogant Kung-Fu Guy: Though he can back it up most of the time.
  • Badass in a Nice Suit: He wear a black and red nice suit.
  • Badass Normal: Not a metahuman, but he's an extraordinary martial artist with incredible physical attributes. Has bested Oliver Queen, one of the DC Universe's top martial artists, multiple times. He has also shown spectacular speed in all of his appearances, catching multiple arrows fired at him on several occasions.
  • Beard of Evil: A Roger Delgado style goatee.
  • Evil Wears Black: His color of choice.
  • Guns Akimbo: He has shown himself to be exceptionally skilled with firearms, and willing to use them.
  • Improbable Aiming Skills: He has shown himself throwing a knife into a man's shoulder so quickly, a room full of people focused on him did not see him perform the motion.
  • Lightning Bruiser: Nearly on Batman's level, the guy can dodge arrows like nobody's business, and many of his victims don't see him coming.
  • Sinister Shades: He wears red tinted glasses.
  • The Sociopath: He claimed that he had nothing strange or traumatic in his upbringing to turn him to murder, he was simply curious to see what he could do.
  • Team Member in the Adaptation: In the comics Drakon is more of an independent agent without relation to the LOA, but here he's a part of the Black Glove faction.

    Sportsmaster (Lawrence "Crusher" Crock)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sportsmaster__earth_27__commission_by_phil_cho_ddhevry_fullview.jpg
Click for Civilian Look

Sportsmaster (real name Lawrence "Crusher" Crock) is a supervillain, a member of the League of Assassins, and is a disciple for the Light. He is the father of Artemis and stepfather of Cheshire, and husband of Paula Crock.

  • Action Dad: An evil version — Sportsmaster is a highly trained martial artist with the ability to use a variety of weapons.
  • Adaptational Nationality: In the comics he was American, but here he was born in Canada.
  • Archnemesis Dad:
    • To Artemis Crock/Speedy II/Tigress, she works for the good guys while he's employed by the League and the Light. Needless to say, they come to blows often.
    • Downplayed with Jade — she clearly hates him, but since they work for essentially the same organization, she is forced to remain professional with her stepfather.
  • Battle Couple: With his wife Paula Nguyen.
  • Competition Freak: One of his weaknesses is that he's very competitive. He and his wife Paula compete over several trivial matters, as well as in the bedroom.
  • Composite Character: He retains his personality from his Young Justice incarnation.
  • Cool Mask: Vaguely resembles a hockey goalies mask.
  • Friendly Rivalry: He and Deathstroke were once rivals, but now they see each other as friends.
  • I Know Madden Kombat: He's a recurring mercenary and one of the league's enforcers, with lots of weaponised sports equipment.
  • Multi-Melee Master: He uses multiple sports-themed weapons in combat, all to great effect.
  • Omniglot: He speaks in 9 languages fluently: English, Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, German, Afrikaan, and Portuguese.
  • Parental Favoritism: According to Artemis, Crusher was a better father to Jade than he was to Artemis. And yet, Jade has a more volatile relationship with him. This is probably due to Jade finding out Crusher was not her real father and feeling as though he had betrayed her by lying to her for so long. Artemis only hates him because he's a murderer and evil to his core.
  • Related Differently in the Adaptation: Unlike in Young Justice where he was her biological father, here he's merely Jade's stepfather, although their relationship is essentially the same.
  • Screw the Money, I Have Rules!: If someone damages his professional reputation, no amount of money is going to stop him from taking them down.
  • The Sociopath: Enjoys hurting people, distinct Lack of Empathy, self-centered, and manipulative.

    El Flamingo (Gabriel Eduardo Santo)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/el_flamingo_enhanced.jpg
Click for Civilian Look

A flamboyant top enforcer for the league. He's an emotionless, unfeeling killer that has a tendency to eat his victim's faces after he's murdered them.

