That's the problem with appearance tropes. The names are frequently only quasi-indicative of what they really mean. If Gluttony and Broly aren't in there, it's because they don't fit the definition of the trope, regardless of eye color.

For one example, White-haired Pretty Boy was being misused. It was actually about white hair and delicate good looks being used as shorthand for a dark and slimy personality. It was renamed to White Hair, Black Heart to make the title more indicative.

EDIT: Upon looking at it, Blank White Eyes is for when white eyes are used as visual shorthand to indicate that a character has been stunned or knocked unconscious.

The trope that would apply to Gluttony and Broly is Monochromatic Eyes, and I'm pretty sure the fact that they're not listed IS an oversight.

EDIT 2: Actually, Gluttony is more like an Inversion of Black Bead Eyes.
