Taking those in order, the other user's changes to the entry for Segurança Nacional did fix some grammar and formatting problems (such as using asterisks instead of the boldface or italic markup for emphasis), so my personal inclination would be to revert the, er, reversion to the original. And I'm fairly sure you're correct in saying that the entry on a movie review doesn't belong there (and good lord, that's one gargantuan Wall of Text), but I'm inclined to wait for consensus or Word of Mod before axing it. I don't think we have a page for Horrible.Web Video; there used to be a Horrible.Web Original page, but it became a member of the Permanent Red Link Club after attracting weapons grade edit/flame wars. Which probably just adds to the case for axing the entry on the review of The Wall.
Yeah, it's just someone else complaining about The Nostalgia Critic's review of The Wall. Granted, that review is generally considered to be terrible, but it's just a bad episode from his show. It belong on Dethroning Moment of Suck, where it's already listed.
So yeah, cut it. It's not a film, we don't list terrible web videos, and a single episode doesn't count for SBIH.

Okay, it's been cut. May want to keep an eye out to see if they re-add it given their reversion of the entry for Segurança Nacional.
Bumping to note that they re-added the entry
for The Wall, making this an Edit War. They're claiming the review counts as a "film" because it doesn't have as much review content as his other episodes, but it's still part of a serialized work and isn't even much longer than other recent episodes of Nostalgia Critic.

A couple of things involving this page, both involving the user Pikachu 4 Prezident:
1)The entry for Segurança Nacional was edited by another user, but the above user reverted the changes for no given reason. (However, the other user didn't give a reason either.) I'm just worried about a potential edit war.
2)The user also posted an entry on a movie review. I'm not sure, but I think that section is only for the movies themselves, not their reviews. (If the entry has merit, it should probably be moved to Web Video.)