  • Adaptation Species Change: In the comics El Flamingo was human (if a deranged one), but here he's a vampire like El Penitente.
  • Agent Peacock: The guy is very flamboyant, and utterly dangerous.
  • Ax-Crazy: A failed lobotomization and months of torture turned him into an insane, face-eating lunatic. He's considered even more savage than the average vampire.
  • Beard of Evil: A goatee and is not someone you wanna meet in a dark alley.
  • Being Tortured Makes You Evil: Tortured for months by El Penitente with visions of him killing his family and then rewarded by pleasure until Hurt brought his wife and son, then gave him a knife...
  • Composite Character: El Flamingo is combined with Gabriel Santo, a member of El Penitente's coven.
  • Domino Mask: He wears a pink one.
  • From Nobody to Nightmare: Once a regular person who was tortured and forced to kill his family, now a dangerous bloodsucker and enforcer of El Penitente's agenda.
  • I'm a Humanitarian: His Arkham profile mentions he fried and ate the face of an employee.
  • Man Bites Man: A favorite tactic of his, to great effect.
  • Mood-Swinger: His brain damage can make him alternate between inappropriate laughter and crying for no reason.
  • Psycho Pink: Dresses in bright pink and he's a deranged killer even more psychotic than the average vampire.
  • Real Men Wear Pink: The color pink calms him down, and he's a dangerous, cannibalistic serial killer.
  • Red Baron: Eater of Faces.
  • Serial Killer: A very prolific assassin. He would have killed Ron Troupe and an innocent shop owner had it not been for Those Meddling Kids.
  • Sissy Villain: He wears lots of pink and tends to strike flamboyant poses.
  • Slasher Smile: His default expression, much like the Joker.
  • The Sociopath: He feels nothing but delight as he tortures and kills.
  • The Unintelligible: Brain damage means he can no longer speak coherently.
  • Whip of Dominance: Carries a whip to go with the matador motif.

    Poison (Marina Maru)

    Onyx Adams

    Jezebel Jet
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/d9uh61o_5e523a44_bb1e_4be6_bb8c_f8adb47bdf2a.jpg

    The Hook (Cleveland Brand)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/the_hook_earth_27.jpg

The twin brother and killer of Boston Brand.

  • Action Dad: Has a daughter, Lita Brand and he's one deadly assassin.
  • Adaptational Nationality: He's British, and his name comes from the two cities his mother had grown.
  • Adaptational Villainy: He wasn't a brother-killer nor a member of the League of Assassins in the comics.
  • Adaptation Dye-Job: In the comics Cleveland and the Hook have black hair, but here he has light brown hair.
  • Always Identical Twins: He's Boston's younger twin brother, so they would look almost identical if Boston wasn't a ghost.
  • Cain and Abel: He's obviously the Cain to Boston's Abel.
  • Cold Sniper: He used to be a skilled sniper before he lost his right hand.
  • Composite Character: Boston's brother is combined with Roy Martin/The Hook, his killer in the comics.
  • The Dragon: Serves as this for Malcolm Merlyn within the Seven Men of Death.
  • Evil Brit: British and he murdered his twin brother.
  • Hook Hand: Hence his code name.
  • Hooks and Crooks: Uses one as his motif and weapon.
  • Missing Mom: Watching his mother Emma Ziegler die during the London raids during World War II severely affected him.
  • Older Than They Look: He's almost 80 years old, but thanks to the ritual that turned him into a revenant, looks in his late thirties at most.
  • Spell My Name with a "The": The Hook.
  • They Call Him "Sword": His codename came from the hook he placed on his left hand, after having sacrificed the limb.

    Razorburn
Part of Ra's al-Ghul's Seven Men of Death.

    Alpha (Nathan Scofield)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/alpha__e27__by_roysovitch_de6492f_fullview.jpg

A member of the League of Assassins and a master of Gun-Fu.

  • An Offer You Can't Refuse: Rina brings him back to the League's fold by drugging him with a special potion that makes him addicted to her, and will kill him from withdrawal if he doesn't at least kiss her every few hours until she gives him the antidote.
  • Badass in a Nice Suit: Wears a suit and he's a member of the League of Assassins.
  • The Bus Came Back: After being rendered non-canon for a long time, Nathan Scofield returns with a new identity and backstory.
  • Canon Character All Along: While his return implied he remained an Original Character, his Network File reveals he's become canon League of Assassins' member Alpha.
  • Composite Character: Original character Nathaniel Scofield is combined with League of Assassins member Alpha. His alias of Michael Sommers was used by Alpha in the comics.
    • He also takes the place of Billy Peltzer as Gizmo's caretaker and partner.
  • Friends with Benefits: He and Rina Nishida are casual lovers.
  • Guns Akimbo: His Gun-Fu allows him to do this quite easily.
  • Imaginary Friend: Has one named Hank.
  • Irrational Hatred: Despite getting along with Tim during his time with the League of Assassins, Nathan had an irrational, violent reaction to seeing Tim Drake's armor - which resulted in Nathan spending some time locked up in a penal box on Ra's al Ghul's orders.
  • The Mentally Ill: His mother was mentally ill, and that passed onto him, making him rather unstable and prone to lashing out. Being able to remember a re-written timeline can do that to your psyche.
  • Scars Are Forever: Nathan has a scar over his right eye. Until 2014, he was under no delusion where he got this. But now he insists he got the scar during a riot at Blackgate Correctional Facility. Nathan's never been to prison.
  • Tattoo as Character Type: Following his exile from the Safinat Dakhma, Nathan went and got himself several tattoos, many of which have delusional stories behind them.
