Kung-Fu with a bike or a bicycle or even a monocycle. A variation of Car Fu. Why use a heavy vehicle when you can use a slighter one ? You can throw him (Exemple: Anime/Manga: Mumen Rider when he uses his "Justice Crash" or Wester Animation : Code Lyoko: Ulrich with his Overbike). Or you can make a rotation at 360° striking your ennemies. A part of Vehicular Combat, it's the main form of fighting style for a Biker Babe or a Badass Driver with a bike.
