I am pretty sure a work with that name was originally cut by 5P. However, it's been policy that examples from 5P cut works can stay so as long as they aren't creepy themselves. With that in mind, cutting the spoilered bit would be advisable.

It seems like a valid example of a Troll Fic. I agree that the spoilered bit should be cut, but I think the entry should still mention that there's some outrageous sexual content (since that seems to be a large part of the trolling). So perhaps it could just mention that there's Anatomically Impossible Sex without going into details?
After going to the Content Policy subforum, I got permission to add it without the TMI details, but Mahoxy cut the example again.

Speaking of this, what about the Sonic's Ultimate Harem example on SoBadItsGood.Fan Works? I'm pretty sure it's nothing but sex with an Excuse Plot.
