Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread

This isn't the first time bigbossbalrog has engaged in improper troper behaviour, as demonstrated in my ATT query here. Between adding back entries and refusing to participate in discussions questionning the validity of these entries, I think they need a wake-up call. Also, poor indentation on their part.
"They played us like a DAMN FIDDLE!" — Kazuhira Miller, Metal Gear Solid V The Phantom PainThat trope is also No Examples Please so they violated the TOS even BEFORE they edit-warred over it.
It's actually No On-Page Examples, having it on a work's YMMV page is allowed.
As a fan of Dark Souls and its lore, I'm adding my 2 cents regarding the validity of the examples.
I agree with Albert 3105, most of the examples cited are fan theories, not known to be canon. There may be some evidence for them, but they are not confirmed and there are alternate explanations for each. Dark Souls can be frustrating like that, there's a lot that's intentionally left murky and ambiguous.
Except the bit about Dusk, that counts as going completely against canon (Dusk in the canon game is nothing but kind).
Edited by DarkHunterNevertheless, bigbossbalrog has swapped a Broken Base entry into Internet Backdraft once on that page after it got deleted, and now has reverted Albert3105's deletions despite being the original poster; these are all skirting into Edit War territory. I can't trust them with being reasonable in a discussion.

I previously deleted this Canon Defilement entry on Dark Souls: Daughters of Ash for seemingly being composed of fanon instead of explicit canon.
To make it short, "Painter is Ariamis" and "Gwynevere was the Queen of Lothric" are fanon, Silver Knight armor not blackening is a plot hole. The only entry that may count is the "Dusk is evil" one.
Then bigbossbalrog restored the entry unchanged, stating that "They all count, and a very common criticisms aimed at the mod." Except that the reason I deleted the entry was because at least two of the entries were based on completely false information.
Permission to delete the Ariamis, Gwynevere, and Silver Knight entries again?
