The Zero-Context Example page does make it clear to not rely on other examples as context.

It's also stated in How to Write an Example - Remember That This Is A Wiki.
It's going on in PM so I can't reveal the detail. But in summary, I comment out ZCE ("In the ending, this trope happen." type) and sent notifier to the troper who added it. They claim that other examples on that page make it clear that "X is strong" and thus shouldn't require more expansion.
