Nothing? I have a few examples but they are Real Life examples so I am reluctant to say them.
Not at all. This trait doesn't make them sympathetic, in fact, it's usually the opposite as it just shows how selfish they are.
If I Can't Have You…, which is specifically for a Love Interest, says the object equivalent is No MacGuffin, No Winner. There's also Entitled Bastard and It's All About Me.

What's the trope for when some Spoiled Brat or other selfish asshole villain thinks if they can't have some thing that they want, no one should be allowed to (and usually want to destroy it or ban it somehow.)
