Something needs to be done about the example about Japanese mobages. I mean, they all make sense, but the bullet point has become so cluttered it's a frickin' mess to read.
Anyone wanna help either trimming or putting on bullet points?
Hi. I think there is a misuse in the "Australia, Brazil and South Africa" entry. It's says is difficult to be a gamer in these places due the high prices, none about of people of these countries "hating games". Brazilians, for example, don't hate games or gaming, they love it. One think is having difficult to buy or maintain it, other is to hate it.
I think it should be removed. What do you think guys?
I have a bit of a problem with Yosuke in the Persona section. This is nothing trope breaking, just that the way it is presented, while amusing, paints an inaccurate picture.
- Yosuke Hanamura frequently ranks #1 in Japanese popularity polls... which confuses western fans, since there he's generally considered too generic at best and at worst an unlikable Butt-Monkey with little Character Development who's also a bit of a pervert and makes a few jokes that come off as homophobic. It really doesn't help that the previous game's Magician Arcana character, Junpei Iori, was a major Ensemble Dark Horse in the west, and so this could be a case of Tough Act to Follow.
I understand where the writer drived this opinion from, Yosuke has a bit of Hatedom over in the Game FAQ's forums. (and the fact that this post reads almost exactly like one "Strain" of arguments, does not escape me) But that does not mean that, ALL westerners hate or dislike him, a matter of fact their is actually a percentage of persona fans who like him more than Jumpi, myself included. (#Brosuke is proof enough of that) Now this doesn't mean that it needs to be taken down, as plenty of examples above show, Broken Bases may still qualify for this trope, How ever I think maaaaybe a "little" re-wording "might" be in order?
Hide / Show RepliesI'm not familiar with the subject, but if you observe that the information is inaccurate, then make a rewrite and explain why in the edit reason. Note that examples that are outright invalid shouldn't just be "corrected", but simply deleted on the basis that they just don't apply.

Why is a large percentage of the entries for this page suddenly gone?
