The TVTropes Trope Finder is where you can come to ask questions like "Do we have this one?" and "What's the trope about...?" Trying to rediscover a long lost show or other medium but need a little help? Head to Media Finder and try your luck there. Want to propose a new trope? You should be over at You Know, That Thing Where.
I read the title wrong - at first I thought "throw up" was referring to a Vomit Indiscretion Shot. I see now that's not what you meant.
I've Seen It A Million Times with minor variations (e.g. flying instead of running) but I'm gonna have to go digging through several lists of tropes.
- In Megamind, Roxanne was thrown over a skyscraper while the thrower flew through it. (The thrower's name is a mild spoiler.)
- In the How to Train Your Dragon movie series, Hiccup and Toothless practice this stunt, with Hiccup jumping off of Toothless's back.
- If I recall the opening scene of Spider-Man 2 correctly, Spiderman did this with a stack of pizza boxes.
Bump: I couldn't find your trope in the Chase Scene index.
If not for this anchor I'd be dancing between the stars. At least I can try to write better vampire stories than Twilight.Bump: Couldn't find it in Megamind or How to Train Your Dragon (1 or 2)

You know that trope where a person is running with a person or large object in his hands, then an obstacle that forces the person to throws the thing he's holding above, get through the obstacle, then grab the object/person he threw above as they come down?
