Okay, since apparently someone's pissed off about my putting in Ace as "God of Persecuted for Parents' Crimes" here's my reasoning: Go Shijima is the god of trying rectify his father's mistakes, while Ace is simply being punished for them, he never tried to do anything related to Gold Roger at all. Frankly I'm more surprised that those see to be considered the same thing. Idk, maybe the trope's just too broad if both those are considered the same thing?
