Stringy-Haired Ghost Girl (aka Onryo) for those two specifically; worth noting that they're in part derived from the Yuki-onna
For others, as always if you can find enough examples they could be added to the list either as one of the in-page listings or as their own page, no need for "yokai but less old" - Shinigami for instance are a modern addition to the lore that's already listed there.

Youkai doesn't have anything on the specifically Japanese supernatural creatures that were invented in modern times (the kuchisake-onna
and hasshaku-sama
come to mind). Is there a page for them, or should there be a new one?
