Yeah, I'm pretty sure it can now be deleted for not listing a trope. Last time I checked, trivia pages are for specific tropes that have been labeled as trivia items, not general trivia about the movie.
Trivia pages do actually allow indiscriminate collections of trivia about a work. It's not the policy I'd have made, but it's the one we have.
It does have to actually be trivia; you can't try sneaking in YMMV items, which Fandom Rivalry is.

ritzoreo has sullied the name of two delicious snacks by restoring an example they wrote of Fandom Rivalry on Trivia.Sonic The Hedgehog 2020 that was deleted half a day ago, concerning a rivalry with Birds of Prey (2020), which we've established doesn't count
. They also just didn't put the Fandom Rivalry wick in, as if that was the main problem.
