I would delete it outright, but someone would probably just add it back, like has been happening on this recap page. I think leaving it, but putting in it in spoiler tags is the best way to go. I read the entry as it was while refreshing myself on the first season and immediately figured out the spoiler it was trying to hide by being vague.

Okay then I’ll just delete the example. There’s no way to put it without making the twist obvious upon the end of season 4’s first episode.
I highly doubt that's foreshadowing, unless it's being claimed that this was planned from S1. It could theoretically be added to the S4 episode as a Call-Back or Continuity Nod, but it sounds like even that's conjecture.

So, people are going nuts about Vecna's taunt to Nancy in 4x7 (paraphrased: "When I kill someone I remember them"), and take it to mean that he was the one who killed Barb. Personally, I think it's just meant to guilt-trip her ("when I kill someone I remember, when you killed someone you forgot blah blah"), but that's neither here nor there.
Point is, people are trying to add this to Foreshadowing, which goes against the policy for spoilers from future episodes in recap pages. Word of mod here
