^^ I'm assuming it's the basic "Deleting YMMV" notifier, used as the closest thing applicable to the situation, since I don't think there's a "Deleting Trivia" notifier. I've done something similar myself, since the way those notifiers work now give the option of providing a bit more info to the recipient.

Yesterday, Tropineasily added Box Office Bomb to the trivia page for Onward. After taking it to the "No Recent Examples" thread
, I removed it, as the film was just released.
Today, they added it back, and sent me a message about deleting YMMV items.
I will admit that I should have left an edit reason, as I forgot to do so when I removed it.
