That aside, the level's name in Japanese (so the Kirby wiki tells me) is エターナル ドリームランド (etānaru dorīmurando), while Kirby's homeland is called プププランド (pupupurando). I don't see where the idea that "Dreamland" (as opposed to "Dream Land") must be a euphemism for death comes from.

I used "possibly" because of the practice on more formal wikis that you shouldn't say you're certain about the creators' intentions unless you have a Word of God statement.
Yeah, but an example either is, or isn't. In my mind, if you cannot verify that it's an example you simply should not say it's an example.

This is a case of interpretational analysis conflicting. Which makes sense when talking about whether a translation is nodding to something. It sounds like the logic for including this as an example is solid though, so I think it should be re-added, just without the "possibly" Weasel Words.

I messaged them saying it could refer to both and asked if Dream Land was ever spelled with a space in Japanese, and they replied saying that "Dreamland" can only be a flowery euphemism for death in this context, and any translations that give it a space are only referring to Kirby's home. To me, this seems overly pedantic.
