I don't think that's necessary, they're part of the same franchise after all.
Also, the namespace isn't the page's name, it's the medium. In this case, the namespaces are VideoGame/ and TabletopGame/

I was just suggesting it because their subpages are overlapping even though they're of similar length, and the character sheet for the video game is in a non-obvious page title (Characters.Harebrained Schemes Battle Tech).
Right now the pages for the BattleTech game by Harebrained Schemes and Paradox Interactive share the namespace with the tabletop game. Do you think they should be split off?
