I don't know that we have a trope for cooking roadkill specifically, but it would fall under Lethal Chef. And possibly Mystery Meat if they serve it to someone without telling them what it is.

Lethal Chef only applies if the food is actually life-threateningly bad, I don't know if there's actually a trope about eating animals or not.

I'd file it more under Cordon Bleugh Chef or Foreign Queasine than Lethal Chef- there's no technical reason you can't cook and eat fresh, mostly intact roadkill. In some areas it's actually a semi-common practice protected by law.
