Intangible Theft: When Tandy and Tyrone meet for the first time, she steals his hoodie and he ends up with her ballet slipper. Given that their story is a romance, clearly they both end up with something infinitely more precious.
1) Intangible Theft is described as "These thefts are an attempt to steal from the physical laws of the universe," so stealing physical objects and love (i.e., "stealing someone's heart") are not examples. 2) The idea that Tandy and Tyrone will end up as a couple is speculation.

Currently, Tyrone and Evita's relationship is doing fine, while Tandy and Tyrone have not yet been established to be romantically connected, only connected by their powers as the Divine Pairing. (Note that previous Divine Pairings included a pair of brothers, so romance is presumably not a necessary element.)

Rescue Romance: Not exactly, but Tandy and Tyrone did meet for the first time after he saved her life.
Examples Are Not Arguable. No romance between Tandy and Tyrone has been established (also, he saved her life when they were 8, years before the show is set, so it seems like a stretch to call it Rescue Romance even if they eventually fall in love.)
Tyrone has only been shown to use his teleportation defensively so far, by teleporting himself out of the path of bullets or escaping the situation entirely. Weaponized Teleportation is about using teleportation on an enemy, e.g., sending the assailant elsewhere or sending them to a place that will kill them. Also, the alias "Cloak" has not been introduced in the series yet.
