- Not related to time travel. Missing Time if there's something weird going on there, more in the vein of Forgets to Eat or The Madness Place if they're just so wrapped up in shopping that they forget to remember to watch the time Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny! for when this is a regular thing (it's a symptom of the real-world disorder, too)
- Fish out of Temporal Water
- So Unfunny, It's Funny and Cannot Tell a Joke. For the second part, somewhere between Expy and Shout-Out if they're actually modeled after an Oompa-Loompa, but might make sure there's no Unintentional Period Piece going on here with late 1990's celebrities (or politicians, etc.)

What sort of Time Travel Tropes are these:
1. Bob decides to go into town shopping, he thinks he's only spent 30 minutes at the local bookstore but it's actually been 2 hours. It's an Out-of-Character Moment for him. (Would this fit Mental Time Travel, or be some other trope)?
