Lets You and Him Fight. Time-honored superhero tradition or over used cliche that needs to die?
Now I might be out their when I say this but I really hate this trope and to me The "Lets You and Him Fight" trope is nothing more than belligerent sexual tension among people of the same gender mostly men. Hell even In-Universe their is no justification to explain how heroes can fight other heroes when their more important things to worry about.
Also why is this only males it seems rather sexist to me that all male are expressed so prideful that they can not get along without fighting.

... while I, too hate this trope (and its name, especially), the rest of your post is just kind of silly. If you think this trope is just Belligerent Sexual Tension then you're clearly grossly misinterpreting the entire trope.
And I'm not even touching your second paragraph.

Grammar Correction: "Let's" shouldn't have an apostrophe. Let's with an apostrophe says "let us", so the title is saying "Let Us You And Him Fight", whereas Lets without an apostrophe means 'allows', hence; 'It lets you an him fight' makes more sense.

It is "Let us", though. It isn't "allows you and him to fight."
It comes from an old-ish, if redundant, phrasing, like "Let's you and me go to the movies," ergo, it's a take from "Let's you and me fight," to "let's you and him fight." It's a deliberate contradiction in the phrasing to demonstrate the trope's key: That a third party is goading (or at least interested in) two other parties into fighting each other.
